Well said, Patti. If Hillary meant a word of all she said about fighting for women, now is when the rubber meets the road. Let's see some of that fight, Hillary. Women need you. America needs you.

    OnePatriot,

Your man is going down.... by two women... he passed over Hillary for second position on the ticket even though she was more qualified then he was at the top of ticket... now he is going to pay dearly for his poor judgment at the hands of another women is also more qualified than he is.... voters understand that...

Now he comes crawling back to the first woman to attack the second woman.... I hope she doesn't stoop to such manipulation by a man who would not even consider her for the VP slot.... his tactics to prevent women from breaking through the glass ceiling are PATHETIC!

toFlash Drive: If You really wanted her to be elected, why now you are betraying her , her ideals, goals and promises?
Have You been promised sseeter cookie?
If so - you better shut up and bark along with that Pit Bull, which is just Caricature of woman,
Caricature Mother, Caricature if Human being.
Pit Bull is barking , but Caravan is going it's Democratic way.

I hope Hillary doesn't stoop to a man who would not even consider her as the VP choice... when she clearly was more qualified than he is to reside at the top of the ticket!!

    • Posted By: lyndiesel @ 09/06/2008 4:06:32 AM

Whatever. How do you know she wasn't offered it and she refused? You are using that as the sole reason to not vote for Obama? PUMAs, really, you all sound like it was a personal affront that Hilary did not get the nomination. Get a life. Do something that will truly make a difference with your life or in another's life. Wallowing in anger only make you more unhappy. No one else really cares what you feel.

      • Posted By: WasHRCnowPalin @ 09/06/2008 7:06:23 AM

Anger? No, not at all... women will break the glass ceiling in 2008 with Sarah Palin... and then in 2012 we will have a woman president!

        Sarah 2008... Hillary 2012

That is unless Obama wins this year then Hillary is out until 2016... by then the landscape will have changed and who knows whether she will even be in a position to run...

These last few posts have make me thing that yourof the right wing sort and would say anything to discriet Hill's wanting to tell Palin that she isn't running for Pres. McCain is and she is no Hillary to her fathful followers and those 18 mil. votes go to Obama not McBush, so go play your games but don't belittle Hillary and her followers with your repub. lies they see right through them .
    Omama / Biden 08
    The winning team
    Go Obama the best choice,

The author of this "article" must have had a few minutes to kill while waiting for Oprah to come on and tell her what to do with the rest of her day.

    • Posted By: HarPikada @ 09/06/2008 5:08:35 AM

      Ha ha ha! Beautiful.

  • Posted By: HarleyDavidson @ 09/06/2008 4:26:50 AM

The ugly liberals have shown themselves to be mean, petty, and downright dumb. Palin did not toss Hillary aside, Obama did. Palin did not throw away 18 million Hillary voices, Obama did. Palin did not crap all over Hillary, her clothes, her laugh, her tears, her hopes, her dreams, Obama and his gang did. Palin did not choose Biden, Obama did. I was there. I blogged every day for Hillary. I fought Obama thugs every day in every way.

    • Posted By: HarPikada @ 09/06/2008 5:06:35 AM

Right on! I am a Hillary supporter too and I am truly shocked at how stupid Obama supporters/reporters like Patti Davis think we are. What must they think of us and what must they think of Hillary, after spitting and insulting her for 2 years, to hope that she will be Obama's attack dog.

  • Posted By: HarPikada @ 09/06/2008 5:01:27 AM

What a pathetic plea for Hillary from this loser. Hillary would be stupid to fall for this transparent artifice. I was a strong Hillary supporter and contributed mightily to her campaign and it kills me to see this publication that endlessly trashed Hillary, these same women who destroyed one of their own, now whine and yearn for Hillary's support. This, after Obama didn't even vet Hillary. Wow, the gall of it! I am stunned.

  • Posted By: amt7799 @ 09/06/2008 4:38:40 AM

My opinion > if Palin gets in the White House, MC Cain will become VP . Trust me.

  • Posted By: Millport @ 09/06/2008 3:31:03 AM

lyndiesel, I seen your organization on MSNBC last week. Your org is weak and your rep couldn't get a word in edge wise because she didn't know what she was talking about. I love my country. The election is just another bump in the road for women. I looked in my crystal ball and saw Allied Van Lines backing up to the VP's residence with Palin's worldly posessions. Cheney has a spot on the wall in the den VP Palin can mount her moose and bear heads. I own only one vote and so do you. Ohio is a deadheat right now and will swing to red come November.

    • Posted By: lyndiesel @ 09/06/2008 3:52:44 AM

millport...what on earth are you talking about? My organization? BTW, who taught you English grammar? They should be fired. We both would not be this passionate if we both did not love our country. That is a ridiculous argument and a sad justification for voting for a woman who is the antithesis of feminism. Great that is all we need, another Cheney. Perfect. Freaky Visual. Your crystal ball? What, are PUMAs psychic too? Yeah, so we each have one vote that counts, unless you are a Republican and you can discard the votes against you and steal the election. You're brilliant. Thanks for reminding me of that. Sarah Palin is not a bump, she is slap backward into the 1950s when women were seen and not heard. Used and abused. You might have a crystal ball, but I am a normal everyday American with normal skills and talents, with fears of what 4 more years of what a Republican will do. Good for you and your stupid ball. I have no clue who will win in November. If you are so smug and so sure then why don't you just shut up and let the rest of us worry about the tragedy that will be our lives if McPalin wins. Religious zealousness is the opposite of democracy and freedom.

