A SUMMARY OF THE COMMUNIST MANIFESTO
The communist manifesto represents a misguided philosophy, which teaches the citizens to give up their RIGHTS for the sake of the "common good???, but it always ends in a police state. This is called preventive justice. Control is the key concept. Read carefully:
    1. abolition of private property (imminent domain, national parks)
    2. Heavy progressive income tax (This one is obvious and they want to raise it more)
    3. Abolition of all rights of inheritance (we have an Inheritance tax which is unconstitutional)
    4. Confiscation of property of all emigrants and rebels (this is coming wait till they start labeling American citizens as terrorists much the same as when they where labeling communists )
    5. CENTRAL BANK (federal reserve)
    6. Government control of communications and transportation (FCC, DOT)
    7. Government ownership of factories and agriculture (they want to socialize oil and healthcare to start)
    8. Government control of labor (Dept. of labor, minimum wage)
    9. Corporate farms, regional planning (all of the sustainable development laws they have and are trying to pass)
    10. Government control of education (Dept. of Education)

John McCain doesnt know Shiites and Sunnis are Bitter enemy since Saddam days, Also this spring, McCain twice appeared to mistake again twice between Sunnis and Shiites, two branches of Islam that split violently

John McCain doesn???t know where is Pakistan? , McCain responded I'm afraid it's a very hard struggle, particularly given the situation on the Iraq/Pakistan border. The ABC posting added: Iraq and Pakistan do not share a border.

Somalia for Sudan: As recounted in a reporters pool report from McCain Straight Talk Express bus on June 30, the senator said while discussing Darfur, a region of Sudan: How can we bring pressure on the government of Somalia?
Senior adviser Mark Salter corrected him Sudan

Germany for Russia memorializes McCain referring to President Vladimir Putin of Russia following a trip to Germany as President Putin of Germany by the way Germany Never have a President only Chancellor.

This spring, McCain said troops in Iraq were down to pre-surge levels when in fact there were 20,000 more troops than when the surge policy began.

In perhaps the most curious incident, McCain said earlier this month that as a prisoner of war in Vietnam, he had tried to confuse his captors by giving the names of Pittsburgh Steelers starting players when asked to identify his squadron mates. McCain has told the story many times over the years but always correctly referred to the names he gave as members of the Green Bay Packers

In Phoenix earlier this month, McCain referred to Czechoslovakia, which has been divided since Jan. 1, 1993, into the Czech Republic and Slovakia. He also referred again to Czechoslovakia during a debate in November and a radio show in April.

""WAKAKAKAKA "" This Guy deserves to Be the President of United Fools ..........I laugh my Ass off.

The media forgets to say that Obama was in the interval between 2 pop groups so the Germans were there for the music and the rest were adoring journalists.

    • Posted By: summer4077 @ 07/25/2008 3:23:19 PM

That's actually wrong. There was music, yes, but it was to keep the crowd entertained until Obama spoke, much like Springsteen's tour with Kerry in 2004. Do you really think a crowd of 200,000 would just stand around and entertain themselves?

      • Posted By: bob_hall27 @ 07/26/2008 11:38:31 AM

no and I can't picture them coming for Obumma either

I have now been living here in Germany for more than 20 years and still I don't know that Germans have an "reservoir of icy cool"? Shame on me but never mind, fortunately there always is an pretentious American to tell you the truth! I now want to hear it again from someone who has actually been to Germany. Nobody there? Quiet then!

    • Posted By: bob_hall27 @ 07/26/2008 10:54:59 AM

I was in Germany for a couple of years and found the German friendly and outgoing I found no one that seemed disparaged over having the Nazis in their past.

The world history will always remember 24th July'08 as the day on which Obama'08 arrived !

I am sure that a lots of Americans who were earlier supporting John McCain too must have felt compelled to change their voting preference, and must have felt proud of being an American - seeing a fellow American being so overwhelmingly received and accepted by the world! I say, Americans - and the world - are really fortunate to have finally found a genuine leader! ... I wish Barack Obama had included India in his extraordinarily busy itinerary and had spoken to us Indians from the India Gate!

    • Posted By: bob_hall27 @ 07/26/2008 10:08:05 AM

yeah almost anyone could go to a rock concert and make a speach to give it the appearance of being accepted

  • Posted By: deedee99 @ 07/24/2008 10:22:21 PM

What a bunch of sour grapes. His speech was great, and you all know it. This is a profound moment in history. We all know how horrible the last 8 years have been, and we can't afford another 4. I bet if the Republicans ran a chicken or hamster (or any sort of being) you people would say. Wow, look our chicken is a financial wizard. He picks the right stocks everytime. Vote for Mr. (Ms.) Chicken. With all the other same lame arguments. Blah, Blah, Blah

    • Posted By: bob_hall27 @ 07/24/2008 11:24:36 PM

people like you need to read the communist manifesto and the read the constitution of the United States and see which one Obumma favors and then figure out what country you really belong in. you might fair better in Cuba or Venisualia maybe even China. As for me I prefer my liberties and freedom and will do whatever it takes to get them back and keep what few we have left.

