Do you pray in your personal life?
Yes, I do.

Daily?
Yeah, every day.

What do you pray for?
Forgiveness for my sins and flaws, which are many, the protection of my family, and that I'm carrying out God's will, and not in a grandiose way, but simply that there is an alignment between my actions and what he would want. And then I find myself sometimes praying for people who need a lift, need a hand.

Is there a time you have had to make a decision that was important and you called on God? Can you walk us through that?
Well, that's pretty personal. I'm not sure I'd want to walk you through that. I mean, I prayed on marrying Michelle because that's a pretty big decision, getting married. So I wanted to make sure I got that right, and I did. So, prayer worked. I prayed on running for president. That's a big decision that had an immediate impact on my family—and that I knew, win or lose, would have an impact on the country. Had I run a miserable race, that would have had an impact on the country. Should I win, that carries with it enormous responsibilities. I've spent a lot of time in prayer on that.

Comment: I have 3 children all under 10 years old, and they know Sundays are church days and get dresses up for the occasion. The best way to campaign was to attend sevral different churchs through out the week, and none of them were his? This isn't a Christian, this is a poser. Very scary!!

Comment: You need to know that God is Holy, Soveriegn, and perfect in every way. You cannot acheive this without accepting his son Jesus Christ. The bible says we all have sinned and com short of the glory of God. We are all ok in each others sight but not in Gods. His standards are infinitely higher. In order to reach that standard we must accept his Son Jesus Christ and his sacrifice on Calveries cross. For without the shedding of blood the is no remission of sin. God doesn't forgive everyone only those that accept His Son Jesus Christ's sacrifice, repent of there sins and are born agian. Christianity is not a one time announcement of acceptance but a total surrender to a new life and life style in Chriast. In this new life I am tking off the old sinful ways and surrendering my whole being to His new ways. The bible says old things have passed away behold all things are new. It also says we can't continue to live in sin if we are forgiven by Jesus and have the power to live and overcome sin in our lives onva daily basis
