Great article. Points out that Obama didn't get where he is by being soft. Obama has a quiet strength -- not the blustery strength McCain exhibits through his taunts and tirades. I want the guy in the Oval Office to be the guy who isn't always looking for a fight (it's easy to find one if that's what you're looking for -- but it's not at all the best or most productive approach -- after all, how many fights can your resources support at any given time and how much is lost in a fight that could have been resolved in a better way if only the leadership had their priorities in order to best serve the greater good of the country instead of the greater good of a few chosen for their likemindedness or proven loyalties. In addition, taking into account all the smears and accusations of Obama supporting the "angry black man" philosophies, can you imagine what those smears would be like if he came across as angry like McCain and was taking the kind of cheap shots McCain is taking. Obama doesn't have the POW shield that McCain has and seems to use to explain so many of his failings. I believe voters have a very clear choice and I hope they take the time to look, beyond the partisan rhetoric and get informed as to who McCain and Obama are before casting their votes. Another administration like the current one would be disastrous for America.
