Comment: Maybe it is her LACK OF performance enhancing drugs that leads to her longevity. It is common knowledge that most people on these drugs see a short term gain, followed by a degradation of the body, either from the drugs themselves or from bodily injuries sustained because the drugs let them push themselves too far. Good for her. Another example of someone who did exceptionally well as they got older was George Foreman.

Comment: so, nobody dares to bring up the elephant in the room? again? bonds was a great athlete, and so was clemens. does anyone know swiming? to improve your pb times at sprint disciplines at 40? i mean, there's no evidence of any improprities, but, to not even mention how fishy this is...

Comment: This is a nice story, however she has been a model, a tae-bo spokesperson(making a ton) and a sport analyst. here whole life. Lets not overdo this- there have been many olympians that have come from regular 9-5 jobs and won medals. It does not hurt her cause that she is very easy on the eyes and very uninhibited in appearing in various swimsuits

Comment: Jonn McCains performance is very bad. He voted to go to war with Iraq. He confuses Iran with Al Qaeda. He sang a song about bombing Iran. He voted to allow the CIA to continue to use torture. And, he lobbied againts the G.I. Bill.
Performance matters. That's why John McCain needs to be sent out to pasture. I dread McCain's "day"
