Can anyone direct my inquiries in the following research; http://www.myfoxphilly.com/dpp/news/021609_Pawlowski_Slaying_Investigation
Commissioner Ramsey's interview & FBI meeting to investigate whether violence towards police has a connection with jailhouse muslum extremeist groups and influence while they were in jail? ie. contempt for police authority and possibility of their way to start to infiltrate our country???

I WISH THERE WERE A MILLION MORE LIKE HIM!

Noe89la hit the nail on the head! i am a muslim soldier and just got back from iraq. I was itching to go into a Mosque and shot back at some terrorists that had engaged soldiers from a mosque. Issue is they turned the mosque to a fighting position which is definitely against Islamic views. Point is, there should be no talk on civil liberties and what not when talking about saving lives. more importantly the MEDIA needs to start reporting on the POSITIVES this method has helped to deter and prevented more innocent deaths. this kind of article is what some soldiers read and wonder if we are actually appreciated.

Dude, seriously - YOU ROCK!! Thanks first of all for serving our country (I'm a retired vet myself). And it is VERY refreshing to hear this from a Muslim. I would hope that more Muslims feel the way you do. We don't want to stop Muslims from practicing... just from killing us.

    • Posted By: onepoker @ 08/02/2008 1:24:11 AM

Knockout thank you for your service. I agree with your post a hundred percent. I also believe that if we don't help the good people in Iraq and Afganistan that they will fall victim to these extremists. I am sure your presence as a muslim helped bring understanding to other people in your unit and I am also certain you faced prejudice as a Muslim its men and woman like you that will help us understand the situation and win the wars in Iraq and Afganistan.

Hope they continue. But I also have to question who is infiltrating whom. I'll bet you dollars to donuts that there are more Islamist agents inside the FBI than there are FBI agents or informants inside Islamist groups by a huge margin.

    • Posted By: Proud to be a Kaffir! @ 08/14/2008 1:48:46 PM

Absolutely!!! Ever hear of Ali Mohammed? He was one of the "masterminds" behind 9/11! He was an Egyptian officer and came here to the U.S. to train at Fort Benning with our Army Special Forces. Then he left Egypt and joined OUR Army and made it through our SF courses. The Egyptian govermenment tried to warn us that he was an extremeist but did we listen??? Then he was hired by either the FBI or the CIA (I can't remember which was first) and was supposed to infiltrate... What did this scumbag do instead? He told them he was a plant and worked like a double agent... then when he was finally discovered, he went to the other agency and did it AGAIN!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! Currently, there is a real problem within the intel agencies with discrimination against Arabic speakers who aren't Arab. So if you are Jewish or whatever and try to get a job with them even if you have impeccable Arabic skills... NO JOB FOR YOU!

No kidding San Diego!!! Oh gee, we are sooooo sorry Mr El-Hindi (former IMAM!!) that we have offended your sensibilities... MAYBE IF 3 OUT OF 4 AMERICAN MOSQUES DIDN'T PREACH HATE AND DESTRUCTION OF AMERICA, YOU WOULDN'T BE TARGETED!!! Criminals don't like it when the police get into their affairs... just like the mob! The FBI uncovered papers from a Muslim group (I think the Muslim Brotherhood) that outlined a plan to subvert the U.S. by inserting extremist Muslims into EVERY facet of American life and then wait for the orders of the caliphate! They speak about "interfaith dialogue" in English out of one side of their mouth and out of the other, in Arabic, they talk about jihad, mental, physical, political and financial! Take a look what is happening in the UK... The UK welcomes them into their country with open arms and invites them to participate in thier freedom and what do they do but screech their intolerant hateful venom and blow things up! If they would just practice their religion without threatening to kill anyone who: 1) converts to another religion, 2) exposes these practices or examines their "religion, 3) is homosexual, 4) is a woman who gets raped etc etc etc... Yeah, Sharia law is great - NOT!!! It is totally incompatible with democracy. Read Nonie Dawish's "Now they call me Infidel" or Brigitte Gabriel's "Because they hate - straight from the horses mouth! Check out www.actforamerica.org

No kidding San Diego!!! With 3 out of 4 American Mosques preaching destruction of American in Arabic while speaking out of the other side of their mouths about "interfaith dialoge" in English... WE NEED TO WAKE UP!!! There are plans uncovered by the FBI that the Muslim Brotherhood have plans in place to subvert the U.S... get em in ever single facet of American life and wait for the call of the caliphate! Well, we can't profile now... Lord Almighty, is it going to take another attact like in Sept of 01 to make us realize it aint the Swedes that are trying to kill us???

