Can we PLEASE get religion out of politics ? How did this garbage begin ? Freakin A, can we just have a President who gets down to business ?!

Disappointed to hear more about faith-based orgs getting more government tax dollars considering most churches are still discriminating against women (remember the Baptist woman who taught for 54 years and then they decided they couldn't learn from women and fired her?). It's especially disappointing to hear it coming from the Obama camp, who must not be putting any information out at all about women's advocacy because all I've seen from Obama is "black community" this and "black community" that.

It's also distressing because, despite St. Paul's recommendation for Christians that they'd probably be happier single, the Christian Church in the USA has continued to scorn and shun singles, especially women and it continues to ignore the plight of spinsters and widows and even orphans (could even prevent orphans from happening if they'd assist the women in taking care of their children rather than promoting adoption, baby mills and orphanages).

USA needs to take prochoice to the next level and formally assist the women who really WANT to care for and raise their children with a Witness Protection Plan for Women and Children, get them out of the hands of the greedy and incestuous and worse and put them in a place of safety with assistance to raise them out of harm's way of dangerous exes and crime ridden neighborhoods. If they can have a Witness Protection Plan for old mafia farts, why can't they have one for American women and children?

There sure is a lot of speculation,hypothesis,conspiracy theories,propaganda and accusations going on here. Basically a jambalaya brain farts from you right wing zombies.

Its clear why McCain has not approached any of you to be on his campaign staff.

Awful quiet in here from Obama supporters. Doesn't anyone have any thoughts on Obama expanding Bush's religious charity effort? Doesn't anyone support Obama spitting on the Constitution and sending federal money to churches? Doesn't anyone want to defend Obama's decision to continue Bush's policies and break his promise to bring change to Washington?

Keep religion out of government!

HIPOCRISY OF RELIGIOUS RIGHT EXPOSED

The beautiful part about Senator Barack Obama is that his Faith and GODLY walk is so genuinely authentic, it exposes a light on the dark hypocrisy of the Religious Right. Finally the religious conservatives have been exposed for the real fakes they are.

Christian Brother Obama has reached out with multiple attempts to shake the hands of hypocritical religious right conservatives, only to have fellow Christian Brothers from the right spurn Obama's good faith effort to converse as brothers. The Religious Right is nothing less than modern day crusaders always looking to savage other Christians that may not look identical to the religious right, or do not always march in absolute lockstep with the religious political crusaders. Case in point, you see what the hypocritical Religious Right did to Colin Powell.

If the General election was a Boxing Match, they would stop it and raise Barack's hand right now. The latest polls show that the race in GEORGIA is a close one. That's correct, in GEORGIA. Now I'm not so naive to think that Obama can win there. My Son and his family live in Atlanta and are Dems. They have not counted in a General Election their entire lives and i don't expect that to change. My point is that if Barack can run well there, he is going to steam roll McCain everywhere else that counts.
