First: Guilt by association is completely hypocritical. To accuse - through association - that Barack Obama is a terrorist because he has talked with accused (but NEVER convicted, let alone formerly arrested) terrorists is nonsense. Here's why:
1. Bush flew members of Osama bin Laden's family on a PRIVATE CHARTER plane from Texas back to the mid-east after 9/11. Which, TRANSLATED, means he knew the family and transacted business with the Bin Laden's before, during, and after 9/11. Furthermore, Bush refused to allow questioning of the Bin Laden family members by federal agents before flying them back to Saudi Arabia. Does that make Bush a terrorist by association?
2. McCain, as chair of the IRI - International Republican Institute - GAVE $500,000 to Khalidi and his foundation for research. Here's the twist - Obama shakes hands with Khalidi, talks to Khalidi, and maintains different views than Khalidi. However, McCain FUNDS Khalidi and his work. So if Obama is anti-Israel for shaking hands, what does that make McCain for FUNDING an opponent of Israel?
3. William Ayers, who was a 1960's radical and a ***. However, he (1) turned himself in, (2) never was arrested, let alone convicted of any crimes, (3) admitted to wishing he had done more for a cause he felt just doing, (4) used the same reasoning as those who go to foreign nations bombing, killing, and destroying enemies who they feel are a threat to American ways of life. What you call a terrorist, another calls a freedom fighter. You claim Christian ideals - I believe God says, "thou shalt not kill". He doesn't exclude ANYONE. So if you kill, I daresay, God doesn't approve. And before you start claiming the walls of Jericho, Gideon, David and Goliath as being sent by God - show me where in the New Testament God issues his sword of Wrath upon mankind in war or justifies war under the teachings of Jesus the Christ. Or for that matter, issues a renunciation of the 10 commandments including - "thou shalt not kill". Oh, FYI, McCain is also photographed attending a luncheon with a former Pro-Life supporter, who was in full and total support for - wait for it - BOMBING an AMERICAN CLINIC - killing a doctor and his nurse by another female, who was (A) American and (B) ACTUALLY CHARGED AND CONVICTED!!! Oh, and the luncheon, it was a fundraiser.

That guy should have been fired for what he did, and since his boss wouldn't fire him somebody had to. Bottom line. Glad he's gone. If you don't agree, I would really question your judgement. When you consider the political landscape in Alaska, there are probably alot of politicians up there worried about Sarah Palin calling them out. I'm sure some hate her for turning in a Republican. This could be a possible reason a bipartisan committee would come to a conclusion such as this. I'm not buying it.

Actually I grew up in a strict catholic family, and went to Catholic schools and studied the bible extensively. I was an altar boy for many years and was even the church organist for many years I think you need a refresher course of what christianity means. It does not mean hatred or fear for anyone including muslims. Jesus preached to feed the hungry and help the poor. If anything, Jesus was a socialist and very liberal. In fact he was crucified for his progressive idealogy. I'm no longer a practicing Catholic becuase of the hipocratical activities I saw in not just the Catholic church, but in all organized religions. I've seen school measure after school measure fail for educatiion funding for children in these small towns, but yet they pour millions in buildings they call churches with hi-tech sound systems, projection video screens, and political agendas. Yet the schools have books that are 20 and 30 years old and furniture that's falling apart. I've seen them fight tooth and nail for the unborn fetus, but when it comes time to feed these unwanted babies, not a one is willing to help with any social programs that would assist that "now living" child from having any kind of quality of life. I really do believe in the morals Jesus Christ tried to teach, but modern christian organizations have twisted it into this hate mongering attitude I cannot subscribe to.

The reason this was brought up was because of the issue of Obama betraying Isreal, and opening the door for his terrorist buddies to have their way. This all lines up with the end times. This person was showing complete contempt for this idea, making it obvious they had either not heard it, or thought it to be ridiculous. Regarding abortion, Roe vs. Wade is a non issue. Reverse abortion? Every single lawmaker in this country knows that it will never happen. I say reverse Roe vs. Wade and let it go back to the states. When that does happen, everyone that's anti-abortion will be up for a well deserved rude awakening when they realize that abortion will NEVER become illegal because the individual states will be in a hell of a mess, legally and politcally if they ever did make it illegal.
