    These comments have taken a new direction from the case to teaching grammer. come on people get a life and comment on the facts not your opinion of how people type. I feel bad for this girl for she seems really confussed and stuck between a rock and a hard place. I do agree that we are all God's children and that we are all loved, there are ten commandments that we are too follow and when those are broken such as thou shall not kill then we have some serious problems. I talk out of experience who lost a nephew to murder. So it would be nice to have people comment of the situation at hand and not nit pick the bs or grammer from there typing. God Bless each and every one of you .

    1.we think that the mastermind was the italian boyfreind and this is how it went down:
    a.The bf and the black guy went to go hookup with meredith and something went wrong and they ended up killing her. then they went back to where amanda was sleeping, drugged, at her bf's house and he put her prints on the knife.
    b. maybe they were all supposed to have an orgy together and then amanda was coaxed by her bf to 'play' with the knife
    2. we have to remember what role meredith could have played. she's dead and can't tell us anything. who knows if maybe she was the sadist and liked to have violent sex?
    3. we are americans who have lived in italy for years and unfortunately a bias against both americans and women still exists. they all see american girls as sluts (they forget that the girls who come here and are promiscuos and party are ON VACATIon. they also don't think about how italian girls act when they leave italy on vacation-exactly the same. in fact, just this week an italian girl was murdered after taking drugs, going to a rave and having sex on vacation in spain). However being promiscuous, getting drunk even having fantasies about rape etc DOES NOT MEAN THAT YOU ARE A MURDERER.
    4. italy may be a part of the G8 and a civilised country but stay here long enough and you'll begin to realize that its alot more similar to a third world country than it seems to tourist or an outsider. this trial and court case will be bungled without doubt. thats just what happens here.
    5. living here you also learn that italians are, by nature, sneaky and coercive and proud of it. We say this because we see amanda (based on here facebook, writings, pictures, myspace etc) as a slightly dorky, eccentric and naive girl. she came to italy, probably got swept off her feet by this italian guy (another trait that they are good at--being passionate and convincing) , wanted to please him and so let herself be convinced or pulled into a situation that she possibly didnt want to be in involved. granted we can't know who people are deep down, but you would think that at least some of the guys who came forward to say they had sex with her would have brought up some weird sexual behavior if this was actually part of character.
    6. we also want to know why amanda is being so quiet? is she not allowed to issue statements or give interviews or what? why isnt she defending herself. we think that italy is going to make an example out of her and she isnt doing anything to stand up for herself.
    7. does she have any american legal council or she only allowed to have italian lawyers?

      Thats a well thought out theory ..However the absence of Amanda 's roll is where its faulty ...Not to sound like a cliche but "She only shows us what she wants us to see"..There are as the artical coins "Many Faces Of Amanda"..However I do agree with the 2 mens involvment all the way Im saying it was most alarmingly carried out by all 3..Which all 3 should suffer the same punishment whatever that might be ..Less we forget a young woman is dead ..dont really matter if she was a sadist or not what she was isnt important & they wont be on trial for what she might have been ..they will go on trial for the simple fact SHE IS NO LONGER HERE.

      i think ur right on the monety when it comes to the possible motives. i don't think she'll get an american lawyer, it might be an italian, since it's not on american soil.

    i don't want to be passed as Amma's close friend who will defend her, we only hanged out for a week or so, but i don't think some should blame Amanda. i knew her personally, not for long, but i saw her good and bad sides...i know is impossible to know who can kill and who can't, but in this case, Amanda really looks like a lost person, who was doing drugs a few nights before and after the murder, i don't think her original story is true, maybe she was just trying to attract attention to herself, saying she was there and heared Meredith being murdered, sometimes people do that...because not that often someone u know gets murdered in your appartment...too bad that the consequences of her initial statement will hunt her forever, think of it, besides that original clame of her being in the house and then changing her story (after she realized how it can turn against her) police has nothing on her...
    All in all, i want to believe Amma is innocent and that she will soon be released...I know many of u want to picture her as a mastermind of the whole thing, but is not the case here. yes she is guilty of lying to the police, fabricating statement against her former boss, guilty of being easy going and a bit too flirty with the guys ( personal opinion, from what i personally saw), but she is not crazy and firsty for blood to make "a leathal stub in the troat"....
    But, Meredith death is a real tragedy here, and we should not forget that...I sincerely hope that her real
    killer(s) will be found (if not already in custody) and punished...

    I was reading the "Diaries "lmao Umm referring to Miss Knox when I say ..Honey Meredith was a much more attractive girl than you..which in my earlier comment would go to motive..Jealousyyyy ..Murderer's Ugly cousin..The more I read up on this Amanda the more I realize..How messed up some young people really are & what they think they can get away with ..."YOU CAN RUN, YOU 3 ,BUT YOU CANT HIDE >>forever<<

    CarpeDiem001, actually average americans make less than 30000 a year, so yes some of those americans would take those job. now that they took our construction and other jobs, beside rest. and other maid like services, dumbass. i've made way less then i did when i came to california. i made 5. 15 an hour when i was in texas in a rest. so don't tell me americans wouldn't work it. i bet ur a wetback too. go reseach and maybe u'll know what;s really going on, since ur blind!

    I believe Amanda Knox was behind this whole ordeal and whether she was on something or not is no excuse. I don't believe she is innocent in this. What a waste of life (Meredith Kercher) and I hope that Amanda Knox , Rafaelle Sollecito & Rudy Hermann Guede get exactly what is due to them. They shold get the death penalty but maybe life is better. They can live the rest of their lives in prison knowing they KILLED a innocent younjg woman for no justified reason. My heart and prayers go out to Meredith Kerchers' family.

    I am sure the facts of thecase will come out in court, If she is not quilty the facts will set her free, It will be an interesting case to follow, good luck sktelement, shes your friend and I hope you are OK, this will be hard for you. Only time and the facts will decide this.

    I hate to say this but Amanda Knox is pathological liar and she is a brutal killer who must pay for he crimes. We need to stop passing her off as an "Angel". We are all so naive, evil comes in all shapes, colors and looks.

    I hate to say this but my opinion Amanda Know is a pathological liar and she is 100% a very brutal and calculating killer. I am tired of people trying to make her out as an "Angel" are we all naive or just do not want to admit the truth and admit there are truly evil people around and they come in all forms, color and looks.

    I think the whole thing is confusing. Maybe they were all engaged in a sexual orgy and some things went too far. Maybe they are freaks and like the whole "kil the innocent girl" thing. Or maybe Knox got jealous of her roommate and killed her. I don't know. I feel bad for th parents.

    if one of them is trully a murderer...there is some other murder they've done...since there is not my guess is...somebody got mad, went crazy, or was scared and did it...hmmmm the black guy could have been scared she would cry rape and took the italian guys knife and killed her...well i mean when you kill someone and you don't want to get caught....you don't have unprotected sex with them and you don't borrow the murder weapon...so methinks the weedman is innocent....ol Mr. Italy could have been mad or hurt is his innocent girlfriend was bi sexual or prferred her roomie...ida kno....amanda could have been mad or jealous if her "girlfriend"/ roomie did the weedman for the weed she said she had money for...ida know...I am not a drug user but some of the most stupid things involve drugs at somepoint...and jilted lovers seem to have some latent gamma radiation reaction....when they are jealous or heartbroke...sometimes killings occur....soo again i suspect one of the two white folks....mostly Mr. Italy...
