    I'm glad to hear that alternative therapies such as meditation, yoga and visual exercises are being seriously considered in terms of health management. Hopefully we're leaning closer to a total integration of East and West with wellness and disease prevention.

    I spotted a pitfall in this article: "our genes are only a predisposition; they are not written in stone". As a matter of fact, our genes are written as codes in DNA. The authors showed that the expression of specific bad genes could be turned off by good life style; but did not show that what was written in the DNA stone could be re-written by good life style. There is a distinction between death and jail sentences for a criminal.
