I feel so duped by John Edwards, live in his home town, where he was welcomed back as a hero, had my picture made with him and my grandchildren- will be tearing that picture up! Did you think that the topic was gong to make it exciting? It was disappointing only because of the topic and the fact that the writer gave "credance" to Hunter as if she was some sort of powerful person over others.........sick is one sick puppy!

It IS up to us to judge this man he was running for President and his character flaws ie; liar and cheat are not what we want making decisions that affect us all in this country. Edwards is the poster boy for the adage "Men name their penis because they don't like strangers telling them what to do. "That sums up the scandal Pretty Boy Edwards finds himself in today. He let his "other brain" do his thinking. His wife does not deserve the emotional pain and embarrassment he has brought down on their lives. Well as far as i'm concerned,there are a heck of alot of more important issue's in this world that the new's media should focus on.Instead of continuing to kick a family when they are already down.Some people have no remorse for the very ill people in this country,like john edward's poor wife.Maybe you should all try putting your feet in their shoe's.Why not focus more on all the missing children in this world.I F YOU CARE.

Have you people forgotten about that snake Clinton? He had women coming out of the wood work shouting "rape" "affair" and let's not forget the famous "I did not have sex with that woman", and he was already President!! I am against adultery one hundred percent, but, come on, at least he didn't lie about it to the free world like our "honorable president". Who cares. It is just another politician having an affair. I thought this is what they all did! This is none of our business, it is between Edwards and his wife. let her destroy him, we can sit back & watch. If she doesn't that is her business. So he lied, what politician doesn't. Since when and why does everyone think a politician tells us the truth about anything. I don't listen to their personal life nor do I care about their personal life. I have a life of my own that is hard enough to keep track of.

Don't talk about parties, or the line stepped over from either side. Taking the step into public service means your life is public, for the public good. Where are the best and brightest with integrity??? And we now are beginning to understand that Mrs. Edwards lied along with her husband in their bid for glory. What a pathetic action of denile. If you don't want to be asked the tough questions, that could simply be answered with the truth, don't seek the public's trust! Sadly for the Edward's, they now will be known for this lie and not what they have done that helped their fellow Americans. Was it really worth it???

What bothers me about Edwards is that he was so easily drawn away by his sexual desires. It is one thing to be attracted to someone and hopefully retrieve yourself before you fall but Edwards was attracted to a woman that was "crazy." I guess she built his ego up so much that he overlooked her being a nut case!

However, Edward can recover himself by realizing his mistake, which he has done, and staying away from Hunter, never to look back again.

The reported who is having a hard time staying away from this woman, my advice is to run the other way as fast as you can and stay away, this woman is wicked inside and out!
