The DNC and Hussein Obama, have put themselves in another corner. Planning high gasoline prices, to anger voters to vote Dem., and opposing drilling as an answer, has left many wondering. What's up with that? Don't believe me? Check Rassmussen. They are a little more credible than the latest NewsWeak poll........AND this was BEFORE Sen McCain announced, his support.

Tuesday, June 17, 2008 Email to a FriendAdvertisement
Most voters favor the resumption of offshore drilling in the United States and expect it to lower prices at the pump, even as John McCain has announced his support for states that want to explore for oil and gas off their coasts.

A new Rasmussen Reports telephone survey???conducted before McCain announced his intentions on the issue--finds that 67% of voters believe that drilling should be allowed off the coasts of California, Florida and other states. Only 18% disagree and 15% are undecided. Conservative and moderate voters strongly support this approach, while liberals are more evenly divided (46% of liberals favor drilling, 37% oppose).

The Sinclair story is FAR from over. In fact, it has just gotten legs. Additional collaborating evidence is soon to be released. Sinclair has given LOTS of info to, media and legal teams. As a matter of fact, Croatian media reported on the story yesterday. The Australian media is planning a full blown expose' on the attempted U.S. media cover-up. AND best of all....private investigators are compiling phone records, witnesses, and others source materials, that will be released in another news conference, very soon.

The Sinclair arrest is quite strange. Info on charges, place of incarceration, bail and other public info, is very scarce. Something is really weird. Anyone who has not seen the entire PC, should look at the COMPLETE UNEDITED version. Not the obamamohammed edited version. Here is the link........

Hey, look, it's Holy Roller! Here is what Holy has been doing:

          1) Holy has been talking up Larry Sinclair for weeks -- all about how Sinclair is going to bury Obama with his allegations that they had homosexual sex together.

          2) It turns out that Sincliar is a convicted felon who has spent most of the past 26 years in jail for crimes including extortion, grand theft auto, illegal firearms and perjury. Furthermore, Sinclair's lawyer, Sibley, has been disbarred, but continues to practice anyway.

          3) Yesterday Sinclair and his lawyer turned up for a news conference to denounce Obama. Sibley was wearing a skirt. And guess what happened? The marshals were waiting for Sinclair, and they hauled him off to jail. It seems he has outstanding warrants for theft and forgery. Sibley was arrested too, not for wearing a skirt, but for practicing law without a license, and for unpaid child support.

          4) These are the kind of people who Holy Roller hangs out with. You've got to ask yourself, why would a self proclaimed religious right fanatic who abhors homosexuality as a sin, get in bed with these two criminals?

          5) Holy never discusses real issues. If you post something that threatens him because it tells the truth about the economy, he will immediately post some nonsense below it, trying to devalue your post and draw attention away from your true points.

Holy Roller posts lies. HOLY ROLLER IS POISON.

Obama was a Muslim. Sen. Barack Obama (D-IL) attended an Islamic ???madrassa??? school as a 6-year-old child.. He was sworn into office on the Koran. He doesn't say the Pledge of Allegiance. His pastor is an anti-Semite. He's a tool of Louis Farrakhan. He's anti-Israel. His advisers are anti-Israel. He's friends with terrorists. The terrorists want him to win. He's the Antiwar on terror because he wants to sit with the terrorist countries and negotiate with them on peaceful terms, when all their concerned with is innialating the U.S. of A. off the face of the Earth.

I repeat Also why doesn't Obama put his hand on his heart during the national anthem? Have a look at the photo from the October 1, 2007 edition of "Time." It shows Obama, Hillary and Bill Richardson at the Steak Fry of Sen. Tom Harkin (D-Iowa) on September 17 in Indianola, IA during the National Anthem. Richardson and Clinton have their hands on their heart. But not Obama. • Posted By: love234america @ 06/20/2008 11:32:59 PM

You nuts call everyone who disliked Oama a bigot. This is not true; we really, really dislike this man because he is a radical. I would have voted for C. Powell gladly but he is a decent experienced politican. Obama wants to buy the office of the presidency.

By the way, does it not say that the blacks are racists since they will all almost vote only for the black candidate? Yes, it does. So who is the bigot: the blacks

