    Chinese have once again proved that cloud seeding is not only scientific but also technologically sound by keeping clear skies for the October first anniversary function which is ahistoric 60 th.independence Day celebration.For this purpose again they have used cloud seeding opewrations to prevent the clouds from raining over the celebrations zone.

    The USA must take a stand and tell China and India that we will no longer accpet products unless they drop their slave and child labor practices. Then tell the USA worker's unions to cut the crapp so we can actually become a successful mfg nation again.

      If you dislike any product, you can drop it or do not buy it. It's your choice. But you mensioned both the products and the child labor. They are two different concepts. Ok??
      I do not want to talk too much on your comments.
      But as an American, and as a human being in the world, you and I should both think deeply why "911" took place. Maybe only you will never understand till you go the hell. Why? Because you pay too much attentions on other countries, you want too much to change all the things over the world. You wish to be super man carrying justice (god know it's justice or unfair) to every country in the world. But do you think of how those people think of you? They will take you as a blowfly, because what you done on the world are so unwelcome and disturbing. You lead them dislike you, then one day they will attack you just for their calm life.
      I believe most American are friendly, but few idiots that are still judging people by skin color.
      If you dislike any thing or any products by your country or other country, you can drop it or never buy it. But remember that it does not mean that you have the power to drop the products from other people in USA. That's the point.

    Cloud seeding means sprinkling of common salt powder that is hygroscopic into warm clouds and injecting of silver iodide particles into cold clouds .By this process two important events occur.Firstly the polarity of water molecules congregate around the ionised sodium and chloride and the water molecules grow into large size water drops of over 40 microns that promote collision and coalescence between amillion cloud droplets to transform them into a giant rain water drop that falls to ewarth as rain.secondly the heat relased inside the cloud sucks in more updraft in which the from the below the cloud sucks in more moisture that forms into drops and the consequence is more growth of cloud and extra precipitation occurs.similarly in the cold clouds the injecting of silver iodide particles promotes the formation more ice nuclei that attract almost all the super cold water drops and the over-grown ice Chips as they fall down do melt and produce more rain.Further the reaction produces more heat within the cloud which promotes the suction of more moist air from the ground and thus the size of the cloud grows and that contributes for augmentation of rainfall.Hence cloud seeding is based on pure science.hence the overseeding of the clouds that approach Beijing during Olympic games can be emptied of the rain or the by normal seeding or otherwise the overseeding prevents the normal rain from falling over Beijing and thus the sky is kept free of rain for a short while.Hence cloud seeding can help china to keep cleaar skies as predicted.
