I am a fairly new distributor of MonaVie. The main reason I'm involvled is because my family, my husband and myself have all had positive results from daily use of MonaVie. Only one peron in my family said they didn''t feel a difference. The rest have had more energy, sleep better and use fewer pain pills. The cost is worth the better feeling and the discounts you receive from having others join you as distributors is also worth it. I am not one who always has the fruits and vegetables that my body needs on a daily basis and this product really does provide that. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but being negative about something you know nothing about is just not necessary.

Thank you for your comment. My wife and I are distributors, actually star 500 in the business. The juice is a good-tasting, well-documented health drink. The people on here who put down MLM do not understand this business model. All businesses are pyramids, do your homework people. Monavie is growing faster than any MLM in history and the opportunity to build a large network is right there for everybody. You can make money very quickly in this business, and you make nothing when you "sign somebody up." You only generate income when product is ordered, not signing up. You can sign up 1000 people and if they never bought anything, you wouldn't make a dime. That eliminates it as a pyramid scheme, plus the federal government shuts down illegal businesses as well. Monavie is great, tastes great, and I hope you guys have a wonderful business and health testimony.

It is really sad that in today's day and age people are still so desperate to believe in something...whether it be the next snake oil "Mona Vie," the guiding hand of God, or whatever it is that people must believe in to get them through the day. It is the arrogance of man to dissect, label, justify, and explain that brings chaos and confusion to this world. You all need to take a step back, swallow your pride, and admit that you have been conned like so many before you. Believe me it will be a cathartic experience???one in which you will thank yourself for.

Any "claims" being made by anyone is through either medical research or personal experience. The company does not make specific claims other than the juice being a potent anti-oxident which will be equivalent to consuming your daily dose of fruits and veggies. Not many people get these nutrients on a daily basis and to do so would be just as expensive. FYI: 3 apples and 2 bananas a day does not qualify. People think "it's fruit so it counts" and they are misinformed. An nutritionist can tell you that. Why not get you nutritional fill every day? Ofcourse you'll feel better, considering you've probably been eating poorly for years. I'm sure there are other products (juices, vitamins, etc) that will do you nutritional justice. I just don't understand what everyone's problem is. If people want to spend the money and drink it, why should anyone have anything negative to say. ESPECIALLY if you NEVER DRANK IT!!!!! I drink it because I was desperate for pain relief from RA (Rheumatoid Arthritis). The Pain meds weren't cuttin it. I heard about Mona Vie and gave it a shot. I decided to join so I could buy it myself for the cheapest possible price. (I HAVE NEVER SOLD A BOTTLE TO ANYONE ELSE NOR HAVE I SIGNED UP ANYONE UNDER ME!!!!) I started with a 2 month supply. I'm not even going to waste time writing all the things that happened one week after another. What I will say is that my blood shows no signs of RA AT ALL SINCE I STARTED DRINKING MONA VIE!!! I have the results on paper and my Rheumatologist said he's NEVER seen this happen before!!! So am I going to get sued now? Is that how the justice system works? Nobody's allowed to feel good without some doctor or drug company involved? Mona Vie never claimed this would happen IT JUST DID! Why don't you people find something that actually HURTS people to argue about! Get a life and lay off of Mona Vie already!

I drink Mona Vie and I like it. I choose to get my nutrition from a bottle rather than from weak fruits and vegetables that are poorly grown and chemically enhanced for beauty and longer shelf life-quite frankly, I can afford this juice more than the organic fruits and vegetables I would have to buy to get the same nutritional value. I would LOVE to think that better nutrition equals better health, wouldn???t we all? If not, why do we even care what we eat? Or what our children are eating? Haven???t we forced fast food restaurants into better and healthier options? Why? Because we all believe that what we ingest makes a difference to our bodies and our well-being.

I have polycystic kidney disease, to which there is no cure, I am 38. I am trying anything and everything to slow the process of this disease, and no doctor agrees on what that is exactly???they tell me to ???eat healthy and exercise???. I called my specialist before getting started with Mona Vie, she looked it up on line while I was on the phone, ???it???s natural, it???s a healthy fruit juice, looks great, it can???t hurt???. End of conversation.

Nearly every FDA approved drug I have tried for any ailment has side effects; some detrimental. However, Mona Vie, which is NOT an FDA approved drug doesn???t! It???s natural, it???s a healthy fruit juice, it looks and tastes great???it can???t hurt. End of my conversation.