        • Posted By: sebr01stl @ 06/21/2008 12:50:50 PM

Just in case you forgot, blacks went overwhelmingly for Bill Clinton (and Obama's policys are very similar to Clinton's), and practically none for Alan Keyes (a black man). Maybe party and policy has just a LITTLE to do with it, since they usually support the DEM who they identify with most (think will do the most for their collective plight). HRC and Bill dissed them this time. This isn't rocket science. Just like Jew usually vote for those who have pro-Israel policies and hispanics often support those who are more lenient on illegal immigration, women usually support pro-choice candidates, gays tend to vote Dem, and most whites typically support the WASP Repub candidate (especially religious ones), unless they're working class, which then they go for the white male Dem typically. Is that also racist? sexist? Were female Clintonistas sexist to support HRC BECAUSE she was/is a woman? Then you'd better be careful of charges of bigotry among ONLY one group. To single out a group when you can see the same tendencies in ANY group is itself RACIST. Hillary's and Obama's campaigns were counterintuitive in that they smoked all the white male Dems pretty early on. People must REALLY want a change from Bush on the Dem side, so much so, that they even went for a change in APPEARANCE in the candidate him/herself this time! Further, that change in appearance is history in the making - why would you begrudge anyone that? Would it be because you'd like to keep it the "good ole (white) boys club"? Who's racist?

          • Posted By: sebr01stl @ 06/21/2008 1:05:38 PM

Also, Obama has SO much white support (He'd be another Jesse Jackson if he didn't, and wouldn' have gotten nearly as far in the Dem primaries as he did, especially against powerhouses like the Clintons. Most blacks were divided between him and Hillary (based on Bill's legacy) early on, until they really started to see whites supporting him (not a joke for a black male to be running - I, for one, supported Edwards first for that very reason (I thought that there was no way in the world that either HRC or Obama could win against white males) - how cynical of me), Bill turned on them, and then HRC defined herself as the candidate for the white working class (leaving them out). WHITES supported Obama (where'd you think he got all that money? It certainly wasn't from having all black support - they don't have enough collectively for that!) Your position is not welI-thought out and biased. I doubt most blacks would vote for Colin Powell (the one you covert racists keep using as example to say that you aren't racist) or J.C. Watts or Condoleezza Rice because they're all Repub. See, blacks really CAN vote the issues, and they tend to vote the ones that matter to THEM (as does any other group), issues that if they go in their favor, will help them to improve their lot in life. Well off financially blacks may be more inclined to vote for black Republicans. If it were only race-based, so would poor blacks, but they don't. People vote coming from where they are in life, to the betterment (or, if you're well off, continuation) of it, and who they trust to do that. Do your homework, and look at the demographics of the Dem party compared to the demographics of the Repub party (the former WAY more inclusive of MANY different groups) before you cry racism among blacks, and especially ONLY among blacks.

    • Posted By: sebr01stl @ 06/20/2008 11:10:24 PM

True Democrat, you sound like a true REPUBLICAN, but then again, Clintonista, I always felt that HRC, who fought Obama like a Repub, was behind those lies smearing him. You know reporters went to go see Obama's Catholic and public/secular schools in Indonesia. Why not call him a secret Catholic then? They have pictures of the school, and of him being sworn into the U.S. Senate by Cheney on his family Bible, available online. There IS a black guy (I forgot his name) who WAS sworn into the Senate on his Koran because he IS muslim. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you got Obama confused with him. And I don't put my hand over my heart during the National Anthem either, but do, during the Pledge of Allegiance (as does Obama) - does that make me unpatriotic as well? Who made you the arbitrator of the litmus? It's a free country and free speech and all, but I'd suggest you stop. People are ignoring the lies. Why don't you visit snopes.com, or factcheck.org, or fightthsmears.com, or read Obama's books, or listen to Wright's ENTIRE sermons, if you dare to educate yourself. CNN played Wright's entire sermon where he damned America for slavery and genocide if she CONTINUED in those practices or others like them. I don't know anyone who thinks G-d WOULD bless any country for those kinds of acts, and America is no exception. It may seem harsh of Wright, and paranoid maybe, but you ought to be ashamed. Do you not think your candidate capable of winning (McCain? because HRC's out of the race, you can count on it) except you try to bully and smooze the supporters of the opponent with this chain hoax e-mail garbage? This is the information highway baby, and we're all paying attention this time around!

Well, at least it is nice to see some good news.

I needed a cleansing after reading the typical racist comments from McCain supporters on here. It was even more disheartening, after reading a favorable Op-Ed piece on Michelle Obama this morning in the Washington Post, that was greeted by some of the most offensive comments I had ever seen....from primarily self-identified, Clinton supporters.

One thing is for sure, this white male will work my tail off this campaign season to do whatever I can to help Senator Obama become the next American president.

    • Posted By: summer1216 @ 06/21/2008 1:01:50 PM

I agree with you. I think one thing that has propelled to Obama to the lead in this Presidential race is people's revulsion with the level our political discourse has sunk to. In a democracy, we are supposed to debate issues, respect our fellow citizen's arguments, work out compromises where possible, and realize that we will not win all of our points all the time. Instead we hurl invective at each other, and demonize anyone who does not agree with us. A clear majority of people want all these things to stop.

