I would like to add to those sins people who think the sauna is the perfect place to dry their wet sweaty clothes including underwear while they take a long relaxing post-workout shower. Nasty!

I"ve seen people spit, blow their noses, even pee in the showers!! They come out of the sauna all sweaty and jump into the pool or hot tub without showering!! I'll do my workouts at home..thank you!!
