    That was a good speech in Berlin. He talked about a global vision for the 21st centuty, something we haven't heard from anyone else in Washington.

    All the blacks that are voting for Obama know that if you really want to change a country or company for that matter and go in a different direction then you have to change from the top down. Who cares about his mother and father, they're not running the country tonynga71. You've got to look towards the future if you really have a vision...you've got to have a goal before you create your strategy. Obama's foreign trip was a success and showed that other governments are willing to listen and work with him...by him getting this message from them then he can reach for them to help with the war on terrorism and Afghanistan...a strategy to a goal....Wake up and get a clue!

    LOL nice article, I agree with the author. This is got to be making Obama's head swell, I saw the vidoe of Obama smoking a cigar on his europe trip, News hasnt showed it though. I guess its a victory cigar. LOL, IF you want to see the video its at http://www.theobamaplan.com not realated but I dont want to be bias So if anyone wants to see the video of McCain falling? Its so grainy. I havnt heard anything on the news so IM figuring it must be old or something. I was thinking if McCain takes many more falls he might break his hip. Though It wouldnt slow him down much though because he doesnt do much on the campaign trail as it is. Im not warming to either candidate yet.

    Ho-hum, the Obamapalooza spectacle is about to end and the cameras and reporters in tow must now examine their common sense in being part of this spectacle. Only 4 years ago, Obama was voting "present" in the Illinois state legislature. Now, he tells Europe that the U.S. needs to be more cooperative with Europe. In the meantime, Pakistan, our supposed ally, has been begged for years to cooperate in tracking Osama. Pretty screwed up campaign.

      You still don't know the facts. Present in the Illinois Legislature meant that the topic was important enough to discuss. You are so judgmental! Both candidates should be given the benefit of the doubt. You forget that although Pakistan would cooperate in tracking Osama, why didn't the USA take them up? Oh, that's right, we were sidetracked in Iraq! Obama will change that!

    In my opinion, Obama must quit with the rhetoric and give a straight answer to the difficult questions asked of him. Sir, quit dancing around and talk straight to us. We are not stupid.

      Your joking right? Obama has been as straight as any politician can be. McCain has been dancing with the public. First we would be in Iraq for 100 years. Now he is ready for a 16 month withdrawl. First he was against offshore drilling. Now he wants offshore drilling. Come clean McCain. Your wife just made billions off of the Budweiser deal while simple hard working Americans have to wonder if they will still have their jobs. I think you need to come with something better maxstrange.

      Eloquence & swagger do surely intimidate most. Senator Obama has been blessed with extraordinary intellect and presence. Senator McCain is clumsy, always looks frightened, is inordinately sarcastic and impatient. Do you think the coinstant eye blinking indicates a neurological problem? Perhaps it goes with his unresolved anger as a POW and resultant PTSD! Lakeside Joy

    Sen. Obama is a very articulate man who when given the chance by a good reporter such as Richard Wolffe, can state his case in such an intelligent way. I found this article to be enormously informative and reassuring. I know we would be in good hands with him as our Commande-In Chief. Some people have appraoched Sen. Obama's candidacy from the beginning as some sort of joke and that is quite a shame considering the serious issues we are facing as a nation. John McCain himself often says Obama just doesnot understand or does not comprehend the issues. He tries to make him look like someone who graduated at the bottom of their class. The problem with all this is, it is McCain who did so poorly in the Naval Academy and seems to make mistakes about details that he should certainly not have any trouble remembering. It is sad indeed that this is the way we elect our leaders in this day and time.

    I am glad he didn't get assassinated on his Middle East leg. His people chose well to pick US controlled areas, Jordan and Israel. I doubted he would survive a trip that included Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, or even Egypt these days. I had concerns about Israel.

    Glad he made it. Lots of folks would like him dead in the Middle East because he's a big problem for their plans.

    Notice where the price of gas has gone? Expect that to continue into the election. The House of Saud has figured out that Obama will be bad for them.

    hey KeithH. the buck will stop on Obama's table with the Generals and joint chief of Staff ( General Douglas McArthur found that out) obama will have the last say on things after he will be The Commander in Chief...the Gererals and Joint chief Staff work for him

    So refreshing to see a real conversation with 2 real people talking about ISSUES, instead of CRAP like Fox, CNN, and the rest of them. As far as Obama giving straight answers to the questions, these have been some of the articulate compared to the empty macho answers that one usually hears.
