    hate to see Clinton having to help out Obama. But, that's politics. She's being overly loyal to her party, but not to her supporters. We as voters have a different say. I plan to vote McCain in '08. He's the maverick Republican who led the bipartisan Gang of 14 with Sen. Ben Nelson (D). Obama on the other hand is always "changing" his position to whatever suit him best for that moment. It's literally, one day support this, and the next day backtrack that. Its old politics. Remember 20 years for Rev. Wright, who was like a family member to the Obamas. Wright officiated Barack and Michelle's wedding ceremony and baptized their children. Obama's memoir was inspired by Wright's sermons. He first embraced Wright as family for 20 years, and then rejects Wright because it was harmful to his campaign. Obama will do and say anything to get the presidency. We as voters must stop this arrogant presidential seal stealing candidate. "Flip-Flop" we can believe in.

    The facts are. "GULLIBLE AMERICANS" need to realize 2+2=4. The anger and hate in Jeremiah Wright's sermons are reminiscent of Farrakhan's. They don't wear a smiling mask. Obama does. Be proud of what you are Obama if you have nothing to hide. "Take off your mask" Obama has had about a year or more in the senate and attended about a hundred congressional meetings voting present rather than voting for or against any of the issues being voted on. I want somebody whose been in the White House and has experienced credibility in doing so. Obama is a preschooler in politics for the presidency. He "Knows Nothing" about running a country, and "Knows Nothing" about the other worlds leaders, he's never met with them, he only knows just about what you know "NOTHING" So why don't you run for President? Oh I see on the job training is the way you "GULLIBLE AMERICANS" want for Obama. BOOM! "OMG Call my advisors" BOOM>BOOM>BOOM!

    Mr. Fineman has crediantials a mile long to support his statement and what credentials you have to make sleezy remarks and judgements about the candidates .You have done no research, but simply repeat the crap that suits your devilish minds.
    I do see few americans here talking like inteliigent caring true patriots, the rest I am not sure who you are but certainly you do not speak with wisdom, knowledge or understanding of the issues and what is a stake

    There is definitely a racial divide, and if Barack Hussein Obama gets in, there "WILL" be a civil disobedience and arrogance toward whites. No pun intended, but the blacks will have a field day, and it's a shame that allot of blacks are voting for Barack Hussein Obama just because he's black rather than voting for the person. If Obama was a white man, he would not be in this position. Colon Powell for the presidency would be awesome, but NOT Barack Hussein Obama. It has to do with the person and his or her credibility, wisdom along with Knowledge. Operah worries more about the children in Africa rather then the children in America. And worries more about blacks then the whites that made her the green in America. Operah did her Obama dance. What happened to Equality? There is a real reverse prejudice at this time in history. Most the blacks that are voting for Barack Hussein Obama just because he's black are truly prejudice whites and are holding a real grudge from the past against the whites. Yeah they had it bad, but did they forget the Jews were cooked to death by the millions? and the Italians, Irish, Polish, Spanish also had it real bad too etc. Pity Pity "Woe is me" F**K that and get over it! And as far as Jesse Jackson is concerned he said what was on his mind and said how he truly felt and was honest with his feelings. GOOD! More people should speak their thoughts out loud and be truthful rather than being deceitful with other people, and I think he might have known the Mic was on to get his point across. To me he made no direct real apology and he shouldn't have to. He told it how he sees it with his honest feelings.

      So, Ara, from this comment I can assume that you object to having a minority President. I'm sorry you feel that way. I think that most Americans do not agree with you there.

      Me personally (a white Republican), I would be PROUD to have a minority President, so long as that person was intelligent, articulate and had promulgated good policies for our future. Obama passes that test on all points.

      You think that because the media wags the dog that means Obama will be pushed into the Presidency by the media? It seems to me the liberal media is doing it's best to protect McCain, even while appearing to be pro-Obama. The conservative media is not so nice. They go after Obama with a hatchet. I would say that the media, taken overall, does not favor one candidate over the other. I think it all comes out in the wash.

I disagree with Obama on issues not because of his race and I can't see how any true Republican can agree with Obama's policies. Now, we can discuss the media's bias on both sides. I think I can see a media bias when they put it out there. I am just stating my opinion regarding this piece of rag article by Mr. Fineman.

