    Comment: Awe repigs, you're confused, if you don't vote for Obama, you a MORON not a racist. If you call him a MUSLIM, knowing he is not...you're a racist. If you're in that group of "older white males" who refuse to hear him, you're a racist.
    As for "experience" ther are several 4 Star and lower Generals who say that being a prisoner does NOT a president make...and given mccains attendance record or rather his absence record of 61% gone, his congressional experience is questionable at best. Add to that the fact that for 8 yrs he has sided with bush 95% of the time and here goes the figures ;) :

    25 yrs in congress
    Present 38% of the time = 9.5 yrs out of 25yrs
    VOTED with bush 95% of 8yrs = 7.5 yrs out of 8 (for a total of 6 mos out of 8yrs mccain did not agree with bush)
    Let's see our final number shall we.

    Time in congress where mccain was just mccain and not a lap dog for bush = 2.5yrs

    2.5yrs of actual attendance that was not just BUSH yrs, hmmm who else has just over 2.5 yrs senatorial experience less all the corruption of a John McCain...hmmmm..

      The rich already pay too much and pay the poor and middle classes share already! My point is if Obama doesn't even give his poor family in Africa any money WHY should we give a HUGE amount more in taxes?

First of all the President signs the bill after Congress has passed it.     So if Bush is so wrong how can Obama AGREE with him half the time? Thanks again Democrats for amusing me with your incredible STUPIDITY.

    For the moment anyway the deline is due to the McCain ad claiming Obama is going to raise your tax's Most know that is a bald faced lie unless you make over $250,000 but it is an interesting topic and brings up the subject of dumb again.

    If you ask what Bush has done for this country, the first think is always lowered tax's and both a guy making $40,000 or a guy making $400,000 will give you the same answer.
    The fact is they guy making $40,000 has the exact same tax rate he had in 1999, his tax saving is exactly ZERO.
    The guy making $400,000 got a reduction of 5%

    Bothof these guys support Bush and now McCain for the same reason but one of them is really really dumb.

You'll get no argument from me that your contributions to society (i.e., gambling on the stock market) aren't worth more than those of the other 99% of us, including every teacher, policeman, nurse and fireman in the entire country.

As a business owner and having 3 employees we pay approx $20,000 per month to, paying $107,000 in taxes last year (covers about 15 to 20 Democrats Fair share since they don't make much due to being so ridiculously stupid). You on the other hand are just a plain DRAIN on this great economy and your socialist views are guaranteeing future generations a lower standard of living. Of the top 10 poorest cities ALL of them have and are Democrat controlled.

      Think of it this way if you actually IMPROVED schools and improved the poor and middle classes there would be NOBODY to vote for your group, so you KEEP THEM IN POVERTY. Sad, very sad.

          Comment: I never claimed Mc Cain is intelligent and I definitely do not hold Barak Hussein Obama in that category either. What I care about is the DIRECTION of the country. First Obama WILL raise taxes and it will hurt this economy and cause millions of lost jobs. You just can't do that at the beginning of what will be a big recession! Pure stupidity.

          Second Obama is not a change candidate, everything he has done to get here is SCRIPTED. First he threw his friend and mentor in Chicago under the bus to take her seat. He didn't VOTE on about 150 measures because he didn't want that to hurt his future Senate race. Then in the senate he passed on 45% of the votes because again he didn't want it to be used against him.

          So what has he done? Nothing! Worse than nothing because as a man who PROMISES change he has changed NOTHING in the past and will change nothing in the future. He has accomplished nothing! He has NO experience! He has flip flopped so many times and gone against his base on FISA, election campaign finance and now he picks one of the oldest Senators as well.

          Luckily his stupid decisions are just going to make it so easy to defeat him. Being a Muslim will help too!

    She shipped jobs out of the country, flooded America with junk computers and thinks America is on the right track.
    Anyone who ships jobs out of the country diminishes the consumer base in a consumer driven economy.
    And how has it helped America for so many people to find they have squandered hard earned cash on a piece of junk computer? Yet she thinks the economy is just fine and headed in the right direction, is that not dumb?

    I have no doubt of your claim that the media will be flooded with negative ads at the last minute, and the dumb, regardless of party affiliation will buy into them and vote against their own best interests thinking the likes of McCain, Carly Fiorina, Gramm etc have some interest and concern for them beyond the corporate bottom line.

