September 03, 2008. So the mainstream media seems to now be letting up on the Palin baby drama, but we're not. MediaTakeOut.com just received evidence that calls into question whether Gov Palin's alleged son Trig was born when and where she claims.

We conducted a preliminary search of the Mat-Su Regional hospital's website (where baby Trig was supposedly born on April 18th), and the website DOES NOT show any record of Trig's birth. Instead, the site shows that only 2 baby's were born in the hospital that day - an Isaiah Travis and a Kayden Lexus.

It's still not enough for us to CONCLUSIVELY say that Gov Palin is full of it, but we're getting there. So now let's go with what we know AS FACT:

    1. Palin hid her pregnancy from the media. When she finally announced her pregnancy (in March) she was not showing any obvious signs of pregnancy despite being 7 MONTHS PREGNANT - Source.

    2. Gov. Palin mysteriously took her daughter Bristol out of school a few months before the March pregnancy announcement. The "official" reason for Bristol's removal from school was because she caught a serious case of Mononucleosis.

    3. During the time that Bristol was out of school with that "serious case of mono", Trig was born.

    4. No record of Trig's birth is readily available from the hospital which Palin claims to have delivered.

    5. And here is the kicker. Since Bristol is supposedly 5 months pregnant now, she must have conceived her child while she was out of school with that supposed serious case of mono.

    Stay tuned............

This is what we know as facts:
1.Obama's mother was pregnant when she married his father, presumed to have married on February 2, 1961 although no marriage certificate exists.
2.Obama was born on August 4, 1961 but the media has been unable to get a copy of his birth certificate.
3.Obama's mother and grandmother were both working mothers.
4.Obama's father was an alcoholic; his father???s friends said that later in life, he "was drinking too much".

Obama? He did not carry all of that as a Flag of the Campaign.
    here is a difference.
You do NOT build Your political career on family's issues.
And do not Gamble politics with sick infant on the campaign trail.
Monster Pit Bull without any Moral standard.
I do not need Dictatorship of Pit Bulls for my country, which ALL OF US put first.

Not only should Trig have been safely tucked in bed during all the shoots and screams, he should not have been used as a prop to conceal Bristols obvious mother-to-be condition. The blanket covering the young woman's dress was not being used to prevent a possible baby accident. How stupid do these people think the world is? Palin's nomination has more than enforced my support for Obama/Bidon ticket!

Can someone please tell us what Sarah Palin's educational background is. I have not heard anything about that and I feel it is important.....We have John Mc who graduated in the lower part of his class and no mention of her education.....

She went to half a dozen colleges in 6 years. See the link from the AP

The snarky Ms Palin wants the media to report on her undereducated teen son going to Iraq, but would prefer that they leave her HS drop out whiskey-swillin' daughter and her HS drop out drunk boyfriend out of it. She also doesn't want the media to get too close to the fact that the Lady Bristol is having a baby after being impregnated at 16. That's bad of the media - they should leave it. She does wants the media to report her opposition to the Bridge to Nowhere - after she supported it with deed and money. But, she does not want the media to report she left her little small town broke while mayor, but please do talk about the 80% lovefest-rate as a 1 1/2 year Gov. The media should steer clear of oil talk, oil-job hubbies, oil conflict of interests, murdered dogs and Library books.

The media should stay far away from her being under investigation by a bipartisan state legislative body. And Ms. Palin really promised to cooperate with a legislative inquiry, but this week she hired a lawyer to fight to move the case to the jurisdiction of the state "personnel board" - which Palin anoints and appointed. In her cloud of rhetoric musings and snaps, Palin said speeches are just a "cloud of rhetoric." Which the media should ignore altogether. And for God's sake - for the religious right - don't talk about the lobbyist hired and ear marks received, squandered and hidden. Instead talk about how she was vetted two week ago in three hours.

But she's apparently a good hockey mom, who should be forgiven. A bit nasally though like Fran Drescher. I bet those glasses cost more than a haircut too. Stylish. She'll look good giving her sister's ex the boot.

Wow. Thats all you people got. Lame comments about her voice and glasses! Oh and I particularly loved the "snarky" comments about her daughter and her boyfriend. Please keep it up. It only ensure a HUGE win for McCain/Palin in November.

      • Posted By: AskPlus @ 09/04/2008 3:33:34 PM

Somehow my remarks don't. Her speech was empty. But we all knew you would be a good republican.

Haha....actually, my post brought light on the fact that you're still mentioning race in every post. I didn't realize that there was an investigation into Obama's church....or, that his church was racist. But, ok..if you say so.