By DRINKING your fruits and veggies like you say, you are losing the important benefit of FIBER that you get from the whole item.

You have three mindsets that MonaVie banks on:

      1. A medical condition you'd like more control over.

      2. A personality which lends to taking a magic cure rather than listening to nutrition experts. (ie: "from a bottle rather than from 'weak fruits and vegetables...'")

      3. Willingness to quickly make a decision before investigating deeply. (ie: "End of conversation.")

monavaie is a fruit drink that has antioxidants. Antioxidents are chemicals that keep other substances from being oxidized(such as cholestrol ldl).helps destroy free radicals( which are believed to cause cancers), prevent aging, and may decrease onset of severity of many chronic diseases. When monavie distributors are getting people to drink the product, some are going about it the wrong way. U cannot prove what it does, but you can still talk about the benefits that antioxidents have on the body, and those are true facts!

All the discussion is interesting, however for those of us that have had a first hand incredible response from drinking Monavie feel sorry for all of the negative folks out there. For myself it took nearly two full months until significant results began being noticed. Maybe those that have had negative results should give it a more reasonable amount of time. They are probably the same ones that stop going to the gym after three visits.

I tried it. Honestly, I believe it kept my recurring gout under control. The bad thing is it gave me the courage to eat more meat.

Try 100% cherry juice that you can buy at your local supermarket. It may have sugar in it but I know that my husband uses the cherry juice for his bouts of gout. It works for him and it costs a whole lot less.

monavie is awesome! i've been drinking it for a couple of months and feel more energized. i notice that people who eat really badly and have developed high levels of toxins are the ones who claim they have headaches or nightmares. if they continue drinking it they'll notice a complete difference. what these headaches are probably being attributed to are toxins escaping your body and becoming mobilized. it's certainly not a cure all drink but it certainly does make you feel better. its just a juice drink with high antioxidants so of course you have to feel better after all you are what you eat!

Behind my back, my husband became involved in this "business." The stuff tastes like $h!t. He gets 4 bottles shipped every month to him, and we have 10 stacked in the closet right now. He's the only one who drinks it. He cannot sell it to his family members or his friends, $40 for a bottle when a gallon of gas is over $4! Personally, I'd rather fill up my gas tank then buy that $h!t. He says he falls right asleep at night and never wakes up! He's never felt better! His muscles feel energized, he has tons of energy.

Remember those days in the 1800's and 1900's when there were the "tonic" sellers going town to town?! Does it not remind you of that!?

IT'S A PYRAMID SCAM. Call it want you want, "mulit-level marketing" or whatever, but it's all the same.

The article didn't really tell me anything I didn't already know, except that the FDA had slapped their hands a bit. Apparently it is Acai combined with the other 18 fruit juices with no preservatives and no sugar at all, that makes it special. And how much acai is in the capsules as oppose to Mona Vie?

  • Posted By: kboxer20 @ 08/06/2008 12:44:23 PM

Same old pyramid scheme rip-off we've seen over and over. Wake up people! There is no "miracle cure" juice!

I tried it. Honestly, I believe it controlled my recurring gout. The bad thing is now I am eating more meat.

Pampered Chef reps don't claim to cure cancer.

    • Posted By: GiveBack @ 08/06/2008 12:39:35 PM

The difference is Pampered Chef is an ethical company that stands behinds its claims and its products. It also has a proven track record. Warren Buffet is no fool and does his homework - no matter what company he is interested in.

All MLM Marketers really need to see the video "How to Beat the Matrix" it's free and doesn't cost a penny. Take a look at it here: http://www.unselfishwealthtoday.com/redirect2.htm

It's time to get the results like the "Heavy Hitters!" In this business.

  • Posted By: Mr. Bojangles @ 08/06/2008 12:39:56 PM

I swear by straight Acai juice, bars and pulp in general, however, I believe Mona Vie is talked up. I prefer Zola, organic acai juice. Bom Dia and Bossa Nova also make a great acai juice, which all can be found in the organic juice isles of the supermarket or sometimes found in with the fruits and veggies!!

Ah yes another scam from the state of Utah! Is anyone shocked? A captive audience that has been taught to follow and never question! I suppose the FDA will soon rival the SEC in the number of scams that it investigates that orginate in God's country! Maybe they can combine offices and leads...I'm sure some of the penny stock artists there are also "health" nuts!

The juice is available at G N C. 30 ounces for 30 bucks. You have to use the juice not the pills for it to be benificial...