Dalion, are you retarded? I mean it. Are you literally, mentally retarded? What do you think, that if police knock on the door of the mosque, and ASK POLITELY, 'Hey, is anyone in there planning any terrorist strikes?", that they will say, "Why, yes, we are actually, and we weren't going to say anything, but, since you asked us SO POLITELY, here are our diagrams, and bomb-making materials. " ?? My lord, you are sincerely, and dangerously ignorant.

  • Posted By: kcherico @ 08/09/2008 2:25:08 PM

Plans for terrorism are made not only in mosques but in other seemingly safe public places such as grocery stores and office buildings. Unknown covert operatives can be of great benefit to our country's (and the world's) safety and security in places such as this.

Isn't spying a sin? What happened to values, morals? Anyone spying on anyone is not fair, I believe you need to be forward, to people's faces and do it in a courteous manner. I think its the best way to get reliable info. Instead of getting unreliable 'he said, she said,' get facts, and not twist peoples word around. If you need information, ask don't sneak around.

Ha Ha Ha...What world do you live in?..Spying and the covert world has kept you pretty much safe in bed...Isnt it a sin to plan to mass kill innocent ppl?

Islam is a religion of pieces

  • Posted By: observer101 @ 08/02/2008 12:37:02 PM

Judging by the people against this kind of tactics, we should just announce that we are doing undercover work to the suspects...better yet why not announce to the taliban when and where we will strike next...Its the polite thing to do.

    1. COINTEL PRO is the acronym for an FBI led dirty tricks operation against US citizens especially Blacks and Native Americans. There is still active disinformation claiming that COINTEL PRO is a Counter Intelligence (CI) domestic operation and that COINTEL PRO was not part of any Government conspiracy. As a former CIA Case Officer, Leutrell Mike Osborne disputes both the claim that COINTEL PRO is a CI operation and that there is no Government conspiracy.
    2. The mere definition of a Covert Action operation describes COINTEL PRO. Dirty tricks are CA intel operations.
    3. J. Edgar Hoover, FBI Director, had contacts with organized crime. William Sullivan before he was killed in a deer hunting accident had plans to tell the HSCA that he opposed continuance of the COINTEL PRO under his Intelligence Division, etc.
    4. The FBI was not the only Intelligence Community (IC) agency involved in Covert Action intelligence. The DIA and CIA both conducted what I consider illegal domestic CA operations in collaboration with the FBI. Richard Ober at CIA???s CI Staff and William Sullivan at the FBI coordinated dirty tricks operations. The CIA???s MHCHAOS program with several internal Office of Security programs like HYDRA also were in concert with the FBI???s COINTEL PRO.
    5. Under no circumstances accept any information alleging that James Earl Ray and Lloyd Jowers are the assassins. At the most, both of them were controlled assets handled by an unidentified agent handler or handlers that used the alias Raul, who may have been foreign born and under the control of the US Army???s Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). With the above as backdrop, why do recent programs honoring Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. on the 40th Anniversary of his assassination continue to implicate Ray as the assassin? This is part of the continued Government cover up using various public media resources.
Osborne wants to know why the mainstream media doesn't get to the truth and point the
I was there you were not and I tell you for a fact this is the way they operated. He had a list of twenty names and these 3 were not on it does that not shake you up a little bit. We were targeted no matter what we as a community do it will never be enough in the eyes of the greater population because we are all guilty until proven innocent right.

intelligence is a dirty business you have to get in bed with some pretty unsavory characters if you want it to work. By the way if you would like to see the results of trying to run a "dirt" free cia and fbi just google september 11th because it is a direct result of legislation that killed our on the ground efforts to stamp out the bad guys.

Tend to agree that the result of Church was the end of effective Humint. I was in the Elint business and business was good, if useless against a tribal enemy in the Kush.

This article is very biased and very disturbing. It is pure fear mongring. This gives the impression that the Muslim American community is conspiratory at large or non patriotic, failing to site the tens of thousands of Muslim Americans serving in our military, risking their lives to defend the stars and stripes, failing to mention the millions of American Muslims who are proudly contributing to the various socio-economic fabric of our country and working jointly with their fellow American citizens to keep America safe, secure and prosperous. The article, for the sake of fairness, should have mentioned the position of the American Muslim organizations, and the American Muslim community at large, unanimously, fully and categorically condemning all acts of Terrorism. It failed to mention that there are many many terrorists of all colours and all faiths. Hatered has no color, faith or race. Look at history and you'll see terrorists and criminals raising from all places, countries, races and faiths. It is only through keeping us --Americans of all faiths -- united that we can defy terrorism and remain, as we always have been, one country, one nation -- We the People!