            • Posted By: Braes @ 09/05/2008 9:13:23 AM

Race is one of a few hundred Rove/Atwaterisms we will have to deal with until the stench of Republicanism is removed in November. No plans, no policies, and an enemies list that includes most of America. McCrazy and his insane Alaskan, I guess it shows how shallow the talent pool has gotten.

WOW is the left scared or what? Looks like the right trumped your "different" kind of canidate card. I am happy to say that the republicans will hold the office of the President and Vice President for the next 4 years.

Eveyone is attacking Palin and I find it rather funny because if you new her personally you would look up to her. She did great in her speech and she will prove her intelligence when she makes Biden look bad as well.

Can anyone answer why Obama turned down the town hall meetings after agreeing to them at first? Actually no need to answer it I already know that it is just because he is a puppet. Obama, don't get me wrong is very intelligent and is a great speaker but that is where it stops. McCain made him look sick the last time they went head to head without a script to read.

My vote is for John McCain a PROVEN leader not a PROVEN puppet.

    • Posted By: jnakhoul @ 09/04/2008 5:00:14 PM

youve got to be joking about those ridiculous town hall debates. this isnt a pta its for the office of president. if he wants to do town hall debates so bad let him do it somewhere outside the bible belt. i'd love to see him and palin try to debate in boston, theyd be laughed off the stage

      • Posted By: ObamaIsDone @ 09/04/2008 5:09:22 PM

It has nothing to do with where they are at. It has all to do with how bad Obama would look. What happened a couple weeks ago? Obama wasn't laughed off stage he was laughed at by the people at home all across the nation. It doesn't matter where it is at McCain is the only real canidate in this election. Like I said your "different" card in election deck has been trumped by Sarah Palin.

        • Posted By: Kboogie @ 09/04/2008 5:26:25 PM

"TRUMPED"?!?!! Are ou looking at the national polls, dude.....or just pulling opinions out of your azz?!?! Since the GOP chose Palin, Obama's lead is almost double-digits. She's becoming a laughing stock......I feel sorry for her accepting this role as guinea pig for the GOP.

    • Posted By: Kboogie @ 09/04/2008 5:23:31 PM

You're in the minority, this year. The national polls, plus the Electoral College are favoring Obama (and has been since the end of the primaries.) Other than that, the rest is just media-hype. McC has voted w/ Pres Bush more than 90% of the time over the past 2yrs....doesn't sound like a maverick......more like a puppet....LOL!!!!!!

      • Posted By: ObamaIsDone @ 09/04/2008 5:29:38 PM

Kboogie, after seeing all of your post on other articles I have come to the assumption that you are an idiot. but I will answer you. They are not alike looke at each other's policies my friend. I wish the left did some actual research in to politics opposed to digging up dirt.

Also if you are an adult please refrain from the use of "LOL". You sound ridiculous.

        • Posted By: Kboogie @ 09/04/2008 5:48:33 PM

Actually, douchebag, I've viewed the policies, sid-by-side. Every item that was voted on, and presented by Bush during the last few years, McCain has voted to back...well more than 90%, anyway. Most importantly, the tax cuts, deregulation of mortgage banks, the Iraq War.

Do your research, jerkoff, before you post anything else. As a matter of fact, ask my permission. Based on your posts, you need a proof-reader/fact-finder.

LOL!!!!!! Because you're so damn stupid, it hurts to hold the laugh in....

work hard, make money, and be happy the motto of a republican. Keep being mad at the world Kboogie. I don't need to ask permission to do anything. You on the other hand should for the lack of repect you give to John McCain and others. the only reason you can sit here and type on this left wing website is because of people like John McCain, his father and his grand father who fought in wars to let you have your freedom.

You should respect him and be thankful you are alive. This is the one time in my life that I will say I am Pro-choice beause if your mom new what piece of garb was going to come out of her she would have used a coat hanger on herself.

No, liberals aren't mad at the world, they are ashamed of you. You don't understand that there are a range of emotions. Disgusted, frustrated, tired, ashamed.... I am ashamed that you are considered an American by others, for your very un-american attitudes, like perpetual war, corruption, cronyism, torture, GITMO, domestic spying, and all of the Bush Administration policies that have lead to the loss of our world standing and new enemies from old friends. (Hey, go away.... you bother me kid...)

Just to let everyone know you can pull papers to impeach the gov. of your state right now and that would count as trying to be impeached. Anyone can pull papers on anyone to try to impeach them. If it had any relevance it would have happened..................................Keep digging Liberals because we know you are all shaking in your boots right now.

You keep trying to tie Mccain and Bush together.......result = Fail

    they are not alike

Keep it up it is rather comical. Keep on with your emotional half witted responses and research.

