    The Italian comment was uncalled for as well.. That is just as silly as the load of crap aure19 and the other "racially guided" posters have said.
    However, I won't be an idealist and say that her being an "American" in a foreign country won't have negative impact. It will. I have a very open mindset, I don't believe in prosecuting individuals on face value. However, the rest of the world is not advanced enough yet to follow through. So I can expect that realistically there will be some bias involved in this case. Loads of it.

    Umm sweet & innocent ..Theres an awful lot of evidence to the contrary there sktelement..but I didnt know this person ,as it happends in so many other cases ..We only know as much about a person as they wish us to know ..In the end that girl DID NOT DESERVE TO DIE LIKE THAT!!..Im not buying the motive though..Im thinking it was Amanda's boyfriend that got all the sex talk started then prolly didnt want to include Amanda & she got mad & Did the slice & dice thing...seems more apt to be true more than the group sex thing...Too many wierdo's running around Italy that would have volenteerd there services no need to kill her for that.

    I seen this on 20/20 there are so many things that can be used both for or against her that her lawyers need to find that one peice of whatever that will help her out. I don't beleive she did it but like OJ Simpson sometimes just knowing or seeing what is happening can make you just as guilty.

      Her behavior before and after the crime points to guilt. She changed her story three times (claiming marijuana messed up her mind yeah right) then she and her freako wussy pretty boy richie boy steal the money and cell phone, then throw it away likea a block away, she thought she was so cool but a fox she is not. She is an evil person caught up in male adoration cuz she was a little cute and could out party everyone. Slept with at least seven men in her first three months in Italy - I wonder if her parents were up on that before the reports. Probably all letters to home, yes mom, I went to mass today it was so beautiful yada yada yada - another girl gone wild - but this time with a horrible ending to an innocent and beautiful young girl.

        I wonder if changing her story has anything to do with her being questioned for hours on end by Italian officials. False confessions and changing stories occur all the time when a young person is interrogated in this sort of manner. Get a clue.

    If i committed a murder i would lie about it too. I have yet to hear of any person confessing to a murder as soon as they are caught. As for one person being black, so what, murders come in all shapes, sizes, gender and color, so that doesn't wash with me. As for her being a horney girl, most 19 year old girls and boy are horney, it's hormones gone wild. Innocent, I think not, they are probably all guilty. Spoiled definately yes.

    yeah innocent, but not in bed. when it comes to jealously or anger, it leads to that little thing called accident or death. and what he or she did was not an accident. why the hell would you take someone's bra off with a knife, unless u were going to rape and kill some. hello, obviously it was premeditated or just done because orf one of those motives.

    If I were to kill someone, I do believe that I would lie about it too. I have yet to hear of a murder confessing to the crime right after being caught. Most likely they were all in on it. Money is quite a driving force when you don't have any of y our own to spend. As for one person being black, so what, killers come in all colors, shapes, sizes and sex.     I went to school with Amanda at UW and can tell you she is a sweet innocent girl...Not to say that she did not do it...I didnt know her THAT well, what I do know is she was not a slut and have personally experienced her turn down guys. She was kind of like a girl next door.

    Amanda Knox is innocent. She has just now been charged with the crime, and she has been sitting in an Italian prison for a year. Poor girl. Someone needs to stand up for injustice. Those shady Italians!

    murder is commited by crazy people, or hurt people, or stupid people...and some extreme cases scared people...sometimes its a combination of two, three or all four...all you have to figure out is who is the crazy, hurt, stupid or scared person...usually when stupid people commit murder they leave alot of evidence around...check the OJ case...The evidence of murder points to the italian dude....his knife ...and the bra was cut off....I mean when a chick wants to kill a chick she normally is not interested in seeing her ***....the evidence of sex/rape point to the balack dude ...his semen in her...the evidence of some type of foul play points to Amanda and her boyfriend...I say throw em all in a cell together....the killer will be the one who emerges
