Photos: Midlife Baby Boom--Famous Over-40 Moms

I had a baby at 41 and can't imagine life without him! I have 3 teenagers and they also cannot imagine life without him. I certainly don't feel like I am at an age that should be the end of child birth. I had no idea only 5 % concieve over 40. It was the best of my four pregnancies and would do it again!

I am in the 5% who conceived a baby over 40 naturally. This was 20 years ago and I remember being regularly introduced "as my 40 year old pregnant friend." I was definitely viewed as an oddity, a lamebrain who had not proceeded into midlife more cautiously! I will admit to more fatigue with the last one, but in so many ways God saved the best for last for me. I enjoyed this child so much more and was so relaxed. I am amazed that now this is the
"in Celebrity thing"!
