Now that HE has been crowned it may be the time for exposition. Please google: Obama's money machine and we will find how his team successfully raised enormous amounts of money through internet scheme and bundlers all under the radar.
Search you will find. The same money machine which worked for Obama stands to gain from him. From what? from his sleazy promise of going energy "independent" by investing 150 billion into renewable energy market. Who are these people behind obama, the same people from the time of Silicon Valley Internet boom, which left millions of retiress poorer exactly by the end of Clinton Era. So if it was internet bubble at the time of Clinton and oil energy bubble with Bush Cheney. ... wait till you see the next bubble.... with the pumping of 150 billion dollars into sham projects. I just have to post this theory since that is one way I can keep my consceince clean. Thank you. I don't mind if Republicans run with this idea and revelation.

I do not care for MC Cain's past! Many americans were prisonners and what did they got after they came back to this country?? What Mc Cain got is far more than all these other POW got! 7 houses?? a life of priviledges and rishes? This country has moved on long ago, we do not live in the past, we live for the future and it does not matter if you were a
prisonner of war, it won't help save this country from the ruins your party brought on this country. All your verbal manipulations won't work this time! The right wing think the average joe is stupid, that's right, many are, but hopefully, they will see the light this time. The republican party is a dead party!

    • Posted By: neda @ 08/27/2008 8:26:04 PM

I aspire to have seven house too. With the American dream and hard work one day it will happen. What do you aspire to?

      • Posted By: metzlerd @ 08/28/2008 5:26:35 PM

I aspire to have one house paid off, and a decent retirement, and that my kids will live an honest decent life..
I aspire to see the Republicans who broke the law, actually get put in jail.
I aspire to see the national debt paid off.
I aspire to see a day when energy policy does not mean invade another country for oil, and lie to the American people.
I aspire to see a President who thinks it's wrong to tell the CIA, "I need a reason to invade Iraq; get me something."
I aspire to see honest politicians treat their oponents with respect.
I aspire to see political parties that believe they should tend to their own affairs rather than interfere with the business of the other political parties.

I aspire to see Obama elected as President of the United States.

Is that too much? Or should I just try to get rich off of other people, slander anyone who gets in my way, and buy up a bunch of real estate?

      • Posted By: loriw @ 08/27/2008 11:34:20 PM

I believe you will accomplish your dream because you have the right attitude!
I aspire to the the "millionaire next door" in one of your 7 "neighborhoods!!!

  • Posted By: techresmgt @ 08/28/2008 5:14:41 PM

That's it, Oprahma, slice more baloney, pander to the women, and if you can't get votes with skill, buy 'em off. Real good. Real professional. NOT. America already focuses on women 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, where have YOU been? They get it all, paid maternity leave, job preferences, fast track promotion (even though unqualified). This is past abusrd. What are you going to do for Caucasian MEN besides NOTHING?

  • Posted By: nmgrandma @ 08/27/2008 8:38:35 PM

    No way...no how...no McCain!
    No way...no how...no Obama!
I am writing in Hilary on my ballot!

    • Posted By: metzlerd @ 08/28/2008 4:56:39 PM

      You just contradicted yourself.
That is a vote for McCain, since Hillary is not running.

      SHES VOTING FOR OBAMA!!!!!!!!!

Democrats represente: Humanity, compassion, intelligence, progress!
republicans: lack of humanity, compassion, intelligence, progress!!!!

    • Posted By: thehappyamerican @ 08/27/2008 11:40:27 PM

Democrats wage discrimination campaigns of lies representing the Americans Suck First cult! It attracts domestic terrorists. Biden was not humanitarian when he refused to budge on laws we needed to reduce violence UNTIL the American people agreed with biden on gun Control schemes and scams...which would have left the USA as violent as befor!

      • Posted By: metzlerd @ 08/28/2008 4:49:34 PM

They aren't lies if you just don't like hearing it.
I hear more lies, meaning things that really are not true coming from Republicans than I do from the Democrats.

I hear Democrats exadurating occasionally, but I hear wild things from the Republicans, like:
        "WMD in Iraq"
        "Iraq was behind 9/11"
"Cheney wanted input from everybody on energy policy" (40+ times met with oil industry, alternative energy advocates only once.)
"Obama worked for Rezko in his slumloard business." (I know Hillary said it, but she got it from FOX and Bush first.)
        The whole birth certificate thing.
        "Obama is a Muslim"
McCain saying he never said, "I don't know much about the economy." when he did repeatedly and its on tape.
Most of McCain's positions have been all over the board.

... and the list goes on. All verified LIES!

Republicans have become anti-American and wave the flag while doing it.
From abusing the judicial system to disregarding laws, they have made a real mess of our country.

Not allowing a live born infant to get medical care because it would be "too burdensome" to an abortionist is the epitome of "lack of humanity". That would be Obama's forte.

  • Posted By: emmarcee @ 08/28/2008 8:48:11 AM

BIDEN IS "Cheney for Obama.". It is the same set up... inexperienced president .. experienced politician VP.. if Cheney had oil base, Biden has credit card company base.. as well as extreme left base. I am sure there are people behind his selection just asBush could n't shake of Cheney even in the second term!!. Just gives you an idea about who is behind Obama's rise!!

    • Posted By: metzlerd @ 08/28/2008 2:23:31 PM

Biden isn't a multi-millionaire in bed with a bunch of corporations. He's a honest hard-working man, and all of your lies aren't going to change that.