Ok, Lets put this in perspective. During the primary fight the last few months its been all Obama All the time. Tremendous free face time for the candidate. After this race, it's no surprise that he doesn't get a 10 % bump. This is temporary. Also, many conservatives, don't usually hang up or ignore political or survey phone calls. So the results are skewed in favor of Obama. The only real poll that counts will be in November

We are witnessing the death rattle of the ideology of the right-wing lunatic fringe. They've undone large portions of FDR's New Deal reforms so that now we're reliving financial/banking crises, income disparity, and the grinding down of the common man under the boot of the ubber-rich who preach "free" markets but use their insider power to rig the markets and pay system in their favor. They shun government regulations of their activities while they're making money but always get a taxpayer bailout when, as always, the "free" market fails. They privitize the profits but socialize the costs.

    • Posted By: jimbo3800 @ 06/21/2008 11:08:17 AM

Just keep on believing your Marxist nonsense, Very Little Mike, and get ready for a big surprise in November.

      • Posted By: littlemike @ 06/21/2008 12:37:13 PM

Another example of the lunatic-fringe. We classic liberals champion true capitalism by demanding that the government act as a referee to keep the market place free of rigging, cheating, and manipulation by the well-heeled -- everyone gets an equal chance to succeed or fail (could you have a sports game without a referee?). When we do, the right-wingnuts (as shown above), call us Marxists and demand we move to Cuba or hurl other childish nonsense thus showing their ignorance of history and economics.

    Michelle Obamas thesis

According to Snopes.Com, Princeton was requested to put a 'restriction' on distribution
Of any copies of the thesis of Michelle Obama (a/k/a/ Michelle laVaughn Robinson) saying
It could not be made available until November 5, 2008 but when it was published on a
Political website they decided they would lift the restriction.

    Michelle Obamas thesis pt2

Most alarming is Michele Obama's use of the terms 'separationist' and
'integrationist' when describing the views of black people.
Mrs. Obama clearly identifies herself with a 'separationist' view of race.
'By actually working with the Black lower class or within their communities as
A result of their ideologies, a separationist may better understand the desperation
Of their situation and feel more hopeless about a resolution as opposed to an
Integrationist who is ignorant to their plight.'
Obama writes that the path she chose by attending Princeton would likely lead to
Her 'further integration and/or assimilation into a white cultural and social structure
That will only allow me to remain on the periphery of society; never becoming a full
    Participant.'

Michele Obama clearly has a chip on her shoulder.
Not only does she see separate black and white societies in America , but
She elevates black over white in her world.

        • Posted By: NO OOOOOOOOO @ 06/20/2008 8:19:52 PM

I think you will see that the closer to the election we get, the more mistakes they will make...and the numbers will consistently reverse. More and more, with each passing faux pas, Americans are seeing the Obamas for what they are. Time will tell...we just don't agree that time will tell the same story.

          • Posted By: sebr01stl @ 06/20/2008 10:07:06 PM

"Americans are seeing the Obamas for [WHAT?] they are." Would that be buffoons, goons, kooks or spooks, maybe? Nah, because people are who's, not what's. Who are the Obamas? That would be human beings, capable of error(as we all are), and/or greatness (sometimes simultaneously), depending on what leadership they display, what expert advice they're willing to follow, and what GOOD experience (not just any old experience will do) they're willing to fall back upon. "Time will tell..." No, no need for time to see the truth in that one. "I think you will see that the closer to the election we get, the more mistakes they will make..." as surely will McCain also, and I wouldn't expect it any other way. I'd be surprised if either were error free from this point on. I think we need to look long term rather than short term and see the forest for the trees, without ageist , racist or islamophobe (not that Obama is a muslim, but a Christian, but I know many are reacting to him out of fear that he is a closet/secret muslim) blinders on. Both players are surely patriotic - who else would go through the rigors of a presidential campaign, be so vetted, have families so probed/intruded upon? Neither is muslim, though unless terrorist, what difference does it make in this pluralistic society with separation of church and state? What does that say to all the law-abiding Arab Americans? So, all things being otherwise equal, It will all depend on how much you weigh vision and experience.

