According to RealClearPolitics, Obama is leading by 7pts in the National Poll, 70pts in the Electoral College, and leading in 5 out of the 7 "battleground" states".

RasmussenPoll is holding steady w/ Obama leading by 5pts. The Rasmussen Reports Balance of Power Calculator shows Obama leading in states with 200 Electoral College votes while McCain leads in states with 174 votes. When leaners are included, it???s Obama 284, McCain 240.

The Gallup Poll is showing a national tie. But what's interesting is that Obama is no longer showing weakness w/ Catholics, Jews, or Hispanics:

Obama says in his ad that he ???extended healthcare for wounded troops that had been neglected??? and cites Public Law 110-181 as proof of this.

The problem is: Obama didn???t show up to vote that day!

Wow. I read all the comments, and it's funny to see that Mccain followers are still trying to "put on a happy face", like they don't see their candidate twirling down the toilet drain. His best argument is that we should occupy Iraq til forever because since the military put 10s of thousands more troops over there it will be more peaceful and we could just hang around anyhow. HUH? Then, drilling. Daddy Bush & Co. obviously had some very important info on this stuff to BAN it back then.

My main two problems with each candidate:

Obama: Don't want him to pull the troops in haste, needs 2 crack down on illegals.

Mccain: Man! I can't trust this guy, he moves around like a jellyfish on anything he wants to. You can see his outward "phoniness", especially when he rants "my friends!' over & over. He's on the crazy side of almost every important issue. He wants to keep up with the rich breaks, the Bush war, the being puppeteered by by our snaky govt policies. He often claims one thing, only to find out a totally separate thing occured. And we ALL KNOW he is trying so hard to just say whatever he possibly can to win for the system, the wealthy.

Did you guys notice how Mccain tried to immediately call Obama a "flip flopper" after Obama opted out of public finance? But Mccain his flipped & flopped on at least 5 plus issues, IMPORTANT ONES AT THAT! Mccain is just salty cause Obama's playing the game so good, he said he was, which made Mccain take out a loan against our money back in the primaries. Now Mccain HAS TO accept the money & be limited to like 84 million.

Mccain's so deceitful he's tried to make it out to be we can't trust Obama if he changes his mind. But this really only affects Mccain.

Some of you who read my posts about investment banks driving up the price of oil through commodities futures trading did not believe me that this was a real issue, despite the fact that the Senate is investigating it. Well, it really is an issue and an important one, so important that the Department of Justice is going to investigate.

Senator Obama announced a plan to crack down on excessive energy speculation and fully close the loophole in the CFTC regulations that I referred to in my blog. This loophole is also called the "Enron Loophole" because it was created by McCain campaign co-chair Phil Gramm at the behest of Enron lobbyists, and exempts most trading on energy commodities from regulation. As a result, the CFTC is unable to oversee the oil futures market or investigate cases where excessive speculation is driving up oil prices. Just last month, John Hofmesiter, President of Shell Oil Company, says that the proper, uninflated production price of a barrel of crude oil is no more than $65.

Clarence Cazalot, CEO of Marathon Oil, stated in November of 2007 that "$100 oil just isn't justified by the physical demand on the market - it is speculation on the futures market that is driving this."

Larry Chom, Chief Economist of Platt's, states in a recent Businessweek article that speculation is adding at least $50 to the price of every barrel of oil. Obama is neither experianced or qualified. He has flip flopped more than any other, has skewed the Bible, wants to increase taxes in an unstable economy, does not know anything about foreign policy, has not been to Iraq in many years, will put this country at risk, and will not win simply because Ameica does NOT need a manipulative liar again.

We need to get out of Iraq and transfer responsibility and management of that country to the IRAQ's themselves. THEY SHOULD be backed by a multinational force led by Middle Eastern countries until they are able to fight extremist on their own.
Our unilateral approach in the MIDDLE EAST has to come to an end. ECONOMICALLY, IRAQ IS KILLING the average tax payer and making a few private contractors and oil firms rich.

We need Oil. WE NEED OIL. Therefore, getting rid of the Iranian regime is at the top of our agenda.
The majority in Iran want change but not under and American led invasion. It has to be done from within. We lost the support of moderate Arabs and Muslims over the last six years. Hopefully, PRESIDENT OBAMA can empower this group and encourage them to meet with their counterparts.

Inotherwords there should be an alliance between all moderates in the Middle East, JEWS, ARABs, MUSLIMS, ect... These forces must be self motivated by a common cause, Peace. IF this group can be strengthened they themselves will defeat or at least contain the force of extremism.
WE must strengthen the forces behind peace and weaken those against peace on both sides.

THE UNITED STATES CANNOT SOLVE THE CONFLICT IN THE MIDDLE EAST. WE CAN ONLY STRENGHTEN AND SUPPORT THE PEOPLE OF THE MIDDLE EAST TO SOLVE THEIR OWN PROBLEMS.

IN THE SHORT RUN WE NEED MIDDLE EASTERN OIL. THIS COMPLICATES OUR ROLE OVER THERE.
WE Should have had an ENERGY SUMMIT TEN YEARS AGO. WE NEED TO COME UP WITH A TWENTY YEAR PLAN to RID OURSELVES of OIL DEPENDENCY IN THE MIDDLE EAST. TWENTY YEARS WILL GO BY LIKE NOTHING. WE HAVE TO START NOW.

THE most dangerous threats are the ones you do not see coming. LIKE CHINA, RUSSIA, EASTERN EUROPEAN organized crime. Monitoring these entities will be our great challenge.

Larry Sinclair is free!

Sinclair was transfered from DC jail to a Delaware courtroom this morning.

The Delaware judge immediately released Sinclair on his own recognizance after a perfunctory hearing this afternoon.

Apparently, the "fugitive warrrant" used was not really issued from Delaware

But rather the "fugitive warrant" was fabricated in DC -- perhaps likely by the US Attorney's office. This of course suggests high level political corruption.

Sinclair's blog is exploding...1,500,000 hits and growing fast. More detailed "evidence" to be revealed. NOT GOING AWAY....
