Thats what politicians, lawyers, and criminals do, they hack up the constitution...ALL of our Presidents both Dem and Repubs do is hack and change laws to suit there needs...Be it good or bad for the nation...So playing like Bush is the ONLY pres thats done it is just plain ignorance...Need we be reminded of Clintons lying behavior trying to skirt the LAW at every angle he and his cronies could think of to keep from getting found out about the truth of Lewensky, or Whitewater or any other of there little scams we will find out about in the future? So this X-files conspiracy theories that everyone is trying to spout is just plain old news...Spy sats have been watching us and others since weve been able to put them there....No different then the higher ups in the colonies intercepting letters from the King or Europe to find out what was going on during the Revolution...PPL will always be "spied" on to find out the state of your country...So really get a life and do your part to keep this Nation thriving instead of bashing it everyway possible...Otherwise join the Taliban and fight against the very nation you obviously hate.

As a former service member, who worked for the NSA, I clearly and openly want to warn the American People that fully trusting the NSA with any more than total distrust is the right thing to do. Confidentiality within the NSA is a joke. Information including matters of the highest security is subject to used as a way to gain promotion and curry favour with superiors. Many politicians in and out office have access to data that they clearly don't have a need to know. So beware of government agencies that are promoting questionable practices in the name of national security and remember the the most secure place on earth is your local cemetary.

GET OUT WHILE YOU STILL CAN!! WE ARE NOT FREE, WE ARE NOT FREE. In reality no one except our CREATOR has the capability to keep tabs on us all at all times and for good reason.

Good ole Bushey...He keeps hammering away at our civil liberties hoping to make a name for himself since he has FAILED considerably at every other thing he has done during his time in office. He is a looser and failure.

Good ole Bush. He has to stir up all he can before he goes leaves office. His legacy is that of pull the gun and shoot, then see if it is legal. If not, then it is done under the guise of national security. Oh, by the way, Cheney usually pulls the trigger.

I don't trust the ethics of this one bit.

If the last thing the Bush administration leaves this country is a giant eye in the sky that will very occasionally "just happen" to catch people in the business of doing illegal things, then our transition to giant police state will have begun in earnest.

However, it would be somehow a fitting coda, given this administration's gross neglect of the Geneva Convention, its unilateralism, and its trampling of American civil liberties, if a giant spy satellite turns out to be the true legacy of George Walker Bush.