  • Posted By: Flash Drive @ 09/05/2008 11:23:21 PM

Why call on Hillary for help now?The race is not between Hillary and McCain. The chickens are surely coming home to roost, and being a Hillary supporter I am having the last laugh.
After the way the Obama team treated her they should be ashame of themselves to ask her to come to their rescue.
Don't forget over 18 millon of us voted for her and many of us have not decided iwo we will be voting for, of if we are going to vote whatsoever.
This election is surely turning into a bigger spectacle than anyone ever expected.
Obama always felt he does not need Hillary or her suppeorters for him to win, he is now having a rude awakening.

    • Posted By: fuguewriter @ 09/06/2008 3:40:44 AM

I keep hearing about how people who voted for Clinton felt that the Obama camp treated Hillary unfairly. I didn't see that at the time. What, exactly, is it that you think happed that was so bad?

    • Posted By: momrocs @ 09/06/2008 12:47:43 AM

Hillary told you Obama was her candidate. Don't blame Obama for winning. I voted for Clinton - but I will support the party all the way. If you can't do that - don't vote at all.

  • Posted By: janderson2008 @ 09/05/2008 6:00:54 PM

Yeah right. After dissing her for months for now the Dems NEED her? After ganging up on her for speaking her mind and laying down her issues now you NEED her? After the right found a voice to counter that of The One now you NEED her? I was a democrat for a long time. But because of the thugs now running the DNC I will gladly vote McCain. DNC = a bunch of hypocrites.

    • Posted By: El Supremo @ 09/06/2008 3:37:34 AM

Well, since McCain has been embracing Hillary and is making his pick solely to go for her constituency, let's see how he reacts if she speaks out against Palin. Will he then do another flipflop that has become all too routine for him lately?

  • Posted By: Donna1000 @ 09/05/2008 5:24:57 PM

If Sarah Palin had given Barack Obama a free pass, then Patti Davis would be writing that she wouldn't be able to stand up to Putin. And by the way Patti, have you ever faced a moose down? They are BIG, MEAN critters!

    • Posted By: El Supremo @ 09/06/2008 3:35:15 AM

It's not that hard, nor scary, to shoot a moose at 250 yards. :rolleyes

    • Posted By: El Supremo @ 09/06/2008 3:34:26 AM

It's not that hard to do from 250 yards.

  • Posted By: cmunsch @ 09/06/2008 3:23:34 AM

You know what is going to happen - Hillary will come out and start talking about how Palin stands against most of the issues that women really care about. Then the Republicans who claim to been impressed with her efforts will turn on her and attack her like rabid dogs. What will all you former Hillary supporters who claim you will vote for McCain say then? Did you really even care about Hillary and the issues she cared about? Probably not.

HIllary : Who she that I must be talking about her ?

You need freebies and handouts. You need a nanny government to care of you. You need a government to think for you. The pioneers who settled this country made it great because of their toughness in the face of REAL adversity. You don't know what tough is. The government is already so bloated with assistance programs, but now you want to be handheld, even told, what to do in order to make your life better. You have all the modern conveniences and comforts, cable television, a texting plan for your cell phone, free emergency room care, et. al. You want to crawl back into the womb of your country because it's just too uncomfortable having to actually struggle to make your life better. Stop renting from Blockbuster, Netflix and sell your Xbox. Make your lunches, and make your kids' lunches. Give up the $4.00 coffees, bottled water and sodas. Come to grips with reality, learn about what God expects from all of us. Hillary is a political elite hypocrite. Are you blind. Congress has a 9% approval rate - that's even lower than the President's. Guess who controls Congress. Do your homework and read your history to learn on what principals and for what reasons our Forefathers created the United States of America, under God, and seperate from Britain. Wake up.

I dont want to hear you 18M crying about what Hillary has to say now. As far as I'm concerned, the Democratic party (women) threw her to the wolves. HRC should have been on the top of that ticket and then she could have slighted BHO from veeping with her! I was a registered Republican until this year. I wanted to cast a vote for a strong woman that could have got it done for the nation. I was ridiculed on this site for saying that if 1/10th of the info on BHO on the net was true, America is in for trouble. Now I can cast my vote for McC. btw, HRC did come out after the Republican Convention with a statement to vote for BHO and I think I saw somewhere she is in Florida stumping for the Hawaiian presidential candidate. God Bless you, Hillary!

PUMAs--- Get over yourselves already. You don't care about America, you only care about yourselves and making America pay for the perceived injustice done Hilary. EVERY candidate gets treated badly. Voting for McPalin in retribution is a disgrace and I haven't a clue how you can sleep at night. Grow up.

Hillary would leave Palin in the dust. I did not support her in the primary, but her speech and Bill's speech at the DNC were world class and proved to me that they can think "team." I believe Hillary's standing will skyrocket if she comes back in the game and helps pull her team over the finish line. We're in a lull right now. I bet she will appear again when things start to heat up.