Bob, Communism is dead, except in those small, marginalized countries run by dictators. Where have you been the last decade or so?

BTW, have you read the Communist Manifesto? The Constitution?? And ahem how does one spell Venezuela??? What continent is it on?? Emotion-laced ignorance is the real threat to our great nation.

        • Posted By: bob_hall27 @ 07/25/2008 1:36:43 PM

yes I have read the communist manifesto and the constitution I have a personal copy I carry everywhere. oh and god forbid I i misspelled Venezuela. and communism is not dead china is communist if you consider that a small country so be it and socialism is a form of communism

          • Posted By: caroline @ 07/25/2008 1:57:04 PM

China is for all practical purposes a capitalism country . Not that they don't have their issues, human rights abuses being on of them.

Just get off the communist kick....

And socialism is not a "form" of communism

            • Posted By: bob_hall27 @ 07/26/2008 8:14:30 AM

your right, communism is a form of socialism the fact is history has showed over and over again that socialism in any form does not work. you can make some of the people happy some of the time but you can't make all of the people happy all of the time. the only people that win in socialism are the people in charge the only problem is the people aren't in charge.

          • Posted By: summer4077 @ 07/25/2008 3:49:05 PM

"The People's Republic of China" is the official name for China. Republic.

Is it possible that given how heavily what WE do effects the rest of the world, the rest of the world should be allowed to at least to chime in on what "leader of the free world' we are gong to foist upon them next?

Is it possible that only a person of Obama's background will express in some tiny way the profound apologies we owe the rest of the world?

There is this great clammer and drum beat for Obama to admit that hew was wrong about the so called surge and yet WE as a nation have not been able to bring ourselves to admit that cowardice and blind unfounded fear drove US to surrender our Constitution, to torture and to kill ten or hundreds of thoudands of innocent men, women and children.

    • Posted By: bob_hall27 @ 07/24/2008 11:27:47 PM

no its not possible and Obumma just wants to degrade the constitution more

      • Posted By: caroline @ 07/25/2008 9:43:05 AM

bob_hall27....let's get real. WHO has degraded the Constitution??? It's too bad our public schools haven't taught history for the past 30 years. Most Americans are clueless about the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

An ignorant populace cannot maintain a democracy.

        • Posted By: bob_hall27 @ 07/26/2008 8:09:23 AM

We are not a democracy we are a republic with a constitution which is supposed to limit our government. our current regime and both candidates for president would have you believe that we are a democracy so they can destroy our liberties but the fact is we are not supposed to be.

        • Posted By: bob_hall27 @ 07/25/2008 1:32:01 PM

well I know whats in the constitution and no obumma is not the only one but his plans are by far the worst

          • Posted By: caroline @ 07/25/2008 1:54:53 PM

By his "plans"' I assume you mean the deluded and distorted ideations and inchoate ramblings in your own mind? Maybe the space aliens are beaming in his plans right TO YOU!!!

  • Posted By: MartinCarmel @ 07/24/2008 10:54:52 PM

"A profound moment in history"? Are you kidding? This man is the most fabricated used car salesman (with a nice smile and good delivery) the media has ever tried to shove down our throats. And the European "peace at any cost" mentality is playing right into this fraud. America is not fooled by this. Obama's lead is down to only 3 points (!) in today's Gallop poll. Hello? Kerry had a 6 point lead over Bush in July 2004. The media's love fest is quickly killing Obama's campaign. (Any the TV spots about his racist friend, Rev. Wright, are not even on yet) Remember, this is the same nation that re-elected an unpopular George W. Bush in 2004 during an unpopular war. - McCain will win in November.

    • Posted By: summer4077 @ 07/25/2008 3:26:09 PM

Yeah, this is true. America is filled to the brim with uneducated rednecks. Unfortunately, Obama may not win. There are still a bunch of closeted bigots and racists.

      • Posted By: bob_hall27 @ 07/26/2008 7:08:37 AM

oh thats just like you people a person has a problem with a mans issues so the person has to be a racicist and a bigot can't be that obumma is a Marxist

  • Posted By: launcelot @ 07/25/2008 4:29:04 PM

Prof. Kreile is correct: the basic reason Obama elicits such an enthusiastic reception from the Germans is that they (like most of the rest of the world) dislike George W. Bush so thoroughly that the contrast that Obama provides is like a cool breeze in the summer. There is more to it than that, however. The Germans, by and large, like America and Americans. Unlike any number of other European peoples, they never really developed the hard-core resentment of American accomplishments, vitality and strength. The WANT to like America. Bush made that impossible. Obama, in part because of who he is but largely because of the fact that he represents (to them) a total repudiation of Bush's hateful demeanor and policies, captivates them.

