You have to be crazy to vote for Mccain. He has a very good chance of dying and Palin becoming president of the US, and she will completely ruin the country. Mccain is well past the age of retirement. Obama is truly a leader that will unite us...the US! Give him a chance!

For all you Obama voters out there, go google images of "obama the post american world." There you will see Obama holding a book "The Post American World," this author believes that the US will no longer dominate the global economy and wants every country but the USA to be stronger. Now why in the HE11 would you want someone that is going to be the president of the USA to even be reading this type of book now you have got to think what if he is planning on letting the US suffer in this way. I hope after you obama voters look at this you will regret you discision to vote for him. McCain isn't that great of option either but it's better then voting for someone that wants other countries to rule. GO MCCAIN!!!

A couple of weeks ago there was a worry among Republican leaders that McCain was peaking too soon; couldn't the same thing be happening here for Obama? I know that right now it looks like a wave that is just starting to build, but I also know that it could easily crash before the beginning of November. Is there any concern that Obama is now peaking too fase?

Let's hope not. We would not want him to lose.

In engineering construction It is known that the least project managers know about engineering details (trees) the more effective managers are (woods). This is why MBA colleges teach generalities not details to prepare managers for business administration for any business, not just for specific ones. All the managers need is good judgemenyt and how to delegate details. I belive Obama has proven to have both of the latter beating Hillary and McCain

    De Pineres.

i would like to comment on gtzgirl. it's sad that people like her think obama has anything to do with 9/11 direct or indirect. i'm from germany, living in this country for over 25 years and am amazed by the ignorance of the americans. if we would be the same, than this country would not be considered a friend of germany. the americans have to forget about what happened time ago. if not, than pay for your misdeeds, as you demand from every other country. if you think, this is the best democracy on our planet, than think, who established this so called democracy. minorities had no voting rights till the 20th century. still our black countrymen are called the n-word in a lot of states. still people believe a 'n-word' has no place in the white house. if you still believe. this is god's given country, than get your lazy but up and travel, you will find this statement not to be true. very important, religion has no place other then in churches, the americans should learm more about the murderous history of the so called christians and their killers. it's time we get a president, who legitemately can say, that he will make a differnce. thanks

Ms. or Mr. Hope for Obama. My girlfriend in Des Moines, Iowa, was a precinct captain for John Edwards.
Obama-bin-Ladin, and Hillary stole the vote. And I am supposed to vote for a liar and cheat. He is just a Chicago boy, and I know them very well. To you he is the new "Messiah". Grow up, He is just another politician. Gee, why are 99% of blacks voting for Obama? Isn't that racist?

    • Posted By: klwimberly @ 11/04/2008 1:41:16 PM

You are stupid. That's all I can say. You use the term boy while cover with secrecy. I bet you would not have the balls to refer to him as boy in his face. You sound like a real loser. As a matter of fact, you would probably be overjoyed to really meet him, loser.

Senator Obama, you know "That one" is 47 years old. He is NOT a boy.

    • Posted By: TJ21 @ 10/07/2008 4:12:29 PM

What on earth are you talking about? I live in Chicago, what exactly does your comment "He is just a Chicago boy" mean?

    • Posted By: luelue @ 10/07/2008 4:03:45 PM

You are an idiot. Over 90% of Black people are DEMOCRATS...of course they are going to vote for a DEMOCRAT. However, Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson didn't get as much support from the Black community when they ran; that was because those two were not viable in the community's eyes.
Stop being stupid and spouting Fox rhetoric. You sound like a sheep.

I don't feel either of the four is even worth President or VP. I think this is a disgrace to the American people.
I keep hearing people say "the less of the two evils". In my opinion, McCain has lost his mind, and then the person he chose to run with him, she's a catty woman who I wouldn't want to make any decisions for our country. She is way out of her league. And Obama, well, he's not ready for this. And if the white people in America think they are a minority now, well, we'll def be that if he's elected. And his VP he chose, I can't even find words to describe him. Obama could have made a much better choice. So, with that, I still don't know who I'm voting for. It's a sad skit they took off SNL and made it reality for us. Our country, look where it's going, in the dumps....

Looking at the big picture here...Congress has made it impossible for the President to engage in an act of war without their consent! Also the econonmy was on a growth pattern until 2 years ago. What happened? Pelosi took over as Speaker of the House and the Hill went from primarily Conservative to primarily Moderate/Liberal. As a result we saw the enactment of deregulation of the banking industry (which I might add that Bush did try to shoot down) and hence the mess we are in now. Both candidates scare me to death for a number of reasons (mostly not being able to firmly stand on one side of an issue or the other). We should consider the VP candidates strongly as they will probably end up running things anyway.

This is a great time in America. My grandmother was born in an era when women couldn't even vote. My mother was raised in rural Missouri when it was believed that girls didn't need and education and the only expectation was that they be a good mother and obedient wife. She never knew a person of color and was taught to fear the black men in the city. This year she was able to vote for woman in the primary and she campaigned for and on this date cast her vote for a man of color. This is a great time for all people in the USA. Obama's victory will ring across this land and throughout the world. America will gain respect and Republicans will learn that the American people will not be ruled by smear and fear. What a great day!!

