    In the begining,
    Musharraf made a noteable kistake,
by declaring Nawaz Sharif as a high jacker. and ordered to trial ,
    in the court.

    When the relevant law,
    came in teh court,
it was presenting a new face of the law,
which didn't impose on the person,
    standing on the ground,
    at the time of occurence.

Relevant law had no similarity ,
    with the case,
    registered against Mian nawaz Sharif.

    Arguements,
    advanced by both the parties,
    defence and prosecution,
were considered by the world law expert,
and come to the conclusion that,
prosecution had adopted a wrong side,
the accused in the highjacking case ,
    was absolutely innocent,
and the case is personal reveng only.

    Aftermath,
deposed president had committed so many crimes,
    really justice says,
    he deserve no sympathy,
he deserve sever punishment for those crimes,
    committed during his tenor.

    safe exit is being made,
    facilities are being provided also,
    but remember exild is fate,
    with reference millitary opration ,
    against re mosque,
the whole nation will never forget him.

Without Musharraf there will be a power vacuum both in Pakistan and the region. This is what the US wanted; to be able to fill in the vacuum either by invading Pakistan on whatever excuses or installing its puppet there. The obvious choice is Kalyani the Pakistan head of military. The CIA has infact prepared him for the role way back even before Benazir Bhutto was assassinated. By the way, the US has always been behind the scenes and coreographing the events. But like Saddam Hussien, Pinochet and Musharraf history will repeat itself. Kalyani, you can bet on it! You will be in the same group as sophomores like Uribe, Kazrai and Saakashvili.

' Musharraf is the brain behind the 9/11 attacks '
    Points to consider :
1.Pakistan (along with U.A.E & Saudi Arabia) recognised and FUNDED the Taliban. No other country in the world did.
2.Osama was in Pakistan regularly for dialysis for his kidney treatment.
3.A precision attack like 9/11 requires logistic support , which was provided by ISI authorisied by Musharraf.
'Musharraf, key figure in Pak's Kashmiri militant project'
    Points to consider :
1.Kargil war conceived, planned and executed by Musharraf without informing the executive of Pakistan.
2.Pakistan regulars from the army WITH militants launched the attack , working side by side.
3.Illegal coup and exile of the executive to Saudi Arabia .
4.Musharraf is a prolific liar .His book 'In the line of fire'a.k.a ' The book of lies'

I think you are giving musharraf to much credit, not to mention the US and Britain and other western coutries funded afganastan and the taliban. I don't think he will end up in saudia he would be to easly targeted there, maybe america or canada though since they did so much for him and he did so much for them, why would they not give him political asylum.

Funny ain't it, " a throw BACK from stone age". The so-called terrorists might be planning something but USA is doing many, many things; they have planned everything beforehand. Oh thanks for the truth but be careful about the hate-spreading because there aer some legislations for them as well. Or they dont apply to the Chosen Ones? No accusations.

Musharraf came to power (oct. '99) by a coup not unlike other Pakistani Generals who came to power before him. Unlike in some African countries, majority of Pakistanis welcome the Military because it represents both God (islam) and the Gun. This sends a clear message to its' neighbors (mainly India) and, additionally, is a source of pride. 9/11 was a morale booster for Islamist fundamentalists yet Musharraf was caught between a rock and a hard place. Keep supporting the Taliban and get destroyed by the US or support the US and become a traitor (by siding with the 'mama' infidel).

"Any Muslim-infidel relationship must be decapitated as early as possible" - Holy Koran

9/11 was the worst thing that happened to General Musharraf - a muslim.

we sould use the koran for toilet paper! only the devil himself will tell pepople to go out and kill in my name and will give you fornication (the seventy-some virgins that is ) in his heaven when you die. what a joke...ha! ha!

I'll much rather make your mouth my toiler Flinstones-style and use your tongue as a toilet paper any day of the week. I bet you are one of those illiterate, racist redneck douche-bags with an internet connection and you clean toilets for a living. Get a life, you moron.

        • Posted By: chosen one @ 08/18/2008 4:59:28 PM

truth hurts doesn't it. your a throw back from the stone age. you probably burn american flags, follow the teachings of louis farakahn. are you plotting any terrorist actuions in our country lately? i spoke the truth about the satanic cult called islam. and instead of arbitrating, you can only try to insult me with accusations about me which are false. see, that shows your ignorance, moron!

