What is government trying to do, look like they're doing something? Why is it the only thing they actually accomplish is the removal of personal rights from American citizens? Aren't there more pressing issues to deal with than adult smoking? To all government officials...earn your pay and stay out of our personal business. Make a name for yourself doing something worthwhile for a change. Bring back jobs and salaries to the U.S. and then we can discuss public smoking.

Why is it that our bleeding heart country has such love for all the little "oppressed" people in society, but no love for smokers? We should start banning gays from being near schools too, in my opinion. They cause more health issues than smokers. Let's see how far that bill goes. Oh no, we don't want to hurt the little fruits' feelings. They might dress in drag and march on Washington.

My fellow friendly Netizens: For the past 2 years I???ve been struggling to get my business out of the red. I???ve experienced several set backs and now find myself well over $25,000 in debt (some of which must be paid back immediately) and out of business. I need your support (more thank Hilary needs your support). I???m exhausted and feeble; facing eviction, separation, as well as bankruptcy. Your small donation to: digital_velocity@hotmail.com (paypal account) can change my life. I genuinely need your support and thank you for helping. Stan

We know that tobacco is addictive. we know it hurts your health. I'm glad that they are banning it on school property, but it is taking away our freedom. The thing that don't tell you is all the POLUTION plus the tobacco smoke is giving people cancer. Take away the POLUTION in the air from factories and car emissions and you probably cut the risk of all cancers in HALF. The combination of all of it together is giving people cancer, not just TOBACCO smoke. I guess it's easier to eliminate tobacco than all the other airborne pollutants. Its unfair to take away my freedom to smoke out in the open air, away from all the nonsmokers at my workplace, just because the GOVERNMENT demands it of my workplace to receive Goverment funds.
