Comment: jalvardoo4, get your facts right... First of all, let???s review what???s FDA for, according to the FDA???s official site:

The FDA is responsible for protecting the public health by assuring the safety, efficacy, and security of human and veterinary drugs, biological products, medical devices, our nation???s food supply, cosmetics, and products that emit radiation. The site also tells us what products must have their approval before it is to be released for public consumption. But you see, Mona vie products are neither drugs or dietary supplements, Monavie products are simply juices. It does not claim to have medicinal values though some retails customers have testified that their health have improved upon drinking Mona vie. With fame comes criticisms, there are pessimists who just hate the fact that there are a lot of people who benefits from the Monavie Products that they resort to telling people they know that Mona vie is not approved by the FDA.

I play socce 2-3 times per week at the age of the 37. My hipflexers starting hurting where I could only play 1 time per week. Talked to my chiropractor and he said that this happens to many runners. I started drinking MonaVie in January and now my pain is gone. I love this juice! Geting over 10 servings of frutis a day all from just drinking 4 oz a day. IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON MARKETING ANY MLM YOU NEED TO CHECK OUT WWW.TRUTHABOUTMARKETINGMLM.COM. Here's to your health.

I really love the Mona Vie haters, they're probably selling another competing juice or vitamin product and find themselves wanting. I juice daily with my family along with regular exercise, and I have noticed an incredible boost in my overal health, and yes I exercised prior to using Mona Vie. Taking it for a week or two and waiting for something to happen seems kind of dumb.

Take the juice for a month, diet and exercise, and then you;ll find yourself wanting to take the juice for the added boost you'll receive through out the day, you'll also notice that when you don't take the juice for a while you'll feel a lack of energy.

I don't need to spend $40 a bottle on this juice to get daily pure juice, or even a bit of Acai. The benefits of juicing aren't being debated here; it's the soundness of this MonaVie business. And I'm a math professor; not a competing juice sales person. I know a pyramid scheme (and a ridiculous one) when I see one.

Monavie returns 50% of revenue back to the distributors who are marketing the product. How many other companies in corporate america are able to match that. You are paid commensurate with how you perform. Distributors who do nothing are paid nothing. So that allows anyone coming into the business to outperform any existing distributor simply by doing more and/or working harder. So that totally kills the word pyramid from being associated with Monavie. ....Besides, didn't you know that pyramids are illegal.

If your not sure about it, ask God to confirm whether it's legit or not... Seriously. He did for me and I didn't even ask. All I can say is some of you who are laughing at ur friends about it, will soon be wallowing (spell check) is self pity for not getting into the program before everyone else does. We'll see who's laughing in 5 yrs when I'm rolling in Monavie dough. PS those of you who want to drink it and not sell it, you can get the benefit of a wholesell price as oppossed to the retail price is u become a distributor.

To all the naysayers. Try it first, until then, please refrain from bashing the product. Granted, it is not for everybody, and won't cure everyone's ills. My wife and I have been drinking for two weeks now and can tell a tremendous increase in energy and a decrease in aching joints.

Well since Newsweek gave you a one sided view on this company and product. Wouldnt it only be fair to look at the other side of the coin. A great blog site to get some information first about the media take on the Network Marketing Industry go here. (http://orrinwoodward.blogharbor.com/blog) The industry deffinetly has it's good and bad companies, but all the more reason to hear both sides of this story. I have personally seen the results of MonaVie. In 2007 my friend (who is a distributor) gave me a couple sample bottles of MonaVie. After herniating 3 discs in my neck, trying physical therapy, cortisone injections into my spinal cord, cortisone injections into my surrounding tissue, accupuncture, and massage therapy, (all to provide only temporary comfort) I tried MonaVie. After a few days I felt better, had more energy and was able to carry my own groceries. After a month I was able to lift my children without agony and muscle spasms. I think it is sad that Newsweek would chose to slam the success of MonaVie instead of researching the benefits of the product itself.

I just did a study on monavie in my human nutrition class, because I too drink it along with millions of others, and have been since November 2007. The antioxidant levels are legitimate, nutrition labels are regulated and the proof is there---and if you look in to what those do for your body you will see for yourself. No one involved as a distributor should ever suggest that it cures anything or that people should cease medications. However, if an individual doesn't feel the pain they were experiencing, and their doctor says their ailment is no longer existent, that's awesome. Testimonys of my closest friends that could care less about the business side have lowered blood pressure after over 5 years of uneffective medication, cleared acne, and helped the pains of carpal tunnel... I dont have ailments, nor do I make those suggestions. These are the testimonies of theirs... I do notice results in my energy in the mornings getting ready for work when I'm typically sluggish and thinking of how I can stay home for the first 20 minutes, and my skin tone is awesome (seriously). I don't try to sell it to anyone and give it to my Dad cause he digs it, though I have benefited from the business side significantly as a single young woman, that's all thanks to my upline. If you think about it, taking in the benefits of 19 exotic fruits a day IS probably going to have an effect when you probably didn't before, but everyone has different experiences IF they even have one. For myself, I simply have noticeabley more energy and my lips that I was famous for picking at cause they were always so dry are more plump and full and pink and soft-nothing to pick at anymore. (SWEET!) Otherwise, I wouldn't drink it! Oh, and receiving about $350 a week isn't so bad... I'm not complaining! -K. Pidwell 25, Rancho Cucamonga, CA

    Dear Public,
It is a little known fact that when you are completely dehydrated and you drink a lot of water and your dehydration goes away - you have been scammed!!!!! Water is all hype. You are being scammed when you take a shower and use soap to make yourself clean! Your little children are being scammed when they are outside having fun and playing with a hose!!! Water has not been proven to make you or your children happy, wet, clean, and quench your thirst.

I was in so much pain that I thought I would have to quite my job. I am a hair stylist. I was a single mom and that was my income. There were times I would turn out the light to the salon, after a long day of doing hair, tears running down my face from the pain. I was asking God for help to keep working. I found Mona Vie and no joke Pain is GONE! It is not in my head. I am not making this up. I am working pain free. How can anyone eat that much fruit.? and the quilty of the berry can not be beat. My son drank it and soon felt clear in his thinking.
The article is full of it. So some people do not feel the afects, that does not mean it does not work.
It has changed my life. And I am not one of them that is making tones of money on it. So what It has given me the ability to work pain free.

I tell you what, Acai juice is a great antioxidant and it is available without all the things Mona Vie puts in it.
Most vitamin stores and web sites like Vita cost sell it at about 1/2 the price and it's a bigger bottle.
So if you don't want to get into a pyramid scheme, find the juice elewhere.

    • Posted By: gymrat @ 08/06/2008 3:33:44 PM

ok buy the others that are 1/2 price and get 1/2 the antioxidant and nutritional value as well. Better double up on those "cheaper" versions trying to duplicate the one that has scientific backup. And then buy 18 bottles of the other fruits found in Monavie. It will cost you a pretty penny. good luck
