Comment: I'm surprised there are so few affected. It seems to me many people walk around "believing" they are on camera, behaving as if their actions are being televised. It's like they take their cues from real life incidents and then behave irrationally like so many celebrities.

Is this rare? Most people believe that some great entity is watching our behavior 24-7, keeping score of our sins, and if we play the game right, we earn the fabulous payoff of eternal paradise. Are your patients really that different, or just taking our apparent desire for delusion a little too far?