Chosen one(by the Devil), U R one of those self righteous idiots that are responsible for hatred in this world. Just answer one question you idiot, Did all the World wars and other major wars started by Muslims?? Your words not only show your arrogarance but the frustrations on how to deal with a bunch of rag tag army. Maybe CIA will tell you, since they trained them to fight the Russians. Oh at that time they were 'holy Warriors". Go get a life.

I can't believe this guy resigned as head of the army in the 1st place. He was already running the place. This yoyo had one big ego to think that he could get away with everything he did LOL. In a country like Pakistan the head of the military holds the best hand in the deck. Muslims respect strength. If you are down most Muslims will join in stomping you to death. Musharraf is down. Now they wish to mush him LOL. I honestly hate to see him go. He is obviously not the brightest bulb in the box, but he has balls. Once he is gone, we need to flip off the 2 yoyos that will be fighting for power & march in their lawless region to grab Zawhari & Bin Ladin. We need to kick *** & take names. We need to end the BS. Then we need to tell that tit sucker in Iraq to sit down & shut his yap. We will leave when we please. We will finish the job & he is writing us a big check before we leave. We will take payment in oil or his ***. Once we leave that patsy wont last 6 months. We need to kick everybody in the nuts before Bush/Cheney leave office. McCain might be ok, but Obama is a split tail. We will get attacked in his 1st year in office. You can't talk to terrorists. You have to kick their ***. How do you talk to guys that strap bombs on themselves believing that they will wake up to 72 virgins. I know that liberals think they can talk to them because of the fact that liberals would also shoot at you while hiding behind children & beneath women's skirts. Folks if we miss this opportunity to grab these 2 dangerous dudes, thousands of Americans could die.

    • Posted By: nainasha @ 08/18/2008 6:44:47 AM

Did u know that the guys that strap bombs to themselves are actually somebody else's agents? The war waging in Pakistan's northern areas are thanks to Indian paid taliban.

    • Posted By: nakhan @ 08/18/2008 1:24:32 AM

If christians can believe in the Red Sea parting for Moses, then believing in getting 72 virgins in the heaven is their faith. Every religion is based on faith.

This is the most piece of GARBAGE I have heard today! This is a total lie. I am currently a foreigner living in Pakistan, doing business here.. but there is no way he is leaving tomorrow. The local newspaper in Islamabad, e.g. Dawn News, has said the Musharraf is talking to "His advisors and Judicial Reviewers to pusue the option of 52-8 (b) which mean he has the power to DISSOLVE this piece of garbage parliament. He is not leaving, and the only people who are going to be leaving back to Dubai/Saudi Arabia is Sharif and zardari.

  • Posted By: Slave of The Subduer @ 08/18/2008 4:43:32 AM

I am very pleased that musharaff is leaving pakistan and his couped predidency. He ha brought alot of harm to the good muslims in his country. Also I read in another article that conda lisa rice said,"musharaff was a good ally"....Hmmm.... This is like the devil saying, "hitler was a good ally," or the devil saying, "stalen was a good ally" or the devil saying, "bush was a good ally". I am sure that her saying this just made his position alot worse in the eyes of alot of people.

  • Posted By: invisiblecloak @ 08/18/2008 3:02:00 AM

As a US citizen living in Pakistan for the last 22 years, I believe Musharraf made quite a few mistakes, but, from talking to a lot of Pakistanis they still prefer him over Benezir's widower Mr. Zardari a.k.a. 'Mr. Ten Percent' (after his mind-blowing corruption during his wife's tenure as the Pakistani PM) and Mr. Nawaz Sharif (who himself assaulted the Supreme Court judiciary back in 1990's while he was the PM)
Musharraf made the right choice after 9/11 and joined the allied forces to fight the Taliban, et al. However, the way this war was waged in his later years is questionable, but he had to move forward very carefully in order to ensure not to trample upon the general sentiments of the Pakistani people when it came to fighting militants BASED WITHIN PAKISTAN. One miscalculated step and the majority of the Pakistani people would go nuts blaming Musharraf for ethnic cleansing of the Pashtun people in the Frontier province. Still Pakistan was much more stable when it came to the country???s economy and the overall law and order situation. It was during the last 9 years that Pakistan saw the liberation of media: a lot of quality private TV channels got licenses to operate and the Pakistani people saw in disbelief a huge growth from one state-owned TV channel to about 50 channels. Although, Musharraf granted these liberties to the electronic media but he did tried to smother some in 2007 after firing the Supreme Court judiciary.

