All I know is this; I read her book "Practical Intuition" and I did the exercises and they worked! What else is there to say?

Funny how only the negative comments are posted twice. I like my spam in a can.
It didn't help that the software told me my post failed for unspecified reasons - so I tried again.... apparently the software that said the posting failed was wrong. I really need to stop using windows...
Typical, "Cherry Picking" I have seen pro comments posted more then one time. I guess the only way someone could believe in this stuff is to just remember the comments that agree and forget the times that did not agree!
Intuition is sense- similar to smell, or taste, or sight, or touch. It is not exact just as these other senses are not exact, like when you see something or smell something that is not really there. Or you feel something on your skin and scratch only to find there is nothing in fact on your skin. Just as a chef may have a heightened sense of taste some people have a greater awareness of what is happening around them which tells a story (past and future). I have been aware of my intuitive skills for much of my life. I have predicted divorces to the month, marriages to people who hardly know each other 7 years later to the date (give or take a week), things that will happen with consumers (trends and such), children being born and when (which are not yet concieved), chance encounters, and other things. For much of my life I thought it was God speaking to me, for other seasons of my life I thought I was crazy, but then so much of it would come to fruition. It makes people uneasy and uncomfortable. Many times even the people who have an awareness of their intuition are uncomfortable with it. Becoming acquainted with Laura Day has helped me put words and understanding to much of the experiences and intuitive "readings" I have been able to do so much of my life.
Laura Day is a gifted intuitionist and a generous teacher. I have taken workshops and classes with her over the past two years to develop my intuition to make better decisions, and positive changes in my life.
Her book Welcome To Your Crisis, is an absolute gift that has helped me understand how myself and my loved ones, react to crisis, and how use that knowledge to utilize the crisis to move forward to create the life you want.
If you are lucky enough to live in the New York City area, Laura gives free monthly workshops at Barnes & Noble in Tribecca, there is one this Monday Night June 30th. You will see first hand how we all have intuition, and can learn to use it to create the lives we want. It isn't anything to be afraid of. Go to www.practicalintuition.com for details.
I started out as a skeptic a number of years ago, but anyone who has had personal experience with Laura Day or any of her workshops will be amazed by how genuine she is personally. I've attended a number of weekend workshops led by Laura and some of my own experiences have left me speechless.
Her book 'Practical Intuition' is just that ... practical. In her book she notes that Intuition is only one part of decision making. We should practice identifying the facts and getting use to what our gut feeling is telling us about those facts when faced with a decision. This is not crystal ball smoke and mirrors stuff, its practicing your intution so you will recognize your intuitive responses when you have them.
I am no longer a skeptic when it comes to my own gut feelings.
Laura is the real deal. I have experienced her work and she knows what she's doing. In addition, this is a skill that can be taught to others and Laura is out there doing it. Whether you believe in it or not, doesnt really matter. The proof is that she is employed doing this by big corporations and is successful in getting the job done. To top it off, she is an incredibly generous and wonderful person.
The skeptics have joined they party! Hooray (sarcasm). I say if the companies want to use a psychic, good for them. If they used a non psychic consultant, no one would be freaking out and quoting the bible. In the dark ages, people thought cats were evil, and what happened? The plague. Not everything is about good and evil, not everything is black and white. People need to learn to co-exsist. Live and let live.
Sure, right up until you don't get the job because a psychic decided you would be bad for business, or child protective services are contacted by your child's school because a psychic tells your child's teacher aid they are being molested.
I thought Newsweek was supposed to be a respectable journal... with real journalists doing real journalism. What ever happened to that? What is the ratio of hits to misses for this psychic? That will tell us a lot - a couple anecdotes don't make for real research. I guess Newsweek doesn't have the standards I thought they did. Pity.

