I just read about a new anti inflammatory mouthrinse from an Israeli company called "IZUN". I heard their product is natural and not only fights and eliminates bad breath, but reduces gum inflammation wehre most of the bacteria that causes bad breath hides out.

I think people eating fewer animal products would make a huge difference.

I understand that job and economy woes can cause stress, but remember there ARE jobs out there--you just might not want to do them is all. Might have to trade that business suit in for a smock and downgrade that car. Too proud? Too smart? Fine, don't make any money at all. While you're feeling sorry for yourself remember there are people dealing with real stress--suffering through cancer, having their house burn down or losing family.

As my wise father in law has said, a recession is when you lose your job, a depression is when I lose mine.

The best health cure is to empower yourself. Call up the local office of your Congressman and Senator and tell them how unpleased you are about the weak job market and declining wages for the average American. Get pro-active. Throw those politicians out of office that have supported policies that have hollowed out the American job market. Eye for eye, tooth for tooth. If they have greased the way for you to lose your job, then you eliminate their job.

This is definately true. At the age of 25 I have been treated for mild depression, anixety, stress and high blood pressure after learning that the university I am employed with is looking to slash several positions throughout the school. The stress from the thought of loosing a job currently with the way the econonmy has been in 2008 is gut wrenching. In regards to the post from keeptrying10, you are definately right that there are tons of jobs out there, I was offered a position as a janitor making 9.50 an hour. However, I'm not too sure taking a position where being paid 9.50 an hour with no benefits with a house and car payment is going to aid in the relief of stressing out about just getting by. But an article like this is something we all should pay attention to.
