    none of this changes the fact that Obama has Marxist views and he just isn't trustworthy he lies every time you turn around Bill Eyers for starters. That's just the top of the list. Heck I could get a copy of a birth certificate on the internet that says anything I want it to. I don't trust McCain either so don't throw that in my face either I think McCain is more of a democrat than Obama at least He doesn't talk like chavez or some other dictator.

      Record? There is no record. Obama did block a RETARDED bill that would require abortion doctors to try to save the fetus that they had just aborted and regardless of whether it did survive or not, they would be liable for damages.

      What about the rights of the 4,000+ American soldiers that are dead so the White House could reward their oil buddies with rich no-bid contracts?

    Couldn't resist... "Alvin T. Onaka", when did he sign it?.. So this is not the "original birth certificate". why? There are more "sensitive" information like "religion" in the old certificate? why the new copy?, Obama was not keeping his birth certificates when he was going from school to school?... Also, can somebosy tell me what was his "religion" mentioned in his Indonesian school documents?

      This is a certified copy of his birth certificate. Religion is not mentioned anywhere on a birth certificate.

      The school records in Indonesia state his name as Barry Soeroto and his religion as muslim. In addition his nationality is stated as Indonesian. This is not speculation. Texas Darlin and NoQuarter have the photo posted. Taken and verified by the AP as authentic. LOTS OF QUESTIONS.

      Hussein has made a mistake with this "factcheck". They will be bombarded with requests for verification. What's the chances of that happening? Notice it was not scanned or photographed in entirety.The posted ones on DailyKook and FightTheSmears are fakes. This one??? Bet it will never be checked.

    This is all very fascinating, but I'd like to know why one of the charges factcheck.org left out was that the Obama birth certificate has a different looking border from any Hawaiian birth certificate that has appeared before or since. Does Obama get a special printer in Hawaii for himself only? And why do the pictures that factcheck.org show have date stamps from March 12th of this year if they only took these pictures recently?

      If you read politico.com's article about this, they state that they had a collegue bring in her Hawaii birth certificate and they state that the two are identical.

    O.K. This article is NOT neutral. It is supporting Obama.

    Now, I am not saying I agree or disagree with this. My gut feeling tells me Obama should be elected, no matter if he was indeed born in the U.S. But that's my opinion.

    But this article is villanizing the guy who wrote the article linked to. He does rpide evidence on how it would be feasible that the document was falsified. This articles is mischevous in that way. Also, it doesn't address the border issue.

    I didn't read the complete article at Atlas Shrugs, because that was too long and full of things I couldn't understand. But I'm just saying, this is propaganda. This is not neutral.

    And the Newsweek website should get a scrollbar in this textarea. I can't read what I'm typing. Had to use a text editor.

      The article isn't neutral because the Truth isn't neutral. This isn't a matter of opinion, it's a matter of fact. If a Democrat says that 2 + 2 = 4, it's not liberal bias if Newsweek refuses to print a response from a Republican claiming that we don't really know what 2 + 2 equals, because math is junk science, and addition isn't mentioned in the Bible.

    Does anyone know for sure where McCain was born?! Only his mother... How convenient! This could hit the supreme court soon if anyone cares about the constitution. However, I say let Schwarzenegger or anyone run because we'll never know for sure when and where someone was born.

    If the American people would get away from buying into sound bytes, perhaps focus their attention a little more and actually do a little critical thinking and research they would find out the facts behind the candidates. It is unfortunate that there has been a real dumbing down in America and looking at the President who will soon be leaving office, that has to tell you we don't know how to pick our presidents.

    I don't know about Obama, but John McCain is clearly not eligible to be President.

    The Constitution says, "No person except a natural born citizen ... shall be eligible to the office of President ..." McCain was born in the Canal Zone, which was an unincorporated territory of the U.S. back then. According to case law, those territories were not part of our nation. In 1937, a law was passed to confer citizenship on children of American parents born in the Canal Zone after 1904, which is why he is indeed a citizen now. However, little Johnny was by then almost a year old, and the law did not confer citizenship retroactively--it did not make him a "natural born citizen."

    It's as clear as rain, but nothing will come of it. Democrats are not nearly as rabid as Republicans about these kinds of issues, and the media love McCain to much to talk about it.

    What date stamp? Whatever are you looking at? It doesn't matter anyway. Everyone knows Obama was really born at sea on his way to Kenya by way of Indonesia. The birth certificate that you see really belongs to his sister Maya who was born in Indonesia but somehow managed to get a fake birth certificate from Hawaii and then Obama bleached out Maya's information and inserted his own. And I'm sure there is a bombshell that is going to fall about this very subject -- next week.

    What WAS McCain's role in the S&L banking scandal??? Is there any connection to two BUSHES being in the White House at times when our country's BANKING SYSTEM is buckling??? Duh gee, I wonder. Maybe the Bushes and the McCains are at it again - finegling behind the scenes for their own private gain. Could that possibly be happening? Could these upright Republicans actually be criminals?????

    I pose the question because I don't see anybody connecting the dots in the media - probably scared to death the Bushes will ruin their careers like they did Dan RAther's when he investigated BUsh Jr.'s draft dodging days during his alleged stint in the National Guard or whatever he was supposedly doing during his stoner days in the 1970s.