Has Newsweek gone off it's rocker? Psychics are either frauds, shams and con artists or they are as deluded as the people why go to them.
There is not a single piece of scientific evidence that psych powers exist bu ton the converse many psychics have been debunked. Why does this article not mention that?
You'd think that the JREF $1 million challenge would have been won by now if there were even 1 real psychic on the planet.
I am an intuitive with over 25 years of experience. Only recently have I started to charge for my services. Though businesses and those in power have always solicited advice from people like me, most often they have refused to publicly acknowledge it or to pay well for it. It is encouraging and refreshing that Laura and others are doing so well! Hope to add myself to that list soon.
Oh forgot to leave my e-mail address: kgblackwell@gmail.com and blog: themediamessiahblog.blogspot.com
how does equipping corporations heartless inhumane entities with this ability help the world the lust for money has shed so much blood and commited so many atrocities , that alone should give us cause to suspect the true nature of Laura days abilities. Laura is human just like you and me given an edge like hers what makes you think she is concerned about the welfare of others, I think she is basically starting a new religion one centered on the abilities of man, like most religions devoid of God and geared towards profit and power.
Every community, every family is a profitable enterprise, taking its "products" into the world, supporting its community and seeking to do it well. Many of the social programs, the arts, research that we enjoy and need come from the profits of "Big business". It is not how much money you make that counts it what you do with it and the many other resources we have. If you read my books you will see that my claim is not that I am different but that we are all more or less the same. We need to educate ourselves and share our resources creating communities that thrive.
I am afraid that this is the logical end of clueless management. Since you credit Gabriel Lawson with this wonderful "innovative" way of "thinking out of the box" I tried to find out what Gabriel's background is. She is a graduate of Milligan College, a small Christian college in east Tennessee with programs in liberal arts, nursing and others. Reading the college's descriptions of its programs gave me much food for thought. I suspect that outrageous distractions at the Laura Day sessions may give Seagate folks a chance to "intuit" but I hope real decisions are made on much firmer ground. Otherwise the powerful Seagate may be be around for too long.
Gabriel Lawson is man. Good to check your facts!
Drs. Ornstein, Ramachandran, and game-theorist Marc Prensky are telling us that are brains are different now in that they adapt to our environment. Science is ever expanding our realities and humans have not stopped evolving. I am proud to say that I support Laura's work. Her heart is compassionate; her workshops are life-changing--and certainly not "airy-fairy."

Well I know this article is true. I know this because my wife is one of the Countries Best Psychic/Medium. Her gift is nothing short of a miracle. 95 % of people claiming to be Psychics are fake that is true, but there are many people out there with true ability. My wife Sandy is the "real deal"!!! I have seen the peoples faces when they come out of a reading....the joy.....even though most come to tears they are tears of joy instead of grief. I have talked with 1000's of clients and I have heard there stories and why they came.....it is unbelieveable until you have your own reading.....then you will know what I know. If you would like to read about Sandy check out our site. www.Psychicscopes.com
Sincerely,

It's disheartening to see people promoting these sorts of con artists and games.
Can we see some empirical evidence supporting anything claimed in this article?
And please don???t disparage our patriotic atheist soldiers just to make some sort of off handed, careless and completely false assertion regarding the use of wizards in the corporate world. It does a disservice to their very real honor and sacrifice.

Thanks.
I'm in an international business field, LA -Tokyo. It took me more than a decade to develop my business language "to make sense" on what I just simply knew intuitively. Intuition is part of all human function and it is up to us to use it consciously, intentionally. We use it all the time unconsciously anyway whether you admit or not. Easy access to public open data would generate more value on private intuitive insights than ever. And it is always efficient to have options besides everything we have from knowledge, study, marketing, etc., in order to create more choices quickly within a short amount of time, among competition especially in fast pace business scene. To me, it is wise and natural to use whatever we are capable for gathering information on what we want to create as better outcome. Being trained by Laura Day for years made me become more capable in business as a clarity specialist. But most importantly, it allowed me to share others who are willing to develop intuitive muscle for their happiness and success as well. If you are open to build your business intuitive skill, I would send you to "The Practical Intuition" book as your first step. All the best.
