    Do you really think that if Paris was president, she would do that much worse than any other candidate running? The Congress and cabinet mebers are really the ones that make the important decisions. The president is actually just the spokesman. She could just do a world tour for 4 years and throw a big party wherever she visits and the world would probably still be alright...

    Since most of us learned how to cope and react to all of the influences around us by the age of 4, and since most of us, if we are unconscious, still use those mechanisms when the heat is on, she would probably do as well as anyone as President provided that she surrounded herself with key people of impeccable talent, knowledge and skill. Actually, she is a pathetic little spoiled brat, completely out of touch with reality; and she thoroughly enjoys the fact that we all know it.

      I have to agree that is what is wrong with news week they need to re-evaluate some people like the one that wrote this article. This is not news worthy it should have shown up in Mad magazine -trash! I for one need to think before I buy News week again if this is the sort of trash they put out there!

    Geez, you folks need to lighten up--IT'S A JOKE. Are you really that uptight that you have to attack the writer and the magazine for publishing a satirical article. With all the lackluster stories going on around the world, you've got to throw in a light-hearted spoof every once in a while. If you people are that uptight and go apeshit over something like this, I'd hate to know how your spouses feel. I sympathize with them for having to live with such a shmuck. Reagan (not Raegan) brought about the fall of communism, reunited GErmany, liberated enslaved nations in Europe. Succeeding presidents have been wimps in foreign policy matters, bothe dems and reps.

      Exactly my point. I felt right or wrong, Reagan (sorry for the typo) was a man of conviction did what he felt was in the best interest of us, the United States of America. In fact I was a fan for the things that you correctly listed. Reagan started his career as an actor before serving the public, therefore did not bring a superior than thou attitude to the office. He truly served. I feel Obama is in it for the position and prestige and not to serve the interest of the USA. McCain just bit the hand that fed him. My point of all this is that Paris has brought to the surface that, as a country we want better choices for a presidential hopeful. The fact that I and others are willing to vote for her, even though that can not and should not happen, shows how desperate we are.

    I think that Paris would be fantastic!!! She is as intelligent (probably more) than what we currently have. She is able to put sentences together....she knows how to memorize a speech, unlike McCain who has to constantly look down and read his speech, including reading the words "I am brave, I would be good." Duh...don't think so old white-haired dude. Paris would not and could not get us in any more trouble than we are worldwide and nationwide....and I bet that she would even have a better understanding of it all. I have never paid attention to her before, but she has my attention now.