            Okay, do you believe we are in an energy crisis? If you do, would it be wise and/or smart to look at different alternatives to solve the problem. Call me a flipper because it makes sense to drill off short along with other alternatives. Now, in regards to immigration: The American people spoke loud and proud, and they were not going accept the bill as is and wanted the borders protected first. John McCain accepted it and realigned his position to the will of the people. Remember he still wants to work though getting this process. Where does Barrack stand? Keep it as is? We can't do that! This is coming from a Chicano. Again Brother, you should really read the facts. Now, the one thing I put above everything is honesty. Obama has been moving like a moving target on issues and promises he made. I don't trust him... That is just my opinion.

    Just a few minutes ago I was watching MSNBC Chris Matthews show and believe it or not it was very disturbing to listen to what they were saying!! The subject was Jesse Jackson and his remarks he had made about Obama! They started talking about Black America and White American like black people and white people lived in seperate countrys! Is this what this election is becoming? I happen to think that untill now blacks and whites in this country lived in the same America, and were for the most part getting along pretty well. This election and the media is destroying that, it is setting us back like 50 years. The media especially MSNBC is to blame for alot of the controversy in this country especially with this election.

      Good observations. We all need to work hard to take the issue of race off the table. If this election becomes about race, then Obama wins. We need to keep the focus on security, economic opportunity (including for Hispanics like myself), and the values that have made this country great.

    I have always liked Jesse, and have respect for Al. Why? There is no ambiguity. You always know where they stand, and they have the courage of their convictions.

    Just what does Obama stand for? You name it, and he is all over both sides of an issue. Iraq, Guns, TUCC, Jeremiah Wright, FISA. The list goes on and on.

      Get your facts straight amendment. Obama does not believe in abortion nor do I as a christian, but I don't believe in drinking, smoking, or porn, but as a Christian can I impose my beliefs on others? No I cannot. Obama says the judgement is up to the States and the Women. He does not believe in Gay Marriage, he believes that Gay people should be allowed legal rights, for medical and legal reasons. I believe homosexuality is a Sin, but that's what I believe. Do I think they should get married, no, but I do think they should have civil rights if they want them.

      And when did LIBERAL become a bad word? I am a preachers kid, and very conservative in my way of life, but do I believe everyone HAS to live like me? No. To each his own. So I'm liberal because I believe inspite of what I believe, men should have certain rights to chose their own way of life, and everyone has a voice and opinion. Liberal means equality for all men, not just the religious right!

The issues that matter to me are different then yours and that is fine, but when someone talks about the media crawling up the butt of Obama or HRC, my belief is McBush has gotten pass after pass.     Actually, both Obama AND Jackson are suffering from two symptoms of the same sickness. Where Jackson has already tallied up his IQ publicly by more-or-less slamming Obama as an Uncle Tom for being too well bred, Obama has managed to roll HIS IQ on one 12-sided die by challenging Black fathers (in general!!) to be more than trifling 'boys' and step up to the proverbial plate.

    Wow.

    And if the stupidity doesn't hurt yet, this might irritate your brain: Consider how far up his own bum Obama's head must've been when he 'accepted' Jackson's apology without ever having rendered one to the millions of responsible, loving Black fathers he's already denigrated before the TV watching world.

I would expect McCain to tell Black men to step up and take care of their children. We'd have a 3rd WAR going. Obama said what needed to be said.     McCain will win the presidency if Obama is the presidential candidate against him. Count on it. I for one will be voting for McCain given that situation along with many other "Sensible Americans". Hillary Clinton is the only one who has a shot against McCain. The Hillary / Bill team already ran the country, well think about how much better the country was economically and how well we got along with the other countries. Obama has had about a year or more in the senate and attended about a hundred congressional meetings voting present rather than voting for or against any of the issues being voted on. You can have the greatest advisors and people around you, but one thing is for sure, any presidential candidate can Talk the Talk, but only the experienced can Walk the Walk. I personally don't want a preschooler in politics for the presidency. Maybe after some good credible years in the senate Obama can learn to walk and run with the best of them. Democrat comes from the word Democracy in which I am a part of just like you, and I speak with my freedom of speech just like you do but with my own opinion, and I have all nationalities in my family and which some of them are of color. After several years of dominating his church for like, 20 years worth now, he's running for president and all of a sudden denouncing Jeremiah Wright and resigning from his church? In the twenty years Obama been listening to Jeremiah Wright, he NEVER objected to his speeches before. Why Now? Hey wake up "GULLIBLE AMERICANS" 2+2=4! Please, read "Will the Real McCain Please Stand up?: He has changed is stand on EVERY issue! It is sometimes healthy to not "stay the course". Take President Bush and his administration who "stayed the course" when logical thinking demanded the course be changed. I don't McCain knows anymore where he stands, he flipflops every single day!