I read a comment today that said it all. Barack Obama doesn't even respect America, if he won't even put his hand over his heart and recite the " Pledge Of Allegiance ".What kind of anti-American nut are we electing here. All in the name of " CHANGE ". Wake up people, you've been duped, because this guy says whatever you want to hear, and you're believing him. Look at his closest friends, reverends, and his advisor, that Meeks idiot in Chicago who thinks that Chicago City supervisors are like slavelords because they have black people working for them. If you get a chance, look at the YouTube videos on Loius Farrakhan, and his speech to his congregation on how Americans, especially whites, need to repay the black man for what our great grandfathers did to their people. He says whites need to apologize first for what happened a long time ago. And this is one of Baracks closest friends. WOW! You idiots looking for change might as well elect a mafia crime boss, they would have about the same affiliations. What a joke America is going to be. The liberals are going to weaken our military, assist the gays and lesbians, and tax the hell out of all of us. I guess Armageddon should be right around the corner then for us.

Do you really think Obama can do worse than the idiot we have in office right now? We had 8 years of the Republicans messing up our great country, it's time to try something different. I don't think Mccain would perform as horribly as Bush, but I think Obama will do MUCH BETTER!

    • Posted By: rgtype @ 11/04/2008 12:58:21 PM

I would not be offended if Obama spit on the flag and burned it. Why? Because we are free to do so in the U.S. I'd rather have a President who knows and exercises his freedoms than one who is bent on protecting big money and business interests. After 8 years of a Bush nightmare of a presidency, I think a lot of people all over the world would like to spit on our flag and burn it with good reason. Obama will hopefully change that.

  • Posted By: NOBAMA_08 @ 11/04/2008 12:46:17 PM

Neight Bush nor his administrastion can be blamed for the economic crisis. This issue dates all the way back to Jimmy Carter and the Liberal congress who thought it would be a good idea to lend money to people who they knew would not be able to pay it back!

    • Posted By: Dem all the way @ 11/04/2008 1:39:43 PM

Now we are going all the way back to Carter to blame this mess on. I do beleive that we have had 3 republican presidents and even a republican congrees and senate in office since then that could have changed these policies. If the people couldn't afford the house under Carter's presidency they would have lost their house a long time ago not in the last 6 years when this housing crunch started.

What is scary is that Obama is trying to destroy our country and these clueless Liberals believe in his pathetic speeches for Change. We don't need change we need a leader. Here we have Pennsylvania leaning towards Dem. and Obama is trying to do away with coal production which forces America to push towards alternative fuel which is smart. Well what the hell are people in Pennsylvania going to do for work if we do away with coal? Why is he trying to take away my right to bear arms? So someone can come into my house with their own gun and I can't protect my family? If I shoot and kill him I go to jail for murder for protecting my family??? Hmm. Obama also believes in partial birth abortions.... Ummm now that's murder is it not? His lack of experience at life and no experience at leading will destroy this country I can guarantee it!!!

If voting really made a difference don't you think it would have been made illegal? Investigate 911!

The man had to act out a tear over his grandmothers death. What a wonderful person.

  • Posted By: budweiserdan @ 11/04/2008 1:38:05 PM

lady you must be ignorant because u already pay for it now and with bush in the office it has only made the situation worse so open ur eyes and quit be a dumb b****!

  • Posted By: rickstar @ 11/04/2008 1:37:46 PM

It really surprised me to find out that this economic mess that we're in is because of Bush. Silly me. I always thought that the president and vice were the executive branch and that the congress and senate were the legislative branch that wrote and passed laws. And also, along with people referring to the "last eight years", I seem to remember that the elections of 2006 were nothing more than 'hate Bush' elections which did indeed give control of the legislative branch to the dems. Before that, if you would kindly check your history, unemployment was the lowest in almost eight-ten years, the economy was at it's highest point in ten years. The economy downfall was caused by derivitive-buying, greedy, know-nothing speculators. It was plain and simply greed. From the homeowner to the CEOs. Also, for anyone who thinks that republicans are racist, may I refresh your memory. Reagan nominated Sandra Day O'connor, Bush 1 nominated Clarence Thomas, and Alan Keyes is one of the most intellegent conservatives around. Say what you want, but use facts to back it up.

  • Posted By: doll123 @ 11/04/2008 1:37:15 PM

the McCain supportors have allot to say, downing, lying, and making up things is not becoming at all we all play a big part in this election let everyone just vote. No need to be haters.........like they saying goes you always keep a couple thousand haters and that will help u achieve the unachievable which will make the haters really upset.......because they do not want to see you achieve anything. They want you stay where there at.....nowhere!

  • Posted By: gwd5775 @ 11/04/2008 1:37:04 PM

Hope this country figures it out before its too late... (but Im afraid it is already too late...the "clueless" shall reign supreme...for the next four years...Hope you all enjoy it...)
