I think this is a good way to bring worship back. And it is healthy. And making sure you are focusing on the gospel more then the work out. But also working out is good to.

It is great take a holistic approach to exercise. What is really good is that it is in the context of the Church. Too often we are running into apologist for Religion. In the beginning was the Word., and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. John 1:1. It is important to recognized that foundation of the belief comes from the Scripture. I was pleasantly surprised when I participated in this class. Normally, I don't like aerobics. However, as soon as I arrived and all throughout the class, she made me feel at ease. I don't listen to secular music. It was great to be able to work out to Gospel music. It felt great praising God and doing something for me at the same time. Melanie makes the class exhilarating! That was a great article and I enjoyed the interview you did with Melanie Kelly. She is truly blessing others with her ministry. WOW, the T-Shirt she is wearing is awesome "Pushed Into My Purpose"! I actually read the book "Pushed Into My Purpose" by Author Wanda L. Childs www.PushedIntoMyPurpose.com. Thanks again for reporting something positive, encouraging and uplifting!
