1.) I want a non profit corporation to help the mentally ill.
2.) I want a Federal Grant for $10 million dollars to start testing my ideas----
3.) I full control of who I hire, or fire----any negative people will be fired----I only want positive people----
4.) We have a plan, we have goal and we never quit------the number of mentally ill must be reduced
throughout the USA-----
5.) No harassment or hate by drug companies or other lobby groups or organizations----
6.) If everything is positive after 1 year-----I would need $20 million dollars----to continue----
7.) The non profit organization must be protected from any and all law suits by the Federal Government
I have no time to waste on legal actions------

Real estate was meant to be used----and not just sit vacant----
In America we have many people that could use the vacant real estate, however it is not taking place.
Vacant real estate seems to be the norm in America---

All the resort areas in America are hurting------no person has any extra spendable money----nobody wants
to go on vacation----
In Europe the employee get 1 month vacation a year
In USA the employee is lucky to get 1 week
In Europe the employee is working 1 job----

We expect the people from the rest of the World to come to America, to live their Dream-----for most of
them, it has become a nightmare. We have the same amount of harassment and hate as all the other

If the stock market in America does not have the Largest Move In All Of Economic History----we in America
will have more, and more vacant real estate-----and it does not HELP anyone in the US or the rest of the

Panama City Beach built tons of Condo's they are just sitting vacant, it is like a Ghost Town.
The one building has 768 units all done and completed----however not sold, nor has the swimming
pool been approved. Another complex has 711 units just waiting for people with MONEY----
Simon Properties (the largest real estate developer in the USA---has built a large commercial complex
in Panama City Beach----all waiting for PEOPLE----no people, no tenants, no money----and you and others
will witness One Big Ghost Town---
