Massachusetts has a chance to get rid of Kerry, a senator who has done nothing but put a shine on the seat of his pants and his reputation. Now there is a possability that, should Obama become president, Kerry might get a cabinet post! Gawd help America.

Coming from Massachusetts I will go for Kerry as Secretary of state. He's done a good job in the senate and is well liked. He would be a valuable asset to Obama in any position.

If Obama is elected in November he will need all the help he can get since he doesn't know much at all!! John Kerry would be a big help and he has been in politics long enough to know how things get done!!! Obama would need Kerry's help!!!!!!!!!!

John Kerry went to Nam with a camera & pen in hand with the intentions of glorifying his "War Experience". 100 bucks says he wrote up his own recommendations for his "Awards" with the assistance of some senior officer that he sucked up to for that very purpose. Military Vet's know the old , Well John you just write it up how you saw it & I'll sign it , routein...
    He is pathetic.

As opposed to Bush who was too much of a coward to even go! As a vet, you and people like you should know better.

Or McCain who in ONLY 20hrs os "combat" crashed 5 jets before being shot down, NEVER faced an enemy combatant at least not before he cried out "my daddy is an Admiral!, I'll do what ever you want." 32 VC propatganda films and zero torture later...I give you John McBush.
Oh Yeah the Viet Nam Vets know this too, ask this nations POWs, they'll happily tell you.

        Good day mam.

as fyi....HDavidson will not post things that are made up, and neither will I. If you google "McCain who in ONLY 20hrs combat crashed 5 jets before being shot down" Newsweek wrote the story...

He's about to be out of his Senate Job. He's got competition for the first time in 24 years and it's looking really good for the competition. John Kerry sees the writing on the wall and is looking for a different gig.

Thats the only way Kerry is going to get into the White House, being a backup and not the top dog in charge.

  • Posted By: citron16 @ 06/15/2008 1:52:35 AM

I think Kerry would be a great V.P. choice for Obama!!

  • Posted By: sharenews @ 06/14/2008 2:58:37 PM

That's it? That's all you have on this? There you go again, Newsweek, making statements with unnamed sources.

A source close to Massachusetts' John Kerry, who ASKED FOR ANOMITY when discussing the senator's political aspirations . . .

He has said he wouldn't turn down an offer to run as Obama's VP, and while his spokeswoman had no comment, another Biden adviser, who ASKED FOR ANOMITY, says that he likewise would not decline an offer to become secretary of State.

Sources don't have to be named all the time, especially when news like this are not really important. Deep Throat was an anonymous source and he managed to bring down a presidency.

Obama should know that Kerry would add absolutly nothing to his ticket as VP. Frankly, after the way he criticized and attacked Clinton, even asking her to drop out before all of us had a chance to vote and after a convalescing Bill Clinton stumped for him in '04, he showed what an ungrateful, sour-grapes politician he is. If Kerry had been the man in '04 that he was in 1974 we would not be putting up with Bush's second term. Biden and Dodd are better choices for repairing internationally the damage of the last eight years.

Maybe not in this article as much but it has been article after article lately that Ive been reading anonymous. One I read a few weeks ago that was barely one and half page long doublespaced had at least 5 separate instances . I dont even know how we were to be the story. That is all I was saying. I agree with you about Biden and Dodd better choices to repair international damage done.
