Procedures: Who Gets What Cut
Americans underwent more than 1.9 million plastic surgeries in 2007, according to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
His nose: Among men, nose reshaping was most popular, with 74,090 procedures performed.
Her breasts: Among women, breast implants, predictably, were No. 1. Doctors performed more than 347,500, most of them with saline implants.
His breasts: For men, breast reduction was fourth most popular, with 21,311 procedures in 2007, up 7 percent from 2006.
Her eyes: A total of 205,764 women had eyelid surgery, or blepharoplasty. They made up 85 percent of the patients who underwent the procedure.
His hair: Hair transplants saw the biggest drop in popularity—13,393 procedures performed in 2007, down 35 percent from 2006. Also down 35 percent: calf augmentations, to just 213.
Her bottom: Buttock implants were the fastest-growing women's surgery, up 89 percent, to 903 procedures. In addition, 3,051 women had their buttocks lifted.

I've read that more than one third of all breast revision procedures are just to change breast implant size alone.

I don't personally understand why people go that route, but I don't mind it personally. Womens breasts have long been fashion statements, kinda like a new pair of earrings or a new bracelet.
