    Carolina4America, just doesn't get it.
    We're not going to take this anymore. We have been told to shut up for 8 very long miserable years.
    Our businesses have died, our homes taken from us, gas at $135.00 a barrel with 2 oilmen running the country. Our hearts are broken and what do we hear: Obama bought off main stream media! The man is brilliant, young, vibrant and has a contemporary rationalization of world issues. What do we get, His wife isn't proud of the country. Or 'you'd better be afraid'. Or they use his middle name to scare the crap out of you.
    Sad, really sad, this is the mentality that got this country into this mess.

    Small town, middle class blue collar must mean small minded as well, at least according to the previous commenter,carolina4america . Obviously he canNOT begin to see Obama's vision just as McCain can't.
    McCain's vision of a US President is contained within the traditional confines of a small minded Washington Senator and is confined largely to Iraq, Afganistan, and war. Obama's vision deals with the world as a whole and its future.

    McCain's got longevity, but that doesn't equate to wisdom as many assume it does. All one with any reasonable intelligence level has to do is listen to McCain speak and hear gaff after gaff. Those town halls you speak of are loaded with McCain supporters who most often give him a free ride.

    McCains recent trip for example was used to bash Obama on trade. Obama's trip is to meet with world leaders to discuss the problems and concerns of our time on a worls scale. He will NOT be bashing McCain. Big difference.

    What you (carolina4america) and those like you really need to worry about are the debates coming up where McCain is standing next to Obama and will not get the free ride he currently enjoys in his small town halls and where Obama will be able to respond and counter against his attacks, which seems to be the only way McCain seems to know how to campaign. Frankly, I can't wait.
