    Palin is being lynched by the media because she has not been doing the "Meet the Press" circuit. She was managing when Obama was a community organizer. What has he lead and what is his executive experience?

      What's it going to take for Sen. Obama to have the fact that he has laid down what he plans to do in office on several occassions? The problem is that, as much as people are wanting to keep race out of this election, the bottom line is that, as a black man, Sen. Obama has to do more than his white opponent to get the same result. There is absolutely no way Sen. McCain should have a chance in this election, but once again, Americans are showing just how stupid they are. In their ignorance and unyielding desire to allow their racist tendancies show, Americans, if they elect McCain, will deserve what they get. I said this in 2000, 2004, and I'm saying it now. And for the record, I do not feel sorry for people losing their homes or jobs in America or lives in Iraq. Had they not voted for Bush, we would not have these problems.

    Neocons are very smart. They are making Paulin the issue in the campagin becasue tehy can not run on their record. 70% of our national debt was run up by three presidents, Regan, Bush 1 and W. But they cut taxes. Like your credit card, sooner or later the bill must be paid. Maybe some neocon can tell me how we will know when we have defeated the tactic of terror. How many countries will we need to invade?

    I am not against a woman for vice president or even president, one day there will be one. But this woman is not the one. If John McCain was to become president and something happen, she would run our country. Just because you are mayor,and a governor does not mean you are ready to run the country. She need to worry about the problems she has at home. I am not saying that a working mother could not run the country, the right one would be great. but she needs to pay attention to the bigger issues at hand.

    Great executives will tell you that great success is rarely the outcome of just one person. Great executives know that the greatest key to success is to surround yourself with great people. America still has some things to learn about Palin. Tonight was a start with the RNC speech. (Mart7lin) Rice played well on the world stage. I don't see why Palin could not. If I were McCain, I probably wouldn't let her leave the country as she has plenty of reform work to do in DC anyway.

    Obama has outlined the changes he plans to make. Palin mocked Obama's experience as a community organizer and was generally negative during her speech. She was actually insulting. By Palin's logic, if you were listening carefully, anyone who has suffered as a soldier is quilified to be president. She also said she stopped the bridge to nowhere, but not before opposing it then supporting it and then opposing again but keeping the money for earmarked projects. Talk about flip flopping.

Why don't you go read one of Obama's two memoirs about himself. You're obviously as much in love with the Democratic nominee for president as he is.

        I've heard of bad editing and that's what I read. You should read Obama's memoirs as well. Read a few passages then glance up at your mirror and give yourself a wink and a smile.

    Yeah she gave a good speech, but she had almost a week to rehearse it. I wonder what is going to happen when she goes up against Joe Biden. My only advise would be, if you want to play with the big dogs, then you deserve what you get. Give her hell Joe, but do it with a smile!!!

Lets see sexism check; elitism check.....I have actually read comment on this sick sight from people like ObamaYesWeCan that it was a negative that Sarah Palin refused to abort her child who has downs syndrome. This is a sick sick commentary. This is a child it is beyond politics. It has the right to live. Should we kill anything that is different on not normal...this blogger supports the same type ideas that would have kept his/her canidate from being where he is now 50 years ago.     Wow! That was a great article. Finally someone acknowledges that Obama has been through some much more, experienced much more and has proven to some 18 million people that he is ready to be President. Obama has proven to be a incredibly intelligent man (President of Havard Law Review just to start). We have had the President you can have a beer with for eight years and look where we are at. They say Palin is like your neighbor, well, if you are having brain surgery do you want the gal that's like you neighbor or the guy you can have a beer with doing that surgery? Or do you want the brillant guy that has studied and learned and is thoughtful but strong too? I don't care if I can relate to them, tell me are they brillant and understan history? Because as we have so sadly seen if you do not know your history it is hard to move forward.

    Palin can not stack up to obama on experience on her best day. She was still in college when he was a community organizer. When she finished school he was teaching constitutional law. While she presided over 53 employees in Wasilla, he was in the Illinois State Senate and then the U.S. senate. Palin is not qualified to be VP or President. Being a mother is not a qualification. Obama and Biden should not be afraid to punch back. The speech stunk.

    I had to laugh at the huge focus tonight at the GOP convention on "Executive Experience". First of all, just what exactly is that? It is the ability to manage a staff and people? John McCain has it. Barack Obama has it. Sarah Palin has it. Joe Biden has it. No one is even talking about whether they were any good at it--just that they had it. If the GOP is going to make the argument that Obama's experience as state and national senator don't count because it's not "Executive", then I guess that means that John McCain's experience doesn't matter either. Hah! Who would have thought? I guess the only qualified candidate in all of this is Sarah Palin.

She is the WHITE Female Affirmative Action VP Pick, and they are comparing her "experience" to the Democratic PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE not the DEMOCRATIC VP Candidate Joe Biden. CLEARLY THE Republicans think they can showcase this smug trashy and arrogant WHITE female to be in competition against the African American PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE, TYPICAL RACIST ROAD.
