Did I really read this? This article is so full of it, if you watch any ad by Obama that is all you see from them, where has this writer been hiding?
The only part she got right is in the title of this story; "the Republicans are doing a masterful job of defining Barack Obama."
And I guess to some the truth hurts.

It is amazing how much evidence showing Obama to be a corrupt politician, a white hating racist, and a virulent sexist that people are willing to ignore. That's why they call them ignoramus's. The finger to Hillary video, the 20 years at Wright's church,. Rezco's payoffs, funneling $millions to his donors. That's all the evidence I need.

The reason Obama will NOT win the election is plain and simple. He is way to Liberal for main stream America. The Dems should be running away with this one. They should have nominated Hillary.

While listening to the Republican Convention, my stomach is churning, listening to the lies that are being told. They say we are "winning the war" in Iraq. What they aren't saying is the Iraq wants us to leave, they have a surpluss in revinue now and the only reason the so called "surge "is working is We, the US is paying off all the factions to behaveIf you look at the convention the Republicans are having now all you see is lots of old, mostly over 60, reay haired people. If you told them to jump off a cliff for the good of the country, they would do it. What sheep!. .

The richt strategy for Barck Obama is to recall all the wrong things done (war in Iraq) and the scandals of the Bush administration (lobbies and Scooter Libby making public the name of the CIA agent) all approved by the Republican candidate and a large part of the moral majorty will stay home and not vote for the Republican candidate. The most important campaign issue is that we know ALREADY how many problems the Republicans have CREATED and how many problems they will CREATE in the future.

Georgian Prime Minister outlines reform agenda

During a visit to NATO HQ on 28 November, Georgian Prime Minister Zurab Noghaideli said his country was determined to step up its defence reform process.
Mr. Noghaideli outlined his government???s reform plans as well its peace proposals for South Ossetia in a meeting with NATO Secretary General Jaap de Hoop Scheffer, and in an address to the North Atlantic Council.
???We will double our efforts???homework will be done and will be done in time,??? the Prime Minister told reporters, expressing hope that Georgia could soon join NATO???s Membership Action Plan.
More work on defence reform
Last year, Georgia became the first NATO partner country to sign an Individual Partnership Action Plan (IPAP) with NATO.
???Under IPAP Georgia has committed itself to undertake ambitious reforms and has established a good mechanism to steer and coordinate the reform programme, ??? NATO Secretary General Jaap de Hoop Scheffer said at the opening of the Council session.
???But there is much more work to do, in particular in the field of defence reform. A transparent, affordable, sound and democratically-controlled defence system is vital to the success of reforms,??? he stressed
The Secretary General pledged NATO???s support for Georgia ???s reform efforts and praised the country for its active contribution to NATO???s operations in Afghanistan and Kosovo, and its offer to participate in NATO???s counter-terorrist operation in the Mediterranean.
This was the first visit by Prime Minister Noghaideli to NATO HQ. It follows a visit by the Defence, Foreign and State Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration in May this year.

Obama should no longer say Mc Cain but the Republican candidate.

The Republicans wants to make you believe that "strong" leadership is :

1 When you put pressure on the CIA to give false and biaised information to the Senat in order to obtain a war.

2 When you twist the arm of the CIA to get a war in which more 4.000 American soldiers got killed and more then 20.000 American soldiers got limbed (not wounded but limbed, because the Ministry of Defense considers you are "only" wounded when you lose an arm or a leg)

3 When you say that people are anti-patriotic when they oppose war, and when because of the war 4.000.000 Iraqis left their country and more than 180.000 Iraqis got killed since the invasion of Iraq in March 2003.

4 When Scooter Libby has been convicted in Federal Court of obstruction of justice, two counts of perjury and one count of false statement to the FBI., and sentenced to jail and the "strong" President took him out of the jail, because, according to Bush, M. Libby is an honest man.

These are interesting exemples of "strength"

Almost two years after beginning an investigation into the illegal leak of the identity of CIA agent Valerie Plame, the first indictments have been issued. Vice President Chief of Staff, Scooter Libby, was indicted on charges of obstructing justice, making false statements and perjury.

The talking heads are comparing it to Clinton's impeachment or Martha Stewart as some type of technicality, but they are wrong. This is much worse.

Those legal troubles had nothing to do with national security. On the contrary, this scandal is directly related to it.

It's all too easy to forget that the scandal began with President Bush lying to the American people during his State of the Union address claiming that Saddam Hussein tried to purchase Uranium in Africa. Ambassador Wilson had disproven this claim the previous year. References had been taken out of the President's remarks at earlier speeches, yet the remarks were included back in the State of the Union address leading up to the US invasion of Iraq.

When Joe Wilson went public with his findings, the White House sought to discredit and punish him by diverting attention to his wife. As part of this campaign they began shopping stories to journalists including Bob Novak who was the first to publish the identity of Valerie Plame as a CIA agent.

This release succeeded in diverting attention away from the President's lie in the State of the Union. Then the White House delayed investigating the leak for almost six months and when an investigation finally began they denied any involvement. Press Secretary, Scott McClellan, denied any involvement in the scandal by Scooter Libby or Karl Rove.

Eleanor Clift is right : Obama has to hit back and fast.

Republicans are so agressive and obsessed by war, that now, they are even at war against democracy in their own country.

Make sure that Fixed News brainwashers are held over the blaze. P.S I have tried to be nice to the Repigs , but they do not understand Nice. Their minds operate on one cycle and that is to smear, hate, and be prejudiced. If you try in an intelligent way to defend a Dem. you are immediately attacked.