    • Posted By: Lee Holmes @ 07/04/2008 2:58:26 AM

Nonsense. Besides,if you can cough up ''patriotic''Muslims to a large degree I would personally like to see them without the CAIR ad hominum whining, the PSG funding of terrorist organizations in Gaza and Lebanon, and North Carolina and Michigans HEZBOLLAH buddies selling black market smokes in Dearborn and Ashville in order to pony up enough dough to buy more AK-47s and RPGS for their Mid East brethren.
Indeed. When was the last time anyone saw a large scale march, television adverstisement on all stations,a interview with a major Muslim Emir/Mullah/other that called for solidarity with the US? Answer:

There are none. Indeed,a poll in 2004 taken by The PEW Charitable Trust, found that of young US Muslims under the age of 25,[those of military age] 37% of these advocated terrorist acts against those who ''insulted''their religion.[Yet in the US military,of all branches, only 1% of the total American Muslim population now serves, according to the Dept. of Defense at www.dod.gov] This means that nearly four of ten Muslim males in the US would vaporize YOUR family without even wincing. This poster is in error. There has never been,to the extant hour any ''unanimous'',''full''or ''categorical''call ''at large''to condemn these acts of terrorism against not only others, such as Europeans or Asians,[which has obviously occurred], but against our own people while these reside in our own country.American Muslims largely keep quiet, observing their cowardice outside of those few Muslims who serve in our military or those of other coalition nations,or whine over ''profiling'',as we always see with such Muslim organizations as CAIR. We will observe here that when anti-abortion crackpots were bombing and killing abortion providers, liberals demanded an complete, unequivocal condemnation of their activities which was pronounced by none other than those in the highest positions in both major sects of Christiandom, that of Pope John Paul II for the Catholics, and the Archbishop of Canterbury for the Protestants. Americans deserve no less coming from Islamics. Cut with this ''Death To Those Who Insult Islam' crap and maybe we can actually get somewhere.

      • Posted By: onepoker @ 08/02/2008 1:52:01 AM

your out of line here. I am certain if you had polled young American men of Irish heritage in the 70's if they supported the actions of the ira you would get similar numbers that doesn't mean they are ready to blow up a local pub in fact I don't think any irish immigrants or otherwise blew up anything on US soil.

I used to attend that Masjid and we used to speak out against terrorism and we told that informant to stay away from people that had those beliefs and he targeted them anyway. We all knew he was a cop and told him as much on many occasions. We just thought like Holly Garfield that if you had nothing to hide then you had nothing to worry about. I don't know what those brothers really did and what they were entrapped into doing, but what I do know is that the thing that should scare the Sugar Honey Iced Tea out of everyone of you reading this post is that for the most part we are ordinary citizens going about our daily business and have no desire to harm America in anyway then we were targeted anyway that should scare all of you. We just want to be left alone to practice our religion without being targeted purely based on the fact that we are Muslim. I would surely like to know how this would be perceived if you found this stuff was going on in your church or synagogue, because I can assure you that as a congregation we spoke out against 9/11 we spoke out against global terrorism on many occasions and asked Mr. Griffin to attend many lectures concerning that matter and even one our brothers called the FBI on him when he made some crazy remarks. That is the part of the story you don't know and that will never be reported how many of us suspected he was a cop and how many of us tried to get him the correct picture of Islam and he still went after the idiots. You people should be very afraid of what this government is doing to the constitution and your civil liberties in general. I am an African American born in the 60???s and as you said this is nothing new, but I would propose to you that the FBI used these same tactics against groups that they deemed dangerous and then made the air ripe for the type of radicalism that permeated the late 60's and early 70's all for the benefit of the elite right. Be very careful of who it is that they call dangerous as you may well find yourself on a FBI list for no other reason than disagreeing with the foreign policy of this government.

abu its easy to avoid trouble even as a muslim if someone asks if your interested in Blowing up a building politely tell them no and inform your local fbi office. I guarantee the fbi isn't looking to pin stuff on innocent people they are looking for the bad guys. If all you do is bake bread you are in no danger.

Sorry here is the first part of that story got cut off cut and paste mistake :(
Martin Luther King Jr. Assassination the US Government and Hoover's FBI
Commentary by Former CIA Case Officer Leutrell Osborne

Leutrell Osborne, Sr., has interviewed Ray Kohlman, Mike Ruppert, former Congresswoman Cynthia Mc Kinney, Catherine Austin Fitts, Gary Revel and more to shape this news commentary about the MLK assassination.

Martin Luther King was assassinated. However, over 40 years after his untimely death, questions remain about the identities of the assassins and their backers. In short, who is specifically responsible?

