The last sentence says, "The surest way to avoid transmission of HIV is to abstain from sexual intercourse or to be in a long-term mutually monogamous relationship with a partner who has been tested and you know is uninfected. " That is all I need to write to show that you're a mental midget that has to resort to foul language.

There is a simple solution to the whole HIV thing. If you will be chaste you don't have to worry. No fooling around before or outside marriage. I am serious. It really isn't that difficult. I dated hundreds of girls over a number of years and was a virgin when I married my sweet wife. If both parties do that, then HIV will die off without spending one red cent within a generation.
