    A class action law suit was filed against Obama in Philadelphia last week based on his citizenship (or lack of it). According to court documents filed Obama's grandmother, brother and sister witnessed his birth in Kenya. Obama's mother registered his birth in Hawaii when she returned to the states. Check out US immigration laws during that time. She was not eligible to declare him natural born because of her age at the time of his birth. These same court documents indicate Obama's mother remarried a man from Indonesia and both Obama and his mother then moved to Indonesia. Obama's step-dad apparently adopted him thus Obama became a citizen of Indonesia. In any case, there is no documentation after Obama turned 18 (when he would have been eligible) declaring his allegiance and citizenship. He is not eligible to run as President of the USA. Quit playing the race card. Let the facts stand for them selves!

    It is a constitutional requirement for any candidate running for President to be a "natural born" citizen. There is an easy way to prove Senator Obama's birth. Simply go to the County Register's office in Honolulu and pull it up. Additionally, there must be records of his birth at a local Honolulu hospital. Granted it was 47 years ago, however, there are probably still some medical staff still working. Given Senator Obama's heritage and education overseas during his youth, it is reasonable for his actual citizenship to be established.

    Wait a minute. If those who have downloaded all nine Obama COLB pictures in their hard drive wanted to see more details, all they have to do is just pointing their mouse to each picture and see what Windows properties would tell them. You will see that they were all taken by a canon A570 IS on March 12,2008. For example picture birth_certificate_4 displayed:

    Camera model: Canon Powershot A570IS
    Type: JPEG Image
    Size: 1.88 MB

    This proves that fachcheck.org did not take these pictures themselves as they have stated. They were taken long before the controversy even started. There is no integrity on their report. The question is: why lying?

    1. What took the campaign so long to show an actual document to the media?

    2. What other media did the campaign offer to show the COLB to, and have any others seen it and touched it, handled and photographed it? Or only Annenberg-owned Factcheck?

    3. Why did the campaign go to such trouble to digitally black out the certificate number when it could have stuck a piece of solid black tape over the number, especially since, as Factcheck reported, they were in such a hurry?

    4. Why did Janice Okubo tell a reporter that the COLB was ordered "this month" (June 2008 ) if it was ordered in June 2007?

    5. Since Factcheck is seemingly in the business of helping the Obama campaign fight smears, did Factcheck ask the campaign about the rumor that Republicans are holding Barry Soetoro's birth certificate? If so, what was the campaign's response? If not, why not?

    And finally...

    6. How did Factcheck end up getting this access? Did they ask the campaign, or did the campaign offer to show it to Factcheck? The article is mysteriously vague on that point: "FactCheck representatives got a chance to spend some time with the birth certificate."

    This looks like another smoke screen. Barry needs to release it to the media. Not handpicked lackeys of Emporer George. The pics are as convincing as the Bigfoot photos.

        Put to rest??? Rezko put to rest??? Are you serious? This show the concern of the Hussein camp. This only creates more questions. As for Rezko...there is a good chance he will implicate Hussein, in order to receive his Witness Protection deal.

        As for Romney as V.P. I could care less. This is about POTUS, not VP. But Romney will insure Michigan for McCain...that is good.

        Hussein will be very lucky to win 15 states. If he is still on the ticket in Nov.

    There are real and present dangers in this world: N. Korea, Iran, Egypt etc... I do not believe Barack fully unserstands this and/or is fully capable to deal with it. We cannot negotiate with them. John McCain is the only candidate that makes sense when it comes to foreign policy -- end of story.

    Barack Obama just does not have the experience needed to lead this nation. Too many questions remain out there about his ties to some nafarious characters/organizations. Call it what you will, but in the end, he still isn't suitable to lead us. Give him another 15-20 years to prove himself, and then -- just maybe...

    Trying to get Obama kicked off the ballot by questioning his citizenship is a stupid strategy. It won't work, this isn't Chicago. Chicago style politics don't work on a national stage.
    I'm glad that McCain isn't the one sending out these conspiracy theories. To any Obama supporter I would ask for proof if you blame McCain for any of this crap.
    The way to beat Obama is by debate of the issues. "Above my pay grade" are the types of qausi-cerebral answers Obama gives when off the cuff. Nothing can paint Obama as out of touch better than Obama speaking off the cuff. Remember Obama will meet with the worlds Dictators anytime anywhere without preconditions, but he won't debate McCain unless he really really has too...that alone shows Obama's weakness. That is what needs to be hit and hit hard.....questioning his religion and citizenship does nothing to dent Obama's image.

        I don't know why people do it. They are on both sides...look at the Obama people claiming McCain isn't eligible because he was born on a Military base in the Canal.
        Both parties smear and misinform the public, it's not one party that has the patent on smearing. Only a true partisan blames one side but refuses to accept that both sides are equally as guilty.
        A good speaker doesn't mean he is good at thinking on his feet. Like I said his "above my pay grade" answer means either he was unprepared for a question that was bound to come up in a faith forum or that he is trying to confuse people so he doesn't have to explicitly state his position, because he knows he will lose votes either way. Either way it came off as dishonest to me at least and trying to play both sides. His record indicates he is undoubtedly pro choice...so why doesn't he just come out and say so?

          I don't know. I've actually said "above my pay grade" a couple of times. I said it more as a reasoning tool to manipulate the fact that I wanted to be at that pay grade. Almost got my wish too. lol. Honestly I'm so nervous because people on both sides are soooooo judgmental, that one small thing can be a monumental catastrophe. That's why we won't know until after it happens, if it happens. If this 7 house thing catches on, it could be McCain tank. Or, if the birth certificate thing get a grip.

            I've used "above my pay grade" only when it was true, when I couldn't make a decision because it was not mine to make. The question Obama was asked was his opinion....and opinion is never above someone's pay grade because everyone has them, whether others like them or not. Obama clearly wants the evangelical vote, he needs it. He is afraid and rightfully so that his position on abortion will lose him evangelical votes.

    It is surprising that supposedly intelligent people can make such asinine statements. To deride the seriousness of this country's presidential hopeful offends me and screams of ignorance! I'm exhausted with this country's worst and least educated citizens ability to make themselves so loudly heard while other porple who have a sense of self respect as well as a sense of respect for our country's political process continue to be IGNORED! Questioning Barrack Obama's citizeship is not only a base and cheap attack on a prefectly viable candidate for the office of president, but tells the rest of the world how petty and foolish we are in light of this country's severe economic problems, fueling problems, lack of medical insurance for it's citizen's, and corporations under paying, undermining, and choosing to hire non-citizens over our country's litterate workers for the purpose of not being responsible for offering adequate paying jobs so that we can "stimulate" our own. We're facing serious times and this is what these people choose to discuss! I'm disappointed and offended.

It has become a popular form of expression, and although it is mostly negative due to a greater percentage wanting unguided strength recognition - there are minor positive characteristics. Both characterization were created by the black population, but is not limited to that singular culture Einstein. Don't you watch the movies? That is where you get your material right?                 I told you. I think you are a "pretend" thug looking for "unwarranted respect" with "bush tactics and threats". I think by demanding respect by way of violence pretty much says it all. The curse-words, anger and inability to tone-down, although disconcerting, is typical of those like you who can't.
