  Comment: Ya I can see were taking a dog on a outing or a long walk through the parl and a l;ittle game of fetch the ball would just destory a dogs mental health, much better to put stray dogs to sleep to keep them from the above abuse of a walk in the park for a few hours!

  Comment: They rent dogs as guard dogs for stores and malls, cops use them, for all kinds of dirty jobs that can get them hurt of killed, the post office and the DEA use them as tools! They use them for resurch and to do harmful tests on. Also they rent horses and use them for law enforcment and to make glue out of! Look what we do to cows! But this, dog rental is a GREAT THING and they want to stop this and keep useing the animals as they please (just like they do to us!) But we want to use them in a kind and wonderful way and they won't have that, they would rather put the dogs to sleep!
  
  I say if someone is willing to pay $99.00 a month and $45.00 a day that this is a person that wants
  the enjoyment of a pet very much and I would think they would take better care of the dog then most
  full time dog owners and how great for the dog to get to go on outings and not locked in the yard or house all the time. Someone should rent out or law makers to another soler system or better yet to a super black hole way out in deep space, that's were there thinking is!!! Why do all the worst A Hol s want to be the ones in charge, don't any good people ever get elected to office!
