A man who goes to church and does not believe in God? And does believing in God make you a good president. Obviously Bush believes in God and look when it has taken us. I cannot understand why there is no new material for conservatives--salute the flag---he does but there was an answer to that but I don't remember--possibly the salute was over when they took Obama's picture. How about dying people from diesease and war--I guess you don't care about that.

No, race shouldn't matter...but this race has been covered with race inuendo. I am a minority, U.S. citizen and proud of it...but I have been sad to see, hear and talk with COUNTLESS Obama supporters who know NOTHING of this serious background, nor can they recite any of his policy with substance (probably because there isn't any substance there). Too many people are putting race in the race for presidency by voting for Obama BECAUSE OF HIS RACE. Racism goes both ways...and voting for Obama just because of the color of his skin is just as in appropriate as any prejudice we minorities have EVER suffered. Prejudice means, literally, pre-judging someone, not based on their actual skills, gifts or experience; rather, by their outward appearance. 142 "PRESENT" days in the U.S. Senate (actually spent pre-campaigning moreso then SERVING as a Senator) most definitely does not qualify him to be Commander In Chief. He's a great orator and that's about it. He should go teach Public Speaking 101 at leave the office of the Presidency to a real public servant, with a humble heart and America's true "best" at heart...Vote McCain!!!

Ha! Hillary spent eight years in the white house and couldn't even control her own husband, how do you expect her to control this country? We as Americans have become to soft. Obama want us to contuine to stay that way. He want us to bepend on him for his tax reform. But if all of these black people are vote for Obama just because he's black- what's the difference? Isn't that equally as racist? I am a 34 year old white mother of 2 from southern Georgia and yes, I voted for McCain. I vote ProLife, regardless of race, religion, or anything else. That's my American-given right to vote my personal opinions and I don't appreciate black people looking at me like I'm a racist just because I'm white and voted for the white candidate. It's still appalling to me that Obama won the nomination over Clinton because to choose someone who hasn't been a senator all that long in political years over someone who has already spent 8 years in the white house showed me that America is still more sexist than it is racist.