    Good day.

    • Posted By: Kboogie @ 09/04/2008 5:20:41 PM

Looks like the GOP are the ones shaking. Obama's back up in the polls, still leading in the Electoral College, and not feeling the pressure enough to call "audibles" at the line of scrimmage w/ 5 seconds left in overtime. Even republicans see this for what it is...a desperate move by a dying party. This is an insult to rational women everywhere. McCain is pimping Palin and her daughter's circumstances to lure those irrational women voters.

Actually, we shouldn't be surprised...this is such a GOP move. Right along the lines of pimping America's fears to justify invading a country that didn't attack us, nor had the means to.

      • Posted By: Braes @ 09/05/2008 9:28:02 AM

McCain would have been a good President in 2000. After the Bush Crime Family took him down to steal the white house he has never rebounded.

      • Posted By: carnaldiem @ 09/04/2008 5:59:38 PM

It is not 80%, that has already been shown to be inflated. Just because your podunk state likes you, doesn't mean you get elected to national office. Just ask Walter Mondale.

    • Posted By: carnaldiem @ 09/04/2008 5:45:39 PM

It takes more than an evil, shrill little poodle to get non-Republicans shaking in their boots. One great speech does not a candidate make. After McCain bores them tonight, any bump will surely disappear...and then some.

What hypocrites Republiccans and the religious right are. Sara Palin called herself a bulldog isn't a female dog the B-word. and apparently when she was talking about abstinence she was only talking to poor or minority teens; for her own it's a cause celebre'; if this was Obama's daughter I can't even use the word they the Limbaughs and Hanity's would be calling her right now.:OMG there will be a 1st s___ (you fill it in) in the White House.

    • Posted By: ccr123@comcast.net @ 09/04/2008 4:49:09 PM

No, if this was Obama's daughter there would be no baby. Afterall , didn't Obama say that he did not want his daughers "punished with a baby". Democrats are the hypocrites to suddenly care about the baby and its welfare. As Susannah alluded to she is not sure she would have made the decision to keep a child with downs syndrome but she is oh so concerned that this one who was "allowed" to come into this world is being kept out too late! Give me a break. You people are disgusting.

Anyone who has had a child after their first (or firsts) understands that babies at that age are pretty mobile... in fact, I was struck at how well Trig was sleeping through the convention. How many families of five do you know today - -there's something to be said for a large family. My friend has five children and they all do their part to help out with childcare and other traditional mommy roles. I have only two children and it can be difficult with a husband that commutes everyday -- I couldn't do what Sarah Palin is doing, but I won't judge her for her ability to do what I cannot. Clearly she has what many successful men have -- a network of support that allows her to succeed in her career.

  • Posted By: MD-ex-rep @ 09/05/2008 9:05:58 AM

My concerns is if I had a baby with Downs Syndrome, my motherly instincts would be to nuture my child throughout his early years. How can Palin achieve to put her child first, if she is parading all over the US campaigning for her future career. I feel for Mr. Palin. I feel for her children. So much for the soccer mom...she chose career growth over motherhood.

  • Posted By: sbyuhofs @ 09/04/2008 10:07:27 PM

A simple question :- Isn't there a law to arrest Levi Stephenson (Bristol Palin's "boyfriend') for rape? Even "consensual" sex with a minor is an offence in most countries... doesn't the US have that? How can a parent who cannot control their own children control the entire US? what examples and policies are they setting by this? I hope American women are not dumb enough to vote for the McCain ticket just because there is a woman on it. fingers crossed. McCain has done a "hail mary" in his attempt to win by putting palin on this ticket and she will have her 9 weeks of fame to tell whether this gamble paid off or not.

Until a few months ago, it was technically legal for personas of any age to marry with parental consent here in Arkansas. (That piece of Huckabee trash has been sent to the dump, and the law changed.)

    • Posted By: mrzoid @ 09/04/2008 10:10:48 PM

No, the legal age of consent in most states is 16. Some are as young as 15, some 17, but mostly 16.

Nice article... and wry too. I've never had a child; but I thought the same thing about the little guy. In fact I've been troubled by a lot of things Mrs. Palin does. It was reported on TV that when she, her husband, and the children left Alaska last Thursday, all but she thought they were going to celebrate the Palin's wedding anniversary. Within 24 hours their lives were turned upside down. What kind of wife/mom does that? They are all appendages to her life, her life.

    Susannah:

It's amazing how close your reaction to the Palin speech was to mine. As the father of a 5 year old with Down Syndrome who had to make the exact same decision as the Palin's and who came to the same conclusion, my first thought was "Why have they got that kid up so late".