            When you start paying 40% of your income for a place to live, 15% of your income for utilities, 5% of your income for fuel for getting to and from work, and 15% of your income for groceries for a family of 3, then maybe, just MAYBE, you can complain that we are not paying our fair share in taxes.     Rezko worked and had many deals with Nadhmi Auchi who was a front for Saddam Hussein's intelligence service and performed money laundering operations for Saddam.             From 1960 to 1970 prices jumped 50%.
            From 1970 to 1980 prices jumped 155% (Carter's Genius, NOT!)
            From 1980 to 1990 prices jumped 62%
            From 1990 to 2000 prices jumped 34%
            From 2000 till 2008 prices jumped 23%

            So historically Reagan inherited HIGH inflation and cut it by 2/3 during his term! Clinton years cut this further and Bush years inflation have been low as well until recently. I hope you don't let the FACTS disappoint you!

In both cases the reduction of HIGH MARGINAL tax rates actually INCREASED tax payments by "the rich" also increasing their share of total individual income taxes paid.

            So the FACTS do NOT support your claims that by taxing the rich more it will benefit America. Taxes COLLECTED will go down as it has every time in the past. Keeping taxes FAIR means "the rich" actually pay them vs contacting their attorneys to find tax havens or by simply going offshore. Keep in mind it has NEVER been easier to setup off shore corporations and do business off shore through the Internet. REDICULOUSLY easy. I'll print up step by step instructions on here and all other forums I can find should that idiot Obama get elected to help other successful people not get RAPED by the greedy and uneducated poor that vote for Democrats.

I'm not so worried anymore as more and more people SEE for themselves that Obama can't fulfill ANY of his promises other than raising taxes.                 Comment: You seem to miss my main point. Progressive taxes are unfair. If everybody paid the same percentage than it would be fair. If the rate was 30% and you make $50,000 then you pay $15,000. If another person makes $100,000 then they pay $30,000. If another person makes 1 million they pay $300,000.

                The rich will still pay a LOT more taxes and its FAIR. Raising the top rate ONLY for the rich who already pay almost all the taxes is unjust and unfair. If I end up paying an extra $50,000 per year while 85 to 90% pay NO more at all that is totally unfair. It's not just $50,000, invested at 7% over 20 years its over $200,000! Multiply that by 4 years of Obama and you can see that he and your group have stolen nearly 1 million from me. Pure BS.

                I really don't care if the president is super smart or an idiot. They are all advised by dozens if not hundreds of the brightest people in the Country and its Congress that passes the laws anyway. What I care about is their ideology and policy. Mc Cain isn't my first choice, I prefered Romney as he is so much more impressive than Obama or Mc Cain and is a genius financially. But Americans are dumb and put Mc Cain and Obama up there. So who's the worst of the two evils and who will hurt the country more. Clearly its Obama and his tax policies will push millions of jobs offshore and also result in a NET LOSS of income taxes as many of us restructure and shift operations offshore out of necessity.

Jimmy Carter was intelligent but was a horrible president and the misery index was the highest in last 60 years! In case you don't know what this is its an economic indicator that adds unemployment rate to the inflation rate. It was 16.27 during Carter's years, 12.19 with Ronald Reagan, 10.68 with George Bush (W's father), 7.8 with Bill Clinton and only 8.01 with the current Bush. These are averages through each's term, I do realize its gone over 10 now with unemployment rising. It was as HIGH as 21.98 under Carter!

                    Do some research on flat taxes, I believe you will find economists estimate it could be as low as 20% as it gets rid of all kinds of tax loop holes and deductions. I made about $380k last year but through deductions got taxable income down to $330k. I'd much rather have a low rate, take the income TIMES the rate and pay that tax. Nobody will complain when its FAIR and percentage wise EVERYBODY pays the same. Obama's tax plans will BLOW UP in America's face. I'm not kidding that I'll be the first to setup Panama bearer share corp and move half my business overseas. You still need to show and report income to be able to buy houses, lease cars, etc so can't move entire business offshore.

                    My point is Obama did NOT fully consider what he's doing. Clinton raised taxes BUT he also balanced the budget due to the Republican congress and the American people's desire to do this due to Ross Perot making it a priority. If it wasn't for the Internet boom the Clinton years wouldn't have turned out so good. It's a BIG GAMBLE to assume we will have another PARADIGM SHIFT like that!!!

                    The point is Obama will raise taxes, it will REDUCE jobs, spending, investment, possibly raise interest rates because inflation is still likely to go up due to world demand for oil and other commodities from India and China! SO we will have economic disaster under Obama.

