I felt really turned off by Sarah Pallin and know that I don't want someone in the white house who comes off like a vindictive high-schooler. She is divisive in the same way George Bush was. By the way Sarah, what are you going to do about the nation's woes aside from posturing and snorting at the "opponents".

The last thing I want for a vice president or God forbid a president is someone whose only qualifications are mayor of a small city, first term Governor of avery rural state and a "hockey mom". God forbid

Sarah Palin was so positive and energetic! So refreshing! Sarah is already making history with her aggressive reform moves in Alaska and isn't into what she can do for herself but what she can do for the people of her state! We need more of this attitude in Washington! Give the country back to the people again and out of the hands of career politicians!

We already have enough people who refuse to tell the truth in office. We don't need Sarah in office who lied about almost everything McCain introduced her to be:
She is being touted for things that are not true......sold the jet on Ebay - didn't happen, was against
the "bridge to nowhere", was actually for it - then against it - NOW the money
is kept in Alaska and being spent for a roadway approaching the now not built -
"road to nowhre". She took a small town of 8000 and left them with over $1
million in debts. She did manage to get $23 million of American's tax dollars
for that little town over a couple of years. She hired a Lobbyist in Washington
to do this. How many of us live in little towns that got no money at all back
from the taxes we paid? Who did she know who taught her how to finagle the
system and get monies that were not needed nor fair to the rest of us Americans?
Do we really want a person(woman)like this running our country? Will only her
friends get the perks......a continuence of the last eight years. No
      way!!!!!!!!!!!!

      GOOD FOR YOU

McCain-Palin is a reckless ticket! As an Independent I am deeply concerned about McCain's age and Palin's ambition. I'm also a Christian for more than 30 years, but I would never be so arrogant as to presume to know what God is thinking. If McCain is elected President and God forbid he should die in office, Palin would be President. Palin's rhetoric strongly indicates that she would reach for the war first on the world stage instead of diplomacy and this would plunge us into WWIII in the name of GOD. McCain's move to select Palin was political - not country first. He had met her twice before precariously placing her in the number two spot. As a Nation, we have to think about how we get out of the mess we are in, and not allow the spirit of pride and competition to get in the way of common sense. Do you really want your son or daughter, mom or dad, grandchildren in the Middle East for the next 100 years? Have you lost your home to foreclosure? Has your car been repossessed? Are you among the unemployed? After being in government for 26 years, don't you think if McCain were going to change things he has had ample time to do it? I am horrified with fear to think of another 4 years of financial ruin. Don't think about your party affiliation. Look at what will best help you and America move forward. Americans! Stay Focused. This election is about us. The decision we make will be far reaching and we need to get t his one right.

She's quite beautiful but a TERRIBLE pick for VP! Anti-women's right to choose. Slashing funding for pregnant women in Alaska but then sends her daughter to live with a relative in another city? Animal heads and skins all over her and her parent's home? Wealthy little town of Wasilla because of earmarks? Believes that everything happens because it's God's will? She's more than wacky, she's dangerous!
