    My heart is broke - I had a mad crush on Bernie Mac. He was special and reminded me of many people I knew. I saw an interview with him on Tavis Smiley a few months aback and was really surprised at his caring personality, didn't expect that out of him. God bless him and his family at this time.

    I do not understand with all the modern technology why sarcoidosis took Bernie Mac away. Wasn't he under the doctor's care. What did they miss. I do believe when your time is up it is up. Could this have been the reason?

    sarcoidosis take him out. He had to be under a doctor's care. What was it that the doctor's missed. Fifty years old and strong. I do believe when our time is up it is up. Could this have been the case.

    I was so saddened to hear of Bernie Mac's death. One word to describe Bernie is-----REAL! He always kept it real! He had such a strong personality and presence. He was also very funny! Bernie Mac was a TREMENDOUS TALENT! Although he is gone he will NEVER be forgotten. He left too much behind!!

    May he eternally rest in peace! My thoughts and prayers are with his family!

    I PERSONALLY WILL MISS BERNIE MAC BECAUSE HE KEPT IT REAL AND I KNOW CEDRIC, STEVE, DL ARE SO HURT I COULD ONLY IMAGINE HOW THEY FELT WHEN THEY FOUND OUT...WE ALL KNOW THAT ONE DAY WE MAY FACE DEATH BUT IT WHILE WE COME TO GRIP WITH THAT PAIN OF THE LOSS OF A LOVED ONE THEN THAT'S WHEN YOU WILL HAVE TO KNOW ONE THE NAME OF THE ONLY TRUE GOD, JEHOVAH AND HIS SON JESUS AND WHAT HIS PURPOSE WAS FOR US. HE TRULY CREATED A TALENTED MAN AND NO HE WONT BE FORGOTTEN BUT HE WILL BE RESURRECTED....

    Bernie Mac will truly be missed! He was an awesome comic, family man, and just a genuine human being. The world has lost a true gentleman and talent....
