Everyone knows who lives along these shores that Plum Island is a level 4 government dna research labratory amoung other things. Viruses and genetic mutations are probably common place there. It is not too far of a stretch for anything to wash up on our shores. It is also where some people believe that lime tick disease cam from. Happy sailing!

    Monsters?

    Centipede Style

    Ultimate Human Predator

This video is about a virtually unknown human predator, a nocturnal and venomous insect that preys on humans while we sleep, hence, an ultimate human predator the Centipede.

    Not afraid of the dark?
    Sleep well?
Think your safe in your own home and your own bed?
Could there be real monsters under your bed or in your closet, just waiting for you to fall asleep?
They are far more common than most people think.

The video 'Centipede Style' is available for public viewing at the following host sites:

I think the Montauk Monster was an experiment to see just how stupid the American public was, based on the number of people who apparently believe an animal with canine teeth could be a turtle.

Comment: Looking at the head, legs, and tails - it looks like a sea turtle. the brusing on the shoulders and hinder legs looks like somebody compressed him to pull the shell off. If you skin any animal the features are not changed... the hide is just gone and the animal is bruised.

    • Posted By: turnechr @ 08/21/2008 10:21:10 PM

That isn't bruising, it's decay. And how would you expect to see a bruise on an animal with no hide? For that matter, have you ever *seen* an animal with no hide? Muscle tissue isn't smooth like skin, and you'd be seeing tendons and fat, not bruising.

Plus, sea turtles spines are fused to their shells. They don't just come out.

good grief people like you never seen a dead dog this is a picture of a dead pitbull terrier someone killed this dog after a dog fight I would say

    • Posted By: Shortstuff52 @ 08/21/2008 10:04:43 PM

Yeah! You are right. I know every pitbull terrier I hve seen has had a beak!!!

      • Posted By: turnechr @ 08/21/2008 10:18:04 PM

It isn't a beak, it's the scull sans flesh. Teeth fall out of skulls very easily, and you can clearly see the nasal cavity at the end of the so-called beak.

  • Posted By: turnechr @ 08/21/2008 5:22:00 PM

tstiles, have you ever actually seen a turtle before? They're reptiles- they don't have hair. Or teeth, for that matter, and the Montauk Monster clearly has both. Plus, a turtle's spine is fused to its shell, so it's not just going to 'come out' intact like this animal is.

    • Posted By: meccles7 @ 08/21/2008 9:11:51 PM

Sea turtles, like all turtles, are toothless. But they do have ridges, or bumps, along both their upper and lower jaws. These ridges are pointy and sharp. They help a turtle cut its food into small pieces before swallowing. I don't see any hair.

      • Posted By: turnechr @ 08/21/2008 10:09:37 PM

They may have ridges, but a ridge is not the same thing as a canine tooth, for god's sake. And look at the other pictures of the Montauk Monster, because it has patches of hair in places.