  • Posted By: summer4077 @ 07/25/2008 3:31:21 PM

I, for one, was extremely proud of our country as I watched Obama address a crowd of 200,000+. I feel that there is still hope for us in the global community. Even though our image has been tarnished by 8 years of corruption and blatant ignoring of the Constitution, not to mention the return of approved torture, I think the world now sees that Americans are not like that. We do not condone that, which we will show when we elect Obama. He is so eloquent, collected, and educated--a refreshing change from the current face of America--bumbling, stuttering, violence-loving Bush! I was utterly amazed to see the crowd he drew...has Bush EVER drew that kind of attention? Besides in protest?

    • Posted By: archmsu @ 07/25/2008 4:10:08 PM

If we just "hope" enough and "hate" Bush enough.................the world will get better! I hope Obama wins too, so i can watch you turn on him when he doesn't live up to his campaign promises. Your either a female or your bi-polar....................

  • Posted By: archmsu @ 07/25/2008 1:45:55 PM

As a a Republican i have to admit that i might vote for Obama because i'm sick and tired of the "establishment".........But Is it just me, or does he kinda seem like the Anti-Christ? The Anti-Christ, from what i remember, is supposed to take the form of a great world leader who is perfect and will unify the human race for the purpose of deceiving it for Lucifer. Think about it...........the similarities are uncanny. Plus, it would make perfect sense, that the destruction off the human race would come at the hands of a Democrat and a Liberal. Especially given the fact that all the major wars we have been involved in, a Democrat was in charge! WW1 (Wilson),WW2 (Roosevelt), Korea (Truman), Vietnam (Kennedy-Johnson)

    • Posted By: summer4077 @ 07/25/2008 3:22:22 PM

Have you ever thought of seeking help for your paranoid schizophrenia? Seriously. I'm not joking.

      • Posted By: archmsu @ 07/25/2008 3:38:24 PM

Your funny.....,,,,Typical liberal, when you don't understand, you just throw out some "hate." Didn't you know that every major war we been involved in, was by the hand of Democrat? Or did you skip history class? It's kinda funny that you didn't comment on that............

Obama wins support not only from Germany, but also from Hamas, Indonesia, Kenya, Russia, etc. Can Americans take the risk to elect a president who is favored by our enemies?

    • Posted By: summer4077 @ 07/25/2008 3:23:55 PM

I wasn't aware those countries were our enemies. The Cold War ended almost 20 years ago.

    • Posted By: caroline @ 07/25/2008 12:36:43 PM

Where is your documentation ??? Your post has no credibility whatsoever. Hamas??? Puhlease?? Kenya???? What your point ( all those black people....ooohwee scary!)

  • Posted By: DeutscherAusLiebe @ 07/25/2008 2:57:23 PM

And BTW, archmsu, I sure dont care what the descendents of murderers of a whole people think, whose land they brazen-faced inhabit until now!

  • Posted By: archmsu @ 07/25/2008 2:12:38 PM

Who cares what the grand-children of the Nazis think!

  • Posted By: bob_hall27 @ 07/24/2008 9:40:14 PM

it says 72% of Germans would vote for him over McCain well I say they can have him it only goes to show they haven't changed much from their communist roots.

    • Posted By: caroline @ 07/25/2008 9:55:52 AM

Bob, oh my, my, my Bob, why do I feel you need remedial education? Germany was never Communistic except East Germany (remember the Berlin Wall?) The "roots" weren't communistic, the roots were nazism as promulgated under Hitler. Germany became right wing and nationalistic in the years between the two World Wars, blamed the Jews for their economic failings and allowed themselves to be lead by emotion and hate-laced rhetoric that promised white supremacy. This philosophy still ensnares the weak and vainglorious and impressionable....in our own land.

      • Posted By: bob_hall27 @ 07/25/2008 1:40:38 PM

socialism communism oligarchy they are all basically the same the government is stealing the power from the people

  • Posted By: edition @ 07/25/2008 11:09:06 AM

the media forgot to say that he appeared in the interval between 2 pop concerts, so the germans were there for the music not Obama.

  • Posted By: caroline @ 07/25/2008 9:25:35 AM

It's not only Germany but all of the Western World who believes - deeply - that America under Bush has squandered it's good will and deserted those ideals we claim to embody. They have stood by helpless and horrified (as have many Americans as Bush & Cronies disasterous and foolhardy policies have threatened the future of humanity on multiple levels.

Germans might still share deep shame for the holocaust WW11 but they have learned mightily from their murdereous and inhumane policies. Maybe there is hope for us after all.

  • Posted By: fritzm @ 07/25/2008 4:37:55 AM

I am German and somewhat bewildered by this strange mass event. Still, I think it's a bit exaggerated to blame this on some subconscious reverted racism mixed with the (stereo-)typical German strong leader obedience (we've got a self-blockading right-left coalition and a female Chancellor, after all). Guess most people just went to see the party and the "star". Also, being Berliners, they are mostly unemployed or civil servants and have time for things like that. Replace Obama by any other media-hyped popular American and the result would have been similar. So please don't over-analyze and interprete this.

  • Posted By: fedupwidstupid @ 07/25/2008 3:43:44 AM

Sameer, one question. Does this mean Germans are not a nation of racist bigots because they crush on a good looking black man or the good looking black man is the greatest ever because even the racist bigots are crushing on him?