Another thing to consider while discussing the ???war on terror??? is that Pakistan and the rest of the world are/were in the Taliban mess in the first place because of the negligence and selfishness of the US administration who masterminded the resistance operation against the Soviets back in back in '70 and '80s. Tens and perhaps hundreds of thousands of 'Holy Warriors' were imported, inducted and trained by the CIA (including key leaders of the Taliban and bin Laden himself) to offer resistance to the Soviets. During that war, Pakistan was used by the US as the 'front-line state' (hmm... that starkly remembers the current status bestowed upon Pakistan) and all of this 'radical' Islamists/fundamentalists/Holy Warriors/Jihadists/Freedom fighters were funded and trained by the US to fight for the broader interest of the US. After the war was over, the US administration did not find it worthy of their time and energy to think for even one second what good could thousands of armed guerrilla fighters bring to Afghanistan and/or its neighbors. So they chose to take the easiest way out and left the region in the mess it is right now.

I believe that a lot of Pakistanis will always pick a patriotic, educated and open-minded person like Musharraf over the uber-corrupt Mr. Zardari and Mr. Sharif.

As the Indian Foreign Minister said after 9/11 after US decided to cozy up to Pakistan to go into Afghanistan-" ...if US has freinds like Pakistan, God help them...". I guess now that the local thug has been kicked out of Pakistan, it is up to the weak and corrupt Pakistani politicians to show that they can change themselves and change the history of Pakistan. US should use the Indians to go in and "drain the swamps' in both Afghanistan and Pakistan. Do it once and for all.

    • Posted By: nakhan @ 08/18/2008 2:15:40 AM

Alain, don't forget that till a few years back, India was a Russian sattelite, voting for anti-US resolutions in the United Nations and were supporting the Russians in Afghanistan and their inteligence agency, RAW, is creating problems for US and NATO and blaming on Pakistan. Wake up and don't think Pakistani people are shameless as Iraqis and Afghanis. By the way, Indians did try to attack Pakistan but realised the consequences.

    • Posted By: invisiblecloak @ 08/18/2008 2:08:31 AM

      @Alain:
You make it sound like Indian politicians are not corrupt at all.
And the you say: "US should use Indians to go in and "drain the swamps" in both Afghanistan and Pakistan. Do it once and for all" A lot of people do understand that India is the US' bitch in Asia, and the US would surely use India like a condom and throw it away when Uncle Sam feels he won't be needing the Asian bitch anymore. And do try to come it and try to "drain the swamps... once and for all" I'll be waiting you madarchod kutay.

Musharraf should not be allowed a safe exit. It should be a lesson for future Military and Non-military leaders. He had admitted in his book "In the Line of Fire" that he has sold Pakistani citizens to the Americans. He should be tried for Human Trafficking and HR abuses. He himself has very boastfully admitted that he has violated the constitution in dismissing the Supreme Court judges. No proof is needed just take his word.

@ chosen one: you are a f -ing jack ass. And I mean that literallly. It is the attitude of people like yourself that breeds terrorism. Aditionally, please only state mindless 'facts' if you can substantiate your claims. I would like to see you prove that the Quran in any way supports or advocates terrorism by saying that it will be rewarded by 72 virgins on the day of judgement. I can tell you that if you have any brains at all and know how to substantiate your claims through something we call educated research you will not be able to support your statement. Let me finally give you some advice. You are a frustrated oiece of ***, a sorry excuse for a human being and dude! you need to get laid. Its high time you call your mother for the services.
@Brown Fox nine: Your pathetic-ness would almost be adorable if it didnt have your face on it. P.S. if you dont care about what muslims think why did you go out of your way to post that comment. P.P.S. religion is between an individual and his/her God. The defiance of God in itself too is recognized as a religion and you, Bush, US foreign policy or anything else will not dictate the religious mind set of anyone. Thats why when y'all lose an argument concerning any aspect of islam, your freaked out asses get all defensive and its that defense mechanism, the fear which makes you say what you say. For your sake, these are preconceptions based on misconceptions. Muslims at large are misunderstood and it's jackals like you who spread the preconceptions... This is not just an attack on Muslims and has happened before with people of other religions ie, Jews. We should know better than to target a group of people based on something like religion. It should be our aim to work for the betterment of society. But hey, what would you know... mother f-er!

Please let us discuss why and how General Musharraf found himself in this situation.

More people have probably died due their religion/etnicity than any famine, disease or war( of which many were religion based)..

What is the purpose of posting such hate mail comments on the internet? It is like somebody's head is stuck in the toilet and he or she can't think of anything better to do with their life. So get a life or die trying.
