I really don't think it's that stupid of an article. Sure it's meant to be funny and more press fro Paris, but if she were to actually be on the ballot at this point I would vote for her. Why? Because I refuse to vote for either of the two other bought and paid for career politicans that are running with their predealed political agendas. I have been waiting through this whole nightmare of an election campaign for some strong Independent to show up and give us all another option and they never showed. So at this point, why not Paris for President - at least I will have someone who I can cast a ballot for, even if its just for a statement sake - I at least will not feel sick inside doing so like I will if I have to vote for one of the other two....sad day in America when you contemplate not voting just so you can keep down your lunch.

Stupid article? Maybe not. The problem with this country is career politicians - they spend their entire career scratching each others backs and before they even run for another office their agenda is already predetermined by the deals they have made to get the support to run. Reagan was a good president because he was not afraid to say what had to be said, that is what we need again. Stupid article? Maybe the stuff about painting the White House pink and red carpet press confs...yes, but Paris actually officially running? I would vote for her. Why? Because it would be a better choice than either of the two figureheads for predetermined political power agendas that are currently running. I would vote for any non-career politician who has guts to say what they think needs to be said that would run. Think about it, wouldn't Paris or any third party getting elected (or even carry a strong vote) wake up the career politicians to what the people of this county really need? The truth is that no decent person in the country even wants to be President because of all the smear and freak show that goes along with it. I have been waiting for a strong independent to show up through this whole mess to give us a better choice - to our detriment that white night never showed.

I see you have a few people who think this is worth while but it is clear they are too young and ignorant to know any better. I have lost a lot of respect in News Week with this garbage.