                    If you don't agree TELL ME how he is going to keep his promise of creating 5 million new jobs when all economists believe the WORST hasn't even hit us yet, we will lose another 1 to 3 million jobs no matter WHO is elected! Obama is going to magically prevent this and gain 5 million NEW jobs? Total bullshit and you seem like one of the smarter Democrats on here, I don't even for a second believe YOU believe that! So why risk destroying our country? We will be out of Iraq soon enough and as Mc Cain says with a VICTORY.       One day she was challenging her father on his opposition to higher taxes on the rich and the addition of more government welfare programs. The self-professed objectivity proclaimed by her professors had to be the truth and she indicated so to her father. He responded by asking how she was doing in school.

      Taken aback, she answered rather haughtily that she had a 4.0 GPA, and let him know that it was tough to maintain, insisting that she was taking a very difficult course load and was constantly studying, which left her no time to go out and party like other people she knew. She did not even have time for a boyfriend, and did not really have many college friends because she spent all her time studying.

      Her father listened and then asked, 'How is your friend Audrey doing?'

      She replied, 'Audrey is barely getting by. All she takes are easy classes, she never studies, and she barely has a 2.0 GPA. She is so popular on campus; college for her is a blast. She's always invited to all the parties, and lots of times she doesn't even show up for classes because she's too hung over.'

      Her wise father asked his daughter, 'Why don't you go to the Dean's office and ask him to deduct a 1.0 off your GPA and give it to your friend who only has a 2.0. That way you will both have a 3.0 GPA and certainly that would be a fair and equal distribution of GPA.'

      The daughter, visibly shocked by her father's suggestion, angrily fired back, 'That wouldn't be fair! I have worked hard for my grades! I have invested a lot of time, and a lot of hard work! Audrey has done next to nothing toward her degree. She played while I worked my tail off!'

      The father slowly smiled, winked and said gently, 'welcome to the Republican Party.???

        Comment: When you work hard and do everything you can in your power to get ahead, but the government (or should I say the rich *** the line so many of the pockets of government) comes in and takes away all the extras you have worked hard for, what do you do? They have so much money that they have stolen off the sweat of my back, what do I do. I what someone in their that will help me keep some of the sweat and let the the rich give a bit more of their sweat and maybe even give some of mine back to me.

              Comment: One thing you are NOT looking at and it would be IMPOSSIBLE to compare because BOTH parties are corrupt when it comes to taking in money for campaigns. They both have a THURST for power and it takes MILLIONS and for Presidential elections HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS of dollars to even have a CHANCE to win. So what Obama is doing is having his lobbyist friends donate to the Democratic National Committee, MoveOn.org and other 527 groups!

              Do you REALLY BELIEVE that Obama isn't taking in lobbyist money? He's already broken many promises to his BASE such as how he'll finance his campaign, FISA, his flip flop on the Supreme Court Gun victory (he NEEDS Pennsylvania and other hunting states!).

              Come on Democrats, wake up! Obama's story IS IMPRESSIVE and if he wasn't running for President I'm totally SURE I'd love the guy, would love to hang out with him and discuss the world and debate issues and policy. But as a President he's a total disaster waiting to happen!

For a party that wants the poor and middle class votes and says it is for equality and fairness they sure seem to HATE all the women who voted for Hillary. We all saw how my post stirred up a hornets nest on here, it seems so many Democrats weren't bright enough to know I am just a Republican who wants Mc Cain to win. So much so that I'd do anything to help him even if it shifted just 1 vote his way. And I want people to feel BAD about themselves personally if they vote for Obama. It's like TOTALLY giving up on yourself and America to vote for that man. It's like admitting defeat, that you are so worthless and pathetic that YOU can't improve your life at all yourself and need to have him and government help you straighten out your horrible life. Forget personal responsibility for yourself, let Government give you money, subsidize your gas because you can't afford it, give you free health insurance because you can't afford it and goofed off in school and didn't go to college and thus have a job without health insurance. Every time I see an Obama sticker on a car, luckily I live in a rich area of Sarasota Florida and see very few of them, but they are ALWAYS on beat up old pieces of junk. YOU NEVER SEE an Obama sticker on a nice BMW, Mercedes, Caddy, Lincoln, etc, etc. It makes you realize that the Democrats are the party of the Fuc.k ups and losers.