            • Posted By: sebr01stl @ 06/21/2008 11:49:25 AM

Sorry, had to take a phone call (spouse left something needed for work), then had computer problems, so I just went to bed. But, here's the conclusion/cont. of my earlier post: McCain sure has military experience but is that leadership, especially for Commander in Chief? Would I feel safer with one at the helm who may have an axe to grind that he harbors (war-mongering), due to being captured as a POW, and has the temper to boot? Does the POTUS need to be objective enough to see the other nation as well as the best interests of our own? Would someone from he trenches ever be able to view his wartime captors that way in the peaceful future? Obviously, McCain is in line with Bush on foreign policy, and his domestic leadership so far this year has been very reminiscent of the shrub. He even reneged on his maverick rep, signature policy of anti-GOP stance on the environment by calling for off shore oil drilling, after being opposed for so long before, due to its inadequacy to fix our CURRENT high fuel problems and its costs to the environment. Obama seems very eloquent, educated and a visionary, and the Harvard educated son of a Harvard educated economist to boot, though his ideals have to keep receiving fine tune adjustments. Do we need a hard core agenda going in, that won't need amending, taking into account all unknowns/unforeseeables, as well as what maybe should be foreseeable from experience? Will his expert team of advisors be enough to make up for his lack of years in the U.S. Senate? Do we know of scenarios where some who've been in the Senate for ages haven't been right on some issues (no one can be right all the time), or where some fresh young talent has brought great vision and leadership to the country? If yes, then I have to say, it all depends on how heavily you weigh experience (whether good experience or just any old experience) and vision. Whichever you think of greater importance will (should) obviously guide your vote, not color, age, or party.

There is so much we do not know about Obama - and it seems many are content to keep their heads in the sand. Hard to believe. Education does not necessarily equate to having common sense and being safe from following charismic people (i.e. Hitler, religious cult leaders etc). I hope people demand answers and to know more before they mark their ballots.

Can anyone confirm the information in the post by Mr. Sowell?

There is no evidence that Thomas Sowell has made that citizenship claim about Obama. He is by no means an Obama supporter and he states that in several of his columns on his website, but if he did make that claim, he did not post it to his website - which is where all of his other writing can be found.

So you agree that you will not vote for someone who doesn't wear the flag pin. McCain doesn't. He has even voted to reduce vet benefits and to deny the wounded benefits they deserve.

Part of true patriotism is how you treat the vets. Not sending people to war needlessly based on lies and for personal reasons (Bush said he would invade Iraq when he was running the FIRST time so he could have a "succssful presidency").

Sabre rattling is not patriotism. How dare you attempt to impugn Obama's. Do you have any evidence of a lack of patriotism? I thought not.

The one who needs to grow a brain is you......what benifits are you talking about the GI Bill maybe? Can you compare and contrast the two diffrent bill proposed by McCain and Obama and if so explain it here on this post? I highly doubt it. You obviously have zero military experince and know nothing specific about the GI Bill except its name. How dare you say John McCain does not support the GI bill, he does not support the Webb/Obama version. Increased benifits for greter time served. Why you shut the !@#$ and read something then people will take your comments seriously

Yeah, the guys on FAUX and other news outlets (Repugnicans all) blasting Obama for not wearing the pin weren't wearing one either.

Where was HRC's pin? How about McCain's? Mine even. I'm a vet who put my life on the line. Many who do wear the pin are fake patriots that is why Obama stopped wearing it all the time. He does wear it sometimes.

Now, how about discussing actual issues like McInsane's tax plan where he gets over $323,000 in breaks.

I am fascinated by your adjective "real". Just who do you think those of us who are born and raised here who support Mr. Obama are? Good Lord I have had an ancestor in every single war/conflict this nation has engaged it. Yes, including our present Military. While I respect your right to prefer Mr. McCain. I differ from you drastically in that choice. But I am EVERY bit as real and American as you, or George Bush for that matter.

23% of those polled were registered Republicans? wow, i'm surprised McCain wasn't down by 25%

I cannot believe what is happening to the American people, Wake up!, NOBAMA, NOBAMA, NOBAMA, FOR EVER. He lies tells the American people everything they want to hear, the poor fools. They are hynotized, He has the least experience, impotent when it comes to foreign affairs and terrorism, Won't allow the American people to drill for oil off shores, but allows foreign countries to drill the oil 50 miles off the Atlantic, i.e. Cuba allowing China, to push for drilling, and other countries, India, etc. just salivating waiting to drill the oil from under us. The AMerican people are tired of liars, who are money hungry, they are tired of working one day for the Govt. and one day for oil, that leaves 3 days to survive.. Most of his supporters especially Dem, Senators, and congressmen, see him I believe like a succulent sponge who they can control mold and shape to what they want. It's not going to happen, NOBAMA, is for the genocide of African American babies, can't they see that, Abortion, is the most especially among black babies, the most tragic event in our American history. Please WAKE UP. NOBAMA,,NOBAMA, NOBAMA, NOBAMA........

We are witnessing the death rattle of the ideology of the right-wing lunatic fringe. They've undone large portions of FDR's New Deal reforms so that now we're reliving a 1920's style financial/banking crisis, income disparity, and the grinding down of the common man under the boot of the ubber-rich who preach "free" markets but use their insider power to rig the markets and pay system in their favor. They shun government regulations of their activities while they're making money but always get a taxpayer bailout when, as always, the "free" market fails. They privitize the profits but socialize the costs.

Newsweek did a poll of only democrats and black people. That is why this publication is in the toilet