It was a masterful speech and performance. Millions of americans are touched by children and adults with special needs and her very "un-washington" manner will appeal to the middle america she needs to win. If John McCain threw a ahil mary by appointing her then last night she definately caught the pass. Whether she can make it to the goal is another story. In spite of her great performance, neither my wife or I would personally vote for her.

Our hope is that having "Special Needs" move up the list of topics forr discussion will force people to understand that in addition to "needs" these individuals have a lot to offer the world around them. Focus on enhancing abilities rather than lamenting the needs.

Every year my wife and I put a video together so that our son's educators understand where he's at in his development. If you want to understand more about what the challenges and abilities of people with Down Syndrome are, spend a few minutes watching the video.

I agree with you, sjerdmond, and I think that children with special needs need to be more a part of the national conversation. I'm a teacher in inner city Baltimore. One third of my students have needs which require academic accommodation. It is a travesty that this need has not been adequately addressed by No Child Left Behind legislation.

While Ms. Palin's peformance was indeed "masterful," I think we need examine the content of her speech in the absence of much information about her (please feel free to post links if I'm missing something). Her speech did not express her own words - it was written by Matthew Scully. I am curious to hear her own voice and what she would actually do for special needs children. What policies does she propose? How can we make the world more palatable to, not only Down Syndrome children, but children who suffer from skeletal dysplasia, spina bifida, etc. These are thorny issues which EVERY candidate needs to address. I appreciate that Palin has brought these issues to the fore, but I am not convinced that she is the woman for the job. I need to hear more concrete proposals. It seems like a cynical political play if actual policy is propsed. It is all well and good to say that she will be an "advocate," but her record does not back her up.

      • Posted By: wickitwitch @ 09/05/2008 2:54:48 AM

i also hope that more is done for our special-needs Americans...but the republicans are promoting a market-based healthcare plan...don't you wish our real-life health issues could be market based too? unfortunately, the illnesses we, our children or our parents get are NOT market based, thus necessitating that each of us pitches in for universal healthcare - for all Americans!

Ms. Meadows says she hates listening to ???mothers judge other mothers???, but she promptly does just that ??? and in the process implies Governor Palin was abusing her baby for political advantage by bringing him to the convention hall.

I disagree. First, from the pictures I saw of little Trig, he certainly didn???t look like he was being abused. He looked pretty calm and peaceful to me.

But beyond that, I think Ms. Meadows is wrong on why the Palins brought their children, all of their children, to the convention hall Wednesday night. And I think I know why they did it ??? because our family has done the same thing.

The Palins didn???t bring Trig to the convention hall for politics; they brought him there for family. They brought him because he is part of their family, and Wednesday night was one of the biggest nights in their family history. And they wanted him to be part of it.

Someday, maybe 20 or 25 years from now, when President Palin is out of the White House and retired, Sarah and Todd Palin will be able to tell Trig that he was there the day his mother made the speech that set her on the road to becoming our country???s first woman president.

I know that is true because our family is Cubs fans. Our daughter went to her first game at Wrigley Field just after her first birthday. Our son, who was born in the winter, went to his first Cubs game when he was Trig???s age, four months old.

If Ms. Meadows thinks the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul was ???a hall filled with hoards of screamers??? last night, she should have been at Wrigley Field that day. Every time the Cubs scored, the fans cheered ??? and our son cried. I started hoping for a Cubs victory ??? and a low-scoring game. The Cubs did win that day, but unfortunately it was not a low-scoring game.

And now, 22 years later, when our 22-year old son and our 24-year old daughter see a certain 45-year old pitcher for the Philadelphia Phillies go out to the mound, they both know they were there that day back in 1986 when Jamie Moyer pitched his first major league game, beating future Hall of Famer Steven Carlton and winning the game for the Chicago Cubs, 7 to 5.

That is why Trig was there last night. Because it was a night for the Palin family, the whole Palin family, to be together.

You have 10-month-olds, and when my first was that age I probably would have said the same thing. You may have a chance to learn down the road that birth-order means a lot, and later chldren truly are not fazed by situations that would drive a firstborn nuts. For one thing, in a lot of cases they've been listing to loud siblings and family ruckuses in utero since they were zygotes. It is truly their gift, to roll with things and adapt and actually thrive on being part of the action even at a very early age. That's my experience, anyway, as a mom of 3 -- now 17, 15 and 8. Just something to think about before you offer criticism on the parenting choices of another mother.

McCain is about as lively and enthusiastic as a corpse on Valium out there on that stage.

What the hell is going on here, is the crowd trying to make McCain look like a fool? They just won't shut up, and he has no control over them.