The FBI's COINTEL PRO was a questionable and possibly unconstitutional clandestine activity, manipulating the sociopolitical landscape by disrupting the exercise of First Amendment rights. They suppressed speaking, teaching, meeting, advocacy, writing and publishing with vigilante-style domestic covert action and propaganda used against American citizens.

Agents infiltrated organizations, conducted ???dirty tricks??? psychological warfare, and used the legal system, break-ins, stalking, assaults and beatings for harassment. They inflicted physical, emotional and economic damage, and did not stop short of using assassinations to ???neutralize??? their adversaries.??? Osborne encourages us to share his conclusions about governmental dirty tricks.

The groups these dirty tricks were used against were plotting against the United States of America so so the hell what!

  • Posted By: Trooper101st @ 07/08/2008 8:11:12 AM

I think Mr. Griffin has a lot of experience in covert ops and theres alot more than meets the eye here. Now he's working for the FBI? Spoke Farsi? He is quite an asset.

    • Posted By: onepoker @ 08/02/2008 1:27:59 AM

shhhhhh! be verry quiet we are hunting terrorists! It is a shame that they had to blow his cover I would much prefer if the suspects just kind of disappeared.

  • Posted By: Noe89la @ 07/31/2008 1:09:07 AM

Where's the story here? That we should sympathize with the "Poor Terrorists" whose civil rights and liberties are "violated" by us, their potential targets of destruction? Oh, perhaps we should all decry the fact that finally someone seemed to crack the impenetrable fortress of these terrorists? I'm ashamed to read such gabbage. If this is journalism, please spare us. All in the name of "liberty and rights", and with the help of a strangely twisted sense of justice, and fairplay of the madia, a lot of frightening things are now being shoved under the radar of the unsuspecting public. If you're soliciting our sympathy, as it seems, for the "poor terrorists" whose "rights" are being violated, so the rest of us won't be their next victims, your wait will be loooo--ng; infact the cow will grow wings first. The saddest part of this story, as far as reasonable and intelligent, thinking people are concerned, is that Griffin had to be exposed, so the prosecution could be accomplished. That's the saddest part of this story. Mr. Griffin deserves a hero's salute, for saving innocent American lives, that these "poor terrorists" would have murdered. No less. When is the media going to start writing something worth reading? Since this article makes no sense at all. Give me a break.

  • Posted By: ding174 @ 07/16/2008 6:56:19 PM

A true "journalist" as opposed to a run of the mill reporter whould have the guts to also "write" about the other side of the story and "inform" the public on how extremist groups not only in the US but around the world have infiltrated and are continualy gathering intelligence in order to destroy our society and our freedoms. So how about it? earn your money and your readers respect . . .get out there into the back alleys of moscow, london, paris, manila, new york, los angeles, bangkok, ashgabat, tehran, delhi, and the tri-border areas of south america and "report" about the other side who with no laws to abide by are bent on doing whatever it takes to gain access to your wives, children and everything you hold near and dear, to own and subjugate and eventualy destroy.

I have seen the anger expressed by Abu Foolan in law abiding citizens of a variety of groups where criminal elements popped up over the years. His feelings are far too common and build up pointless resentment as a byproduct of these criminals, be they terrorists, organized crime or hate groups, etc. It is easier to blame the 'outsider' law enforcement than the 'insider' criminal element. I am trying to bring out questions that the citizens, counselors and community leaders need to ask themselves and each other in order to deal with the anger they feel when put in this position. Pointing out the problem is easy. Blaming the outsider is easy. Coming up with a better solution is the hard part.

Recently in my area a prominent black leader complained that the police were always arresting inner city blacks for drug dealing and publicly stated that the police should go arrest the drug dealers in the upscale white neighborhoods instead. Unfortunately for him, there were no significant drug problems in these neighborhoods. Also many of the inner city people arrested were from New York City, 250 miles away. A short time later a local police officer was assassinated by a young, black repeat offender in a problem neighborhood. The officer was alone on a routine traffic stop when the killer spotted him at the end of the stop. Of course if the police had listened to that leader then the officer would be alive, but many children would be dead from drug problems because the dealers weren't arrested.

I, personally, prefer to live in the neighborhoods where there are large numbers of Eastern Eurpoean immigrants over neighborhoods of naturally born Americans. The immigrants are more law abiding, quiet, helpful to their neighbors and hard working than many Americans. The Muslim families tend to not drink much, so there are fewer drunk drivers and beer cans floating around, too.

    Correction to previous post.
The agent received 56k per year in salary, not 52k.
I believe spending $300,000.00 to get this trash off the streets isn't the big issue. Only in this country will the government spend over 1.7 million dollars to defend the same people who are trying to destroy it!
