    George W. Bush, Act III.

Unbelivable that McCain's campaign and Mc'Cain for that matter, can have so much power. People wake up! My god, can you not see what McCain is doing? He is counting on having the majority of the American people being stupid enough to be sucked into this Palin hype. He does't care that it's not about him, he only wants to get into the White House. WOW!! PLEASE DO NOT GET SUCKED THIS!!

No more coverups, PLEASE. We must hold persons who aspire to high office ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS - no more WHITEWASHING of indiscretions committed while IN POLITICAL OFFICE!
Our beloved American cannot endure four more years like the last eight years.

Is it possible for Repubs to EVER behave with some integrity? Is this a sign of Palin's ethics... this attempt to "get rid of the problem"? Even her own home state newspaper is disturbed about this uncooperative attitude she's taking. The more I hear about Palin, the more I intensely dislike her. And it angers me to hear ANYONE say that she represents me, a woman. Trust me, she doesn't represent millions and millions of American women.

This is starting to stink. Clearly they are very afraid of something. The press needs to stay right on top of this one for sure.

Can you say "cover-up". Taken right from the Bush/Cheney playbook.

Perfect republican candidate - already a proven and adept liar. Bravo. Yep, more of the same alright.

Here we go again. Bush Style. Same old, same old. covering up!

  • Posted By: Mysticalsister @ 09/05/2008 11:58:05 PM

This is more dirty politics by the same people who brought us 8 long years of criminal activity in the White House. John McCain proves again that by voting for him we will only get more of the same. I feel the media needs to stay on this story and hold McCain and Palin accountable for this cover up -- even if they are unsuccessful in this attempt. I want more information about Sarah Palin and her views, her record and what she plans to do in the White House. The fact that John McCain's campaign is stonewalling the media in preventing her from facing questions is an outrage.

Typically Bush admin style. More of the same!.. Rudy

So much for "change". Looks like the same old corruption to me.

  • Posted By: stockwell66 @ 09/05/2008 11:55:35 PM

Palin said she'd cooperate but refuses to do so now. Is that change? Sounds like the Bush and Karl rove claiming executive privilege. Is that change? Where is the integrity? McCain made an extremely reckless move. He'd rather win the election and put the country at risk by having Palin as his back up. We'd have another Bush in the White House. Someone we all like on the surface until we get to know them better.

Was Todd Palin the co-Governor of Alaska? Why was he involved in any of this? If Ms. Palin should become the VP, will she be consulting with Todd? The McCain campaign's actions in this matter only prove that a McCain/Palin administration will be more of the same. Has she started claiming executive privilege yet?

Abuse of power to cover up abuse of power. What a tangled web they weave. When will it end? Oh, wait. November 4th is when it ends. We;re done with those people.

Abuse of power to cover up abuse of power. It just never ends with these people. No, wait. It WILL end on Nov. 4th. That's it. They're through.

What a bunch of bs. The McCain camp doesn't want Americans to know that Sarah Palin is a meanspirited woman who fires everyone who disagrees or doesn't do what she want.

VP Nominee Sarah Palin meet VP Dick Cheney
commissioner Walter Monegan, trooper Mike Wooten meet Undercover Agent Valerie Plame

    Change indeed.

McCain said he has fought corruption, even in his own party. Isn't hypocritaical if he is obstructing justice by derailing the Troopergate investigation against Palin. If there is no wrongdoing, as Sarah Palin claims, why should McCAin worry. The truth will come out. The more McCain and Palin try to derail or delay the investigation, the guiltier Palin looks and the more corrupt and hypocritical McCain looks. I guess so-called Maverick Reformer is just the another McSame Republican Politician.
