Again the Republicans lower the expectations of their leaders, contradidct their own beliefs in family, morals and such all in the name of keeping as much power as possible no matter what the cost. I didn't think they had it in them to play the Bush game for a third election.

What is it going to take for the liberals to realize that the more they try to trash Sarah Palin, the stronger and wider her base of support will become? We have now experience two straight weeks of negative coverage of Sarah Palin from every media source available, yet during that same period McCain has come from 8 points behind to take a 10 point lead amoung those who are likely to vote. Keep the negative press coming and Republicans are likely to win this election by a landslide. Don't you get it?

Do you think McCain's rise has anything to do with Obama beating the same drum beat of negative spin on McCain? Is there somebody in the Obama campaign that is starting to realize that the attempt to paint McCain as Bush.......only stregnthens McCain's base support? Which demonstrates a more open mind, voting with Bush 90% of the time, or voting against Bush 99.7% of the time? Democrats aren't going to win this election using the same old playbook they have been using for the past 50 years.

Now Obama is going to visit with Bill Clinton....lol Anybody in the Obama campaign check Clinton's poll numbers lately? Is Bill Clinton really the best democrats have to offer?

Well, since the Democrats lost their inner feminist by trashing Hillary Clinton -- it's only fitting that the Republicans give voice to the issues of sexism. Ironically, they speak with more authority on the issues than the Dems. I will never listen to Dems talk about any civil rights issue ever again. My party behaved foolishly -- and today's Gallup poll shows McCain leading by 10 points among likely voters. 4 more years, indeed.

With articals like this one I have more faith that the media will elect Sarah and JOhn because of the way they twist the truth in their reporting. After reading tis artical and the comment to it, I was very proud of my fellow American for seeing thru the "Femocratic leftist reporting". This gave me more hope for the tre outcome of this type of attach on a woman who should be applauded for her accomplishments and her stand against the corruption that so often runs wild in goverment. Sarah go for it and we are behind you all the way. As for the authur of this artical if she had to stand up to the rviews that you will she would go home crying. She should be glad that there are some woman out there that actually do stand up to the same standard that men do and shine in the prcess.

I look forward to the first woman VP in history. I further look forward to the entirely biased MSM commenting on the GOP win in November. I look forward to when the MSM is objective. I look forward to some real journalism. I look forward to ia considerable improvement in objectivity by the NYT that is so in the tank for the Democrats.

I see that Obama is finally meeting with Bill Clinton... Wonder why ??? He's panicked over Palin's impact and seeking advice as to what to do now ??? Hmmm... ;-)

Keep it up - thanks to attacks like this McCain and GOVERNOR Palin lead the ???Anointed One??? by a margin of 54% to 44% in the latest USA Today's poll of likely voters. Well done Daily KOS! (and the media who get talking points there)

Dear Author, Lighten up! The 1960s are over, and the World has moved forward. Why keep fighting a feminism fight that isn't there? This author should be happy for the opportunities that exist for women in this country. She should also be happy that Bush has ensured that women in Afghanistan can now attend school and vote. This author should be happy that Sadaam Hussein and his sons can no longer commit rapes against girls that he plucks from local schools at his discretion. Please develop a more Worldly view and realize that women in America (as with men) are doing quite well. Please quit with the group warfare based upon race, sexual orientation, gender, wealth, etc. and move to EQUALITY as is stated in the constitution.

Democrats are panicked. This column is yet one more confirmation of that fact.

When are women going to figure it out? Really, we're disdained because we use movements to "get ahead"? Well, gee what should we do, stand around in the kitchen bare foot and pregnant and say "Honey, don't talk to me that way?" We had to fight for our rights! Talking only helped to an extent! Even Susan B. Anthony had to get arrested to prove her point; women can vote.

Oh, and white men don't get to complain about discrimination? Sure they do, i've heard plenty of them complain, "You're hiring that mexican over me because they'll work for cheap?!" or what about, "You only hired them because they're a minority/ women/ whatever. " Ha, i've heard plenty of big white men complain.

As for most women not being their own person i think that's the most sexist thing i've ever heard! Please, that's just like saying most men aren't their own person! I'm a student but i KNOW that idea is wrong! It's so backward and sexist. What, are women supposed to hide behind their husband and stay home? Are we supposed to stand in the background while history passes us by? Hell no, i'm not going to stand here and be insulted as both a woman and a minority. I was born here my parents were born here and all my relatives were born here. I have a right to be treated fairly and to voice my opinions. I'm not going to be some weak, docile girl! The time for that is over; this is the 21st centuary get with the program.

People are tired of Al Sharpton and NOW (national association of Whiners) strong arming people to hire the undeserving and confusing comedy with bigotry. Sarah Palin deserves to be equal to white men, because she doesn't need a "team", and she doesn't need or want NOW coming to her rescue every time she has a bit of trouble. She's her own person, and you can't say that about most women.

The media got into a frenzy of misogyny and sexually inappropriate woman-trashing in its unloading on Clinton earlier this year. The democratic feminists just stood by like hypocrites. The media thought they could turn their misogyny back on after the Republicans nominated Palin, and the Republicans weren't so willing to stand by for the sexist feeding frenzy on Palin as the democrats were willing to let Clinton be beaten up by it all primary season.

This is a poor excuse for "journalism". The reason Palin is so applealing is that she's done what she's done without having to ask for the "special favors" that the women's movement selfishly expects. She doesn't need or want laws to let her terminate pregnancies, or laws to help her get equal pay just for showing up. She's taken on the evils of politics on here own, without a political machine like disgusting Hillary. If all women were like her, there would be no need for the sickening "women's movement", which has helped selfish women and destroyed the American Family.