Cheney was crooked, as are many of his buddies in that administration and party.

emmarcee - I've noted a lot of name called and comparison through negatives to the McCain support comments, like yours. This just seems to indicate that you have nothing constructive to say and no policies that actually benefit tha average American. What you say has a sound of fear and desperation.

      • Posted By: AskPlus @ 08/28/2008 12:15:34 PM

It does sound quite desperate. But the Electoral is staying the same, so he may have reason to fear.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! An article about what women want..........and of course it's written by a man journalist. And not even a very good one.

You've got no clue, as usual, MR. wolffe.

Go to Glennbeck.com or Youtube and see the Obama Anthem.
Funniest thing I have seen since the JibJab video.
The Russian national anthem with the words changed.

  • Posted By: TrishObamaSupporter @ 08/28/2008 12:38:13 AM

sharenews: Go to barackobama dot com, click on "issues", and download the "blueprint for change". ALL the policies are there, in GREAT detail.

For all others, before you buy into the GOP/Media hype that Obama's "all talk", I would remind you that last year at this time, the pundits were all frustrated at how detailed (and in their minds, boring) Obama was in his policy roundtables. He's had dozens major speeches on nothing but specific policy, and his website has more policy details than you could ever possibly want.

Do your homework America -- we can't rely on controversy-obsessed Cable News or biased blogs. Take the time -- our nation needs you!!!

Obama is going to have to be The One.. the CELEBRITY! Get on stage and start thanking everyone for his Oscar or Emmy...nomination to some entertainment hall of fame!!!
Anything to divert attention from his buddy... Bill Ayers.

I have a hilarious cartoon posted on my microwave door in my kitchen. The cartoon ran in my local paper and shows a very large Bill Clinton with his arm around a thin and surprised but contemplative looking Obama. The caption is Bill Clinton saying " I hear you need help courting the female vote."

  • Posted By: sharenews @ 08/27/2008 7:03:15 PM

McCain voted for Bill Clintons impeachment?? Ohhhhhhhh, noooo. That is it. I cannot vote for McCain now. LMAO. ; 0 D

    • Posted By: Kboogie @ 08/27/2008 7:59:50 PM

Hahaha! I don't think McC's vote for impeachment will sway those HRC supporters, who have decided to vote for the GOP, this election. But it does add some rationale, that will probably be irrationaly ignored.

Polls are close, but the Electoral Map (according to all the polling organizations) still predicts a blowout in Obama's favor. It's getting exciting!!

      • Posted By: sharenews @ 08/27/2008 10:40:54 PM

I would be surprised if it is a blowout for Obama. I think his polls will bounce after this convention is over. I have to tell you, Kboogie, when Obama stands next to Joe Biden (watching him speak now) and he is so much more solid than Obama. I dont really like either choices for President. I might just end up staying home, as much as I said I would not. But the race to the GE is really exciting. I agree there. ; - D

You idiots that keeep saying Hillary deserves to win stop saying "Oh Hillary" get over the fact that she CANNOT RUN FOR PRESIDENT! Hey NMgrandma if you write Hillary on the ballot you think she'll be able to be president? NNNNNOOOOOOO!!!!!!!! if you do that your ballot won't matter dummy, so any and everybody who is saying "I want Hillary" is being a big fat baby. Vote for BARACK OBAMA okay, same ideas different skin color and gender. If you are a democratic fan, then vote for a democrat, not somebody who is just going to make your life worst to the point of no return(McCain). Get out there and vote you so called Hillary supporters. So to all you whiners about Hillary, I hope you get this message. I am 12 and I know better.

  • Posted By: gmgl @ 08/27/2008 8:35:54 PM

The Obama team undercuts it's message by sending out the wives of prominent politicians to carry his message to woman rather than the politicians themselves. Women don't aspire to be "the wife of" any more, they aspire to 'be". Send out the actual politician, not the wife or if you have to send a spouse, how about sending a guy for a change. Sending a spouse says "this is a second class issue" when in fact this is a very first class problem for Obama and could cost him the election. It's astounding he is so out of touch with women he is sending wives.

    Dear Mr Wolffe:

You certainly have not gotten off to a very good start by the looks of your title: Kitchen-Table Issues. Did you think that one out? And words by an English man about a candidate who has shown no interest in Senator Clinton's aupporters holds very little weight. If any of you male reporters want to know how Senator Clinton's supporters feel - ask an authentic one. Conjecturing by men clearly overcome with a strange manlove is not reporting. And I am appalled at Mr Obama supporters' foul language and even fouler thoughts. How am I to vote for a man who allows his supporters to speak of his opponent this way? There is no decency here.

As a european I will be moving back to europe definitaly but before I do, as an american citizen, I will vote before anyone else. This election is not only important for the american people, but for the world. This country really need a leader who has knowledge and understand other cultures. We cannot afford ignorance and arrogance any longer.
The world is watching and the hope is that barack Obama will be elected.. They know how bright, dedicated, and compassionate he is, as most democrats. The past eight years have been a disaster for this country, the republican party has ruined the reputation of america and I have one thing to say, they are the ones who are truely unpatriotic!

  • Posted By: josemarti @ 08/27/2008 6:09:48 PM

Oh Barry. You are going to focus on what women want? Mmm. You know what we want, don't you? We Americans have been very naughty and we need to be disciplined. Yes. We need you to raiiiiiiiise our taxes a little higher...a little higher...That's right. Be gentle. We want you to make us pick up the mess that we have made. It may take a little bit of encouragement, but I think you can whiiiiiiiiiiiiip us into shape. Can't wait for your coronation on Thursday. How long is your scepter? Is it true what they say? Now be gentle. We are not used to being disciplined.
